In den Figuren ist eine Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Werkzeugvorrichtung 1 zum Anschluss eines Kunststoffrohres oder eines Metall-Kunststoff-Verbundrohres an einen Fitting mit einer Schiebe- oder Presshülse gezeigt. Die erfindungsgemäße Werkzeugvorrichtung 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 2, eine Aufweitvorrichtung 3 zum Aufweiten der Enden des Kunststoffrohres oder des Metall-Kunststoff-Verbundrohres, eine Schiebevorrichtung 4 zum Aufschieben der Schiebehülse und ein maschinell betreibbares Antriebselement 5. Das maschinell betreibbare Antriebselement 5 ist mittels einer Umschaltvorrichtung 17 zum Antrieb der Aufweitvorrichtung 3 in einer ersten Stellung der Umschaltvorrichtung 17 oder zum Antrieb der Schiebevorrichtung 4 umschaltbar. Über die Umschaltvorrichtung 17 ist die erfindungsgemäße Werkzeugvorrichtung 1 damit wahlweise zum Betrieb der Aufweitvorrichtung 3 zum Aufweiten der Enden eines Kunststoffrohres oder eines Metall-Kunststoff-Verbundrohres oder zum Betrieb der Schiebevorrichtung 4 zum Aufschieben der Schiebehülse eingerichtet. Ein Schiebeelement 18 ist über einen Befestigungsstift 19 an der Schiebevorrichtung 4 befestigt. Derartige Schiebeelemente 18 sind beispielsweise aus der
Ebenso besitzt die Schiebevorrichtung 4 eine zweite Kolben-Zylindereinheit 12 umfasst. Diese weist einen Arbeitskolben 13 mit einer zweiter Kolbenachse 14 sowie und ein inneres Ende 15 und ein von der Werkzeugvorrichtung 1 weg weisendes Ende 16 auf (
Die beiden Kolbenachsen 9, 14 verlaufen dabei parallel zueinander, fallen jedoch nicht zusammen. Darüber hinaus sind die beiden Kolben-Zylindereinheit en 6, 12 versetzt und zueinander verschoben angeordnet. Dementsprechend liegt eine senkrechte Projektion des inneren Endes 10 der Aufweitvorrichtung 3 auf die Kolbenachse 14 der Schiebevorrichtung 4 zwischen deren inneren Ende 15 und deren von der Werkzeugvorrichtung 1 weg weisenden Ende 16. Alternativ oder vorzugsweise zusätzlich liegt eine senkrechte Projektion des inneren Endes 15 der Schiebevorrichtung 4 auf die Kolbenachse 9 der Aufweitvorrichtung 3 zwischen dem inneren Ende 10 und dem von der Werkzeugvorrichtung 1 weg weisenden Ende 11 der Aufweitvorrichtung 3.The two

Claims (4)
- Tool device (1) for attaching a plastic pipe or a metal/plastic composite pipe to a fitting with a sliding sleeve or pressing sleeve, comprising:- a housing (2);- an expansion device (3) for expanding the ends of the plastic pipe or of the metal/plastic composite pipe;- a sliding device (4) for sliding on the sliding sleeve or a pressing device for pressing on the pressing sleeve; and- a mechanically operated drive element (5) which is actuable in a switchable manner to drive the expansion device (3) or the sliding device or pressing device (4), characterized in thatthe expansion device (3) comprises a first piston/cylinder unit (6), the working piston (8) of which has a piston axis (9) and which has an inner end (10) and an end (11) facing away from the tool device (1), and the sliding device (4) or the pressing device comprises a second piston/cylinder unit (12), the working piston (13) of which has a second piston axis (14) and which has an inner end (15) and an end (16) facing away from the tool device (1), wherein the piston axes (9, 14) extend parallel to one another and wherein a perpendicular projection of the inner end of the expansion device (3) onto the piston axis (14) of the sliding device (4) or pressing device is located between the inner end (15) and the end (16), facing away from the tool device (1), of the sliding device (4) or pressing device, and/or wherein a perpendicular projection of the inner end (15) of the sliding device (4) or pressing device onto the piston axis (9) of the expansion device (3) is located between the inner end (10) and the end (11), facing away from the tool device (1), of the expansion device (3).
- Tool device (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the two piston/cylinder units (6, 12) have different cylinder diameters.
- Tool device (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that the piston/cylinder unit (6) of the expansion device (3) has a smaller cylinder diameter than the piston/cylinder unit (12) of the sliding device (4) or pressing device.
- Use of a tool device (1) according to claim 1 or claim 2 for attaching a plastic pipe or a metal/plastic composite pipe to a fitting with a sliding sleeve or pressing sleeve.
