In den Fign. 1 bis 4 ist ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel einer Kombi-Werkzeugvorrichtung 10 gezeigt, bei der eine Antriebseinheit 12 wahlweise für den Betrieb eines Rohraufweitwerkzeuges 14 oder eines Presshülsen-Presswerkzeuges 16 genutzt wird. Bei der Antriebseinheit 12 handelt es sich um einen hydraulischen Antrieb einer Kolben-Zylindereinheit 18, die einen Kolben 20 und einen Zylinder 22 aufweist. Der Kolben 20 weist eine erste Kolbenstange 24 und eine zweite Kolbenstange 26 auf, die aus dem Zylinder 22 an dessen beiden gegenüberliegenden Stirnwänden 28, 30 herausgeführt sind. Die erste Kolbenstange 24 weist Andruckrollen 32 zum Betreiben des Presswerkzeuges auf, während die zweite Kolbenstange 26 als Aufspreizdorn 34 ausgebildet ist, der zentrisch zwischen Aufweitsegmente 38 des Aufweitwerkzeuges 14 hineingefahren werden kann. Bei den Press- und Rohraufweitwerkzeugen 16, 14 handelt es sich um an sich handelsübliche und bekannte Werkzeuge, auf die im Rahmen der Beschreibung der Erfindung nicht weiter eingegangen wird. Die beiden Werkzeuge befinden sich an den gegenüberliegenden Enden eines Werkzeuggehäuses 40, das ferner eine Hydraulikpumpe 42 und ein Umschaltventil 44 aufweist.In the FIGS. 1 to 4 a first embodiment of a combined tooling device 10 is shown, in which a drive unit 12 is optionally used for the operation of a pipe expanding tool 14 or a compression sleeve pressing tool 16. Claims (7)

  1. Tool device for connection of a plastic pipe, especially a composite plastic/metal pipe, to a fitting having a compression sleeve, the tool device comprising
    - a housing (40),
    - a pipe expanding tool (14) for expanding a pipe end (50) that can be slid onto a supporting sleeve (48) of a fitting (46) and
    - a compression sleeve pressing tool (16) for pressing a compression sleeve (52) onto the expanded pipe end (50) pushed onto the supporting sleeve (48) of the fitting (46'),
    wherein
    - the tool device has a mechanically drivable drive element (20), which can be displaced selectively along a first direction of movement or along a second direction of movement and
    - the drive element (20) actuating the pipe expanding tool (14) in the case of movement along the first direction of movement and actuating the compression sleeve pressing tool (16) in the case of movement along the second direction of movement.
  2. Tool device for connection of a plastic pipe, especially a composite plastic/metal pipe, to a fitting having a sliding sleeve, the tool device comprising
    - a housing (40),
    - a pipe expanding tool (14) for expanding a pipe end (50) that can be slid onto a supporting sleeve (48) of a fitting (46) and
    - a sliding sleeve sliding tool (16') for sliding a sliding sleeve (52') onto the expanded pipe end (50) slid onto the supporting sleeve (48),
    wherein
    - the tool device has a mechanically drivable drive element (20), which can be displaced selectively along a first direction of movement or along a second direction of movement and
    - the drive element (20) actuating the pipe expanding tool (14) in the case of movement along the first direction of movement and actuating the sliding sleeve sliding tool (16') in the case of movement along the second direction of movement.
  3. Tool device according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the drive element (20) can be mechanically moved in a translatory manner.
  4. Tool device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the driving element can be moved hydraulically.
  5. Tool device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the drive element (20) is formed as a piston of a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit (18), the piston having a first and a second piston rod (24, 26), which are respectively led out from opposite end walls (28, 30) of the piston-cylinder unit (18).
  6. Tool device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the first piston rod (24, 26) has pressing rollers (32) for operating the pressing tool (16) or sliding tool (16').
  7. Tool device according to either of Claims 5 and 6, characterized in that the second piston rod (26) is formed as a spreading mandrel (34), which can be moved in centrally between expanding segments (38) of the pipe expanding tool (14).
