Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung und Verteilung eines personalisierten kosmetischen Produkts, wobei dieses Produkt durch Mischung von wenigstens zwei kosmetischen Komponenten hergestellt wird, die in einem jeweiligen Behälter (11, 103) aufgenommen sind,
    wobei:
    • die wenigstens zwei kosmetischen Komponenten wenigstens zwei Basiskomponenten und wenigstens eine, zwei, drei, vier, fünf oder sogar sechs aktive Komponenten umfassen,
    • wenigstens einer der Behälter einen Identifikationscode aufweist und die Vorrichtung Mittel zur Erkennung (12) des Identifikationscodes umfasst,
    • die Behälter der Basiskomponenten umfassen eine Austrittsöffnung und in einem Basisstützelement (25) aufgenommen sind, und
    • die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    • ein Steuerungsmittel (13), das einen Mischblock (14) steuert und mit den Erkennungsmitteln (12) verbunden ist, wobei das Steuerungsmittel (13) dazu eingerichtet ist, die Mischung der wenigstens zwei kosmetischen Komponenten in Abhängigkeit von den erkannten Identifikationscodes zu steuern,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    • einen Block zur Mischung (51) der kosmetischen Komponenten, der eine Eintrittsöffnung und zwei Zylinder (52, 53), die mit Kolben (50) ausgestattet sind, die in entgegengesetzte Bewegungen versetzbar sind, um den Inhalt eines der Zylinder in den anderen Zylinder umzufüllen, umfasst, wobei die Eintrittsöffnung in dem Mischblock in einem der Zylinder ausgebildet ist,
    • wenigstens einen Aktuator (20, 21), der geeignet ist, das Basisstützelement in eine Position zu bringen, in der sich die Austrittsöffnung eines bestimmten Basiskomponentenbehälters in dichtem Kontakt mit der Eintrittsöffnung (82) des Mischblocks befindet.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Identifikationscode ein Farbcode ist und die Erkennungsmittel optische Mittel sind.
  3. Vorrichtung einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem eine Schnittstelle (3) umfasst, die mit dem Steuerungsmittel (13) verbunden ist, wobei diese Schnittstelle einem Benutzer ermöglicht, das gewünschte kosmetische Produkt auszuwählen, und wobei diese Schnittstelle vorzugsweise ermöglicht, die kosmetischen Komponenten anzuzeigen, die erforderlich sind, um das gewünschte kosmetische Produkt zu erhalten.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, welche einen ersten Aktuator (20), um das Basisstützelement in einer Rotationsbewegung um eine Achse anzutreiben, und einen zweiten Aktuator (21), um das Basisstützelement in einer Translationsbewegung parallel zu dieser Achse anzutreiben, umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Kolben von einem dritten Aktuator (22) bewegt werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, welche umfasst:
    • eine Aufnahmekammer (10) für wenigstens einen Behälter mit einer aktiven Komponente,
    • Mittel (90) zur Entnahme der aktiven Komponente aus ihrem Behälter,
    • und Mittel (65, 91) zum Transfer der aktiven Komponente zu dem Mischblock.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Mittel zur Entnahme der aktiven Komponente aus ihrem Behälter eine Hohlnadel, die geeignet ist, den Behälter mit der aktiven Komponente zu durchbohren, und Mittel zum Absaugen der aktiven Komponente durch die Hohlnadel hindurch umfassen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Aufnahmekammer für wenigstens einen Behälter mit einer aktiven Komponente beweglich in Richtung der Hohlnadel angebracht ist, und umfassend Antriebsmittel (101, 102) für die Aufnahmekammer.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Antriebsmittel für die Aufnahmekammer das Basisstützelement und den wenigstens einen Aktuator (20, 21), der geeignet ist, das Basisstützelement in eine Position zu bringen, in der sich die Austrittsöffnung eines bestimmten Basiskomponentenbehälters in dichtem Kontakt mit der Eintrittsöffnung des Mischblocks befindet, umfasst.
  10. Vorrichtung nach der Gesamtheit der Ansprüche 7 und 9, wobei die die Aufnahmekammer schwenkbar angebracht ist und eine Stützfläche (101) aufweist, die geeignet ist, mit einer komplementären Fläche (102) des Basisstützelements zusammenzuwirken.
  11. Verfahren zur Herstellung durch Mischung von wenigstens zwei kosmetischen Komponenten und zur Verteilung eines personalisierten kosmetischen Produkts, wobei das Verfahren eine Vorrichtung verwendet, wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 beschrieben, und die Schritte umfasst, die darin bestehen,
    • wenigstens zwei kosmetischen Komponenten in einem jeweiligen Behälter (11, 103) einer Mischvorrichtung zuzuführen, und
    • die Mischung dieser wenigstens zwei kosmetischen Komponenten in der Mischvorrichtung durchzuführen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst, die darin bestehen,
    • einen Identifikationscode auf wenigstens einem der Behälter zu erkennen, und
    • die Mischung in Abhängigkeit von dem erkannten Identifikationscode durchzuführen.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei der Identifikationscode ein Farbcode ist und die Erkennung durch optische Mittel durchgeführt wird.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12, wobei die wenigstens zwei kosmetischen Komponenten umfassen:
    - wenigstens zwei Basiskomponenten, und
    - wenigstens eine, zwei, drei, vier, fünf oder sogar sechs aktive Komponenten,
    - wobei wenigstens eine der aktiven Komponenten mit wenigstens einer der Basiskomponenten unverträglich sein kann, wobei das Verfahren den Schritt umfasst, der darin besteht, den Mischvorgang zu blockieren, falls die Identifikationscodes wenigstens einer Basiskomponente und wenigstens einer aktiven Komponente unvereinbar sind.
