Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Waschen textiler Artikel mit großen Abmessungen wie Decken, vor allem von Artikeln, die mit festen Stoffen verschmutzt sind, umfassend ein Gestell (2) und einen Waschkessel (1), wobei der Kessel einen Boden (4), eine Umfangswand (5) und eine Öffnung (6) zum Beladen/Entladen der Artikel umfasst, die gegenüber dem Boden des Kessels angeordnet ist, wobei dieser Kessel (1) rotierend bewegbar um eine Achse, als Rotationsachse (10) bezeichnet, die durch den Boden (4) des Kessels läuft, montiert ist, und die Öffnung (6) ebenfalls kippbar ist durch Schwenken gemäß einer zweiten Achse, als Schwenkachse (20) bezeichnet, die zur Rotationsachse (10) transversal ist, für das Kippen des Kessels (1) zwischen einer hohen Position des Kessels, als Beladungs- oder Waschposition bezeichnet, in welcher die Öffnung des Kessels etwa nach oben gerichtet ist, und einer niedrigen Entladungsposition, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die niedrige Position eine Entleerungsposition ist, in welcher die Öffnung des Kessels nach unten gerichtet ist,
    und dass die Öffnung (6) zum Beladen/Entladen des Kessels (1) im beladenen Zustand von einer vergitterten oder durchbrochenen Tür (7) verschlossen ist, die imstande ist, als Abtropfunterlage der Artikel nach dem Waschen und Kippen des Kessels nach unten zu dienen und das direkte Entleeren der festen Stoffe erlaubt, die durch das Waschen der verschmutzten Artikel mitgenommen wurden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (20) des Waschkessels (1) orthogonal zur Rotationsachse (10) des Kessels ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (20) des Waschkessels (1) in einer vertikalen Ebene ist, die durch die Rotationsachse (10) des Kessels verläuft.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Fläche (18) der Umfangswand (5) des Waschkessels mit einer Vielzahl von Puffern (14) ausgestattet ist, die aus der inneren Fläche (18) dieser Wand herausragen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil, als oberer Teil (15) bezeichnet, der Puffer (14), die aus der inneren Fläche (18) der Umfangswand (5) herausragen, eine abgerundete Form hat.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Puffer (14) durch Schrauben oder Verbolzen an der Umfangswand (5) befestigt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Puffer (14) aus Polymermaterial oder aus Gummi sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (7), welche die Öffnung (6) des Kessels (1) verschließt, mit einer Öffnung (11) ausgestattet ist, welche das Einführen eines Wasserversorgungsschlauchs erlaubt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Waschkessel (1) ein Kessel eines Betonmischers ist, dessen Öffnung (6) zum Beladen/Entladen mit einer vergitterten oder durchbrochenen Tür (7) ausgestattet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Waschkessel (1) ein Kessel eines Betonmischers ist, dessen Rührflügel durch Puffer (14) ersetzt wurden, die aus der inneren Fläche (18) der Umfangswand (5) des Kessels (1) herausragen.
