A packaging container according to the invention, in particular for pourable and pourable goods, is made of a one-piece blank made of cardboard, paper, plastic or the like and comprises two opposing side walls whose inner sides are peripherally connected to form a receiving space of the packaging container, a bottom construction to the bottom Closure and to form a stability of the packaging container, wherein the bottom construction comprises a bottom element with bottom edge edges and one hinged to the bottom edge edges fastener pair with a first locking tab and a second locking tab, edge strips of the first locking tabs are connected together and edge strips of the second locking tabs with corresponding edge strips the inner sides of the respective side walls are connected. In this case, the first and second closure tabs for forming the closure tab pairs are each connected to one another via a fold line. By such an inventive design of the floor construction on the one hand, the tightness of the bottom construction of the packaging element is ensured. In addition, resulting from the formation of the closure tab pairs, which lie on one another in the folded state and on the one hand with the bottom element on the bottom edge edges and on the other hand with the respective side walls of the packaging container are connected, the possibility that the bottom element over the entire surface contributes to the formation of the stability of the packaging container. In addition, no larger, projecting into the receiving space of the packaging container surfaces, which significantly limit the receiving space and the receiving volume of the packaging container by the closure tab pair. The connection of the first closure tabs with each other or the second closure tabs with the side walls and the side walls together is usually carried out by gluing and / or sealing. Furthermore, it is possible to store liquid, pasty or powdery goods in the packaging container according to the invention. In addition, the edge strips of the first closure tabs and the edge strips of the second closure tabs can also be connected to each other, in particular via corresponding adhesive or sealing surfaces. As a result, the sealing effect in this area can be further increased.
In further advantageous embodiments of the packaging container according to the invention, the edge strips are formed over the entire length of the side walls and connected thereto via respective creasing lines. This results in the one hand, a complete tightness of the packaging container in these areas, on the other hand, the interconnected edge strips form a kind of carrying tabs for better handling of the packaging container. It is also possible that the edge strips of the side walls are wider at least in a bottom region of the packaging container than the edge strips of the first and second closure tabs. This makes it possible for the edge strips of the side walls to cover the edge strips of the first and second closure tabs and, in the case of gluing and / or sealing, additionally seal the bottom construction of the packaging container, in particular the edge strips of the first and second closure tabs. But it is also possible that at least one of the edge strips of the side walls has at least one gripping tab at least in an area opposite the bottom area of the packaging container. This grip tab is advantageously again used to improve the handling of the packaging container, especially in the removal of goods.
In further advantageous embodiments of the packaging container according to the invention, the edge strips of the first and second closure tabs are each connected via creasing lines to the first and second closure tabs. This advantageously results in the possibility that the edge strips of the first and second closure flaps with the edge strips of the side walls form the already mentioned carrying tabs of the packaging container. The edge strips of the first closure tabs are connected to each other via a fold line.
Das Halteelement dient vor einer Erstöffnung des Verpackungsbehälters einer verbesserten Handhabung desIn further advantageous embodiments of the packaging container according to the invention, the side walls in a cover-side region of the packaging container in each case at least one cover element, wherein the cover elements are connected via respective fold lines with the side walls and in a closed state of the packaging container by means of at least one of at least one of the inner sides of the side walls glued corresponding adhesive surface glued together and / or sealed. In an opened state of the packaging container, the lid elements are superimposed for reclosing the packaging container. By the construction according to the invention on the one hand, the tightness of the packaging container in the closed state, that is, in a state before a first opening, guaranteed. Furthermore, the packaging container can also be resealed after a first opening by means of the lid elements, in order to prevent unintentional falling out of the goods stored in the packaging container. In this case, the fold lines between the cover elements and the side walls may be formed in a circular arc in order to adapt to a bulbous or lenticular cross section of the packaging container in this area. Furthermore, there is the possibility that at least one retaining element is connected to at least one cover element via a perforation or weakening line on the end of the cover element facing away from the side wall. The holding element is used before a first opening of the packaging container improved handling of the
Another aspect of the invention relates to a blank for a packaging container, in particular for free-flowing and pourable goods, made of cardboard, paper, plastic or the like, the two side wall elements whose inner sides are connected to form a receiving space of the packaging container randlich connectable, and a bottom construction for bottom-side closure for forming a stability of the packaging container comprises. In this case, the floor construction has a floor element with bottom edge edges, wherein the floor construction also comprises in each case one pair of fastener tabs hinged to the bottom edge edges with a first closure tongue and a second closure tongue. In addition, the first and second closure tabs have edge strips, wherein the edge strips of the first closure tabs are connectable to each other and the edge strips of the second closure tabs with corresponding edge strips of the inner sides of the respective side walls to form the bottom construction. In addition, the first and second closure tabs for forming the closure tab pairs are each connected to one another via a fold line. The blank according to the invention ensures a simple production of a packaging container, which ensures improved stability in the folded state with an increased receiving volume of the packaging container. Furthermore, the edge strips of the first closure tabs and / or the edge strips of the second closure tabs on an outer side of the blank can have at least one adhesive or sealing surface, so that they can also be connected to one another. Thereby, the sealing effect in the area of the bottom construction of the packaging container produced from the blank can be further increased.
In further advantageous embodiments of the blank according to the invention, the edge strips are formed over the entire length of the side walls and connected thereto via respective creasing lines. Furthermore, there is the possibility that the edge strips of the side walls are wider than the at least in the region of the side walls adjoining the bottom element Edge strips of the first and second closure tabs. Furthermore, it is possible for at least one of the edge strips of the side walls to have at least one grip tab at least in an area pointing away from the floor element. By means of the abovementioned constructions according to the invention, it is possible to produce a packaging container which, on the one hand, has an increased density, in particular in the region of the bottom construction. On the other hand, the edge strips form a kind of carrying tabs, which contribute to the improved handling of the packaging container. The same applies to the mentioned grip bottles.
In further advantageous embodiments of the blank according to the invention, the side walls each have at least one cover element in an area facing away from the bottom element, wherein the cover elements are connected to the side walls via respective fold lines. Furthermore, there is the possibility that at least one retaining element is connected to at least one cover element via a perforation or weakening line on the end of the cover element facing away from the side wall. The said cover elements contribute in the folded state of the blank, that is, after production of the packaging container by means of the blank for reclosability of the packaging container after a first opening. The holding element in turn improves the handling of the packaging container.
