Abstract
The semi-mounted or towed agricultural machine for tillage or sowing, comprising a frame (2) to which is mounted a towing part (3) and at least one device (4) for cultivating soil or sowing, whose frame (2) is provided with at least one transport axle (1).
Description
Semi-mounted or towed agricultural machine for tillage and sowing
Technical Field
The invention relates to semi-mounted or towed agricultural machinery for tillage or sowing, specifically to semi-mounted or towed agricultural machinery for tillage and sowing consisting of a frame comprising at least one transport axle used for transportation of the agricultural machine on ordinary roads.
State of the Art
Semi-mounted and towed agricultural machinery for tillage and sowing is known from existing state of the art, which, for transport from the field to where the machine is stored, only solid axles are used. They have a number of disadvantages. When solid axles are in use, shocks occurring during operation of the machine, particularly during transport, are transmitted to the frame of the machine. The entire frame of the machine is thus dynamically burdened. These forces are extreme, and are several times greater than static burden. The entire body of the machine must therefore be appropriately designed, more precisely oversized, to withstand this load. Therefore, the whole structure, particularly the machine frame must be rather massive, and so quite heavy as well, which is both very expensive and at the same time bringing increased costs in connection with the operation of the machine. So, the towing agent, usually a tractor, must be appropriately sized and so consumes more fuel to pull the heavy machine.
The aim of the invention is the construction of semi-mounted or towed agricultural machines for soil cultivation and sowing, which will be of considerably lighter construction, and therefore not only less expensive to manufacture, but also cheaper to operate.
Principle of the Invention
The mentioned deficiencies are to a large part removed and the objectives of the invention fulfilled by a semi-mounted or towed agricultural machine for soil cultivation and sowing, comprising a frame provided with at least one transport axle used for transportation of the agricultural machine on ordinary roads, to which is attached a towing part, and at least one means for tillage or sowing according to the invention characterized
by that the transport axle comprises at least one spring unit. This provides the possibility of significant reductions on the design strength parameters of the whole machine, resulting in a reduction in the weight of the machine and thanks to absorbing jolts of the machine during its movement over uneven ground, improvement of its transport properties.
In an advantageous model, the transport axle contains at least one spring unit, which is configured as a crankshaft. Such an embodiment is virtually maintenance free, technically simple and relatively cheap.
In the most advantageous model, the transport axle contains a hollow beam, in whose ends the spring units are stored, which consist of rubber housings, in which are stored the crank driveshafts. Such a design is very simple, cheap and at the same time, fully functional.
It is advantageous that the spring unit comprises elastic rubber elements which act as torsion springs. Their advantage is their almost unlimited durability and shock absorbing effect.
To advantage, the transport axle is located at the rear part of the frame. This is advantageous with respect to the overall simplicity of the design of the machine.
In the advantageous model, the transport axle further comprises at least two wheels with each of these wheels provided with a separate spring unit.
It is also advantageous if the transport axle comprises a brake. This helps improve the safety of transportation of the agricultural machine on ordinary roads.
To advantage, the frame further comprises at least one transport axle lifting device, which serves to raise the machine when in use, and for folding when preparing the agricultural machine for soil cultivation and sowing. To advantage, the lifting device is a hydraulic piston mounted directly between the main frame of the machine and the tilting frame carrying the entire axle.
The main advantage for semi-mounted or towed agricultural machinery for tillage or sowing, according to the invention is that by using a transport axle which significantly limits the impact of dynamic burden, it is possible to significantly reduce the design strength parameters of the whole machine, especially the frame. This brings further advantages, which are mainly-lower weight supporting structures and consequent lower
cost, longer service life of the machine, greater resistance to fatigue damage, better drivability when transporting the machine, such as an increase in adhesion when moving over uneven surfaces, improved safety parameters, braking such as shorter braking distances and also reduction of the strain on roads.
Overview of the Figures
The invention will be further elucidated using drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the overall configuration of a semi-mounted or towed agricultural machine for soil cultivation and sowing, and Figure 2 shows a detailed view of the transport axle.

The transport axle 1 (Fig.2) comprising a hollow beam 10, in whose ends 12,13 are arranged two spring units 8, which consists of rubber housings, which are mounted to the crank driveshafts 11 The rubber housing of the spring units 8 containing flexible rubber elements, which are arranged as torsion springs.
The transport axle 1 is located at the rear part 5 of the frame 2, further comprising at least two wheels 6,7 with each of these wheels 6,7 being provided with a separate spring unit 8, which is hinged .
The transport axle 1 comprises a brake.
The frame 2 further comprises at least one lifting device 9 for the transport axle
