Für den Anschluss von Kunststoffrohren, insbesondere Kunststoff/Metall-Verbundrohren ist es bekannt, sogenannte innendichtende Pressfittingsysteme einzusetzen. Hierbei wird das anzuschließende Rohr auf eine Stützhülse des Fittingkörpers geschoben und mit Hilfe einer das Rohrende umgebenden Presshülse gegen die Stützhülse verpresst. Ein Beispiel für ein derartiges Pressfittingsystem findet sich in der

Der Innendurchmesser der Stützhülse ist dabei im wesentlichen gleich dem Innendurchmesser des anzuschließenden Rohres. Anschließend wird dann auf das aufgeweitete und auf der Stützhülse befindliche Rohrende axial eine Schiebehülse aufgezogen. Es ist aber auch möglich, die axiale Fixierung des angeschlossenen Rohrendes mit Hilfe einer Presshülse zu realisieren. Ein Beispiel für eine derartige Rohrverbindung findet sich in

- einem maschinell betreibbaren Antriebselement, das wahlweise längs einer ersten Bewegungsrichtung oder längs einer zweiten Bewegungsrichtung bewegbar ist,
- einem Rohraufweitwerkzeug zum Aufweiten eines auf einer Stützhülse eines Fittings aufschiebbaren Rohrendes, und
- einem Presshülsen-Presswerkzeug oder einem Schiebehülsen-Schiebewerkzeug zum Pressen einer Presshülse auf das auf die Stützhülse des Fittings aufgeschobene aufgeweitete Rohrende oder zum Aufschieben einer Schiebehülse auf das auf die Stützhülse aufgeschobene aufgeweitete Rohrende,
- wobei das Antriebselement bei Bewegung längs der ersten Bewegungsrichtung das Rohraufweitwerkzeug und bei Bewegung längs der zweiten Bewegungsrichtung das Presshülsen-Presswerkzeug oder das Schiebehülsen-Schiebewerkzeug betätigt.
