Description
The invention relates to an overhead line for power transmission lines according to the preamble of claim 1. The overhead line has at least one metallic core wire and a plurality of (wire-wound) wire layers (concentrically) arranged around the core wire.
A constant problem with overhead power lines are corona discharges, which occur at high electrical voltages and lead to energy losses and disturbing noise. It is known that this effect can be reduced by increasing the rope diameter, because an increase in the diameter leads to a reduction of the edge field strength and thus to the reduction of the corona effects described. However, a mere increase in the rope diameter in conventional standard ropes usually leads to a significant increase in the rope weight, which in turn leads to other disadvantages, in particular high mast loads or high sag.

In practice, the overhead wires designed from solid wires on the one hand and hollow wires on the other could not prevail. - This is where the invention starts.
The invention has for its object to provide an overhead line for high voltage overhead lines of the type described above, in which not only corona discharges are avoided or reduced, but which moreover simply finished with high stability and easy to install (relocate) leaves.
To solve this object, the invention teaches an overhead line for power lines with at least one metallic core wire and a plurality of wire layers arranged around the core wire,
wherein at least one outer wire layer as a metallic wire layer consists exclusively of metallic wires and
wherein a plurality of the inner wire layers disposed between the core wire and the outer wire layer are mixed wire layers of metallic wires on the one hand and non-metallic wires on the other hand,
characterized in that the non-metallic wires are stranded as a placeholder without line function and without Zugkraftübernahme.
In this case, all inner wire layers between an outer metallic wire layer and the metallic core wire are particularly preferably designed as mixed wire layers. Optionally, however, it is also within the scope of the invention that z. B. several outer wire layers as metallic wire layers are formed, that is, the outermost wire layer and one or more directly underlying wire layers.
Particularly preferably, the non-metallic wires of the mixed wire layers are formed as plastic wires. In this way succeeds in reducing the weight compared to metal wires. The weight can be reduced particularly efficiently if the non-metallic wires are designed as hollow wires, preferably as hollow plastic wires, which can also be referred to as "plastic tubes". Metallic wires means wires that are made of metal.
The invention is based on the knowledge, which is first known, that corona discharges can be reduced by increasing the rope diameter. According to the invention, the hollow space of the generally known hollow cables is divided into a plurality of individual cross sections, which are formed by the non-metallic wires, particularly preferably by the hollow wires. These non-metallic wires, which are particularly preferably designed as hollow wires and preferably as hollow plastic wires, are used exclusively as a placeholder, they are therefore mitverseilt in the course of production as a placeholder without line function and without tension. It has been found that these placeholders, which are mitverseilt during production, after installation have no effect during operation any more. Apart from the fact that they do not have a line function, they also need not realize any mechanical improvement (traction takeover). The finished stranded overhead line is stable and functional after installation even without these placeholders, so that even the "fate" of the placeholder after installation does not matter. This can also wildcard wires are used, the then rot, so that z. B. degradable plastics can be used. After the stranding and laying (installation of the rope) they have no function. They also do not accept optical fibers or similar components, ie in the case of hollow wires, their interior remains free (during stranding). These are unfilled hollow wires.
The rope according to the invention can also be easily installed and consequently laid. In contrast to conventional hollow cables, no special fittings and devices are required for installation and clamping, but laying can be carried out with conventional standard fittings and devices.
According to the invention it is provided that on the one hand the core wire as a metallic conductor and on the other hand, the outer wire layer consists of metallic conductors. The layers in between may be formed as a mixed wire layers, with a correspondingly high proportion of placeholder wires, so that increases as much as possible with appropriate transmission power of the cable cross-section. Consequently, according to the invention it is not only important that solid wires and hollow wires are combined with each other, but the combination of the measures described is in the foreground. The metallic core wire ensures a high stability of the rope and the metallic outer layer leads to a high functionality in the application.
Preferably, in the mixed wire layers, the metallic wires on the one hand and the non-metallic wires (placeholders) on the other hand alternately arranged side by side, so that in addition to a metallic wire in pairs on both sides non-metallic wires are arranged and vice versa. Alternatively, it is also within the scope of the invention to sort the mixed wire layers in other ways, so that in a position z. B. on a metallic wire several non-metallic wires or on several metallic wires more non-metallic wires or on several metallic wires in each case a non-metallic wire.
Moreover, it is advantageous if all the wires of a wire layer have a (substantially) identical outer diameter. This also applies to the intermediate layers, in which then all the metallic wires and all non-metallic wires (dummy wires) have a (substantially) identical outer diameter. This means that the rope can be easily manufactured and that the placeholders actually do not have to take over any function after installation. Basically, it is within the scope of the invention that then all wire layers are made of wires with substantially identical diameter. Alternatively, however, the individual layers may each be formed of wires with different diameters, that is, a wire layer with wires of identical diameter can then follow a wire layer with wires with different diameter, the diameter within each wire layer is again preferably identical.
Preferably, the metallic wires are made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. However, it is also within the scope of the invention to manufacture the metallic wires of other metals or alloys or sinterings.
In the following the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to a drawing showing only one exemplary embodiment.

The non-metallic wires 6 are formed in the embodiment as plastic hollow wires and thus plastic tubes. They form only placeholders in the course of production and thus lead to an increased cable cross-section with the same transmission power. Important is the fact that the core wire 1 and the outer wire layer 2 consist of metallic wires.
In this case, all the
