Abstract

Ein Gefahrenmelder mit einem Gehäuse, einer innerhalb des Gehäuses ausgebildeten Messkammer (7) und einer Detektionseinrichtung zur Detektion eines in der Messkammer (7) befindlichen Gases, wobei die Messkammer (7) von einem rohrförmigen Gehäuseabschnitt (6) und einem deckelförmigen Gehäuseabschnitt (19) begrenzt ist und wobei der deckelförmige Gehäuseabschnitt (19) axial bezüglich einer Längsachse der Messkammer (7) beabstandet zu dem rohrförmigen Gehäuseabschnitt (6) angeordnet ist, so dass zwischen diesen eine Einlassöffnung (20) ausgebildet ist, ist durch eine oder mehrere außerhalb der Messkammer (7) angeordnete, zur Einlassöffnung (20) ausgerichtete Leitwände (22) gekennzeichnet.
