Claims (9)

  1. Gerät (A), umfassend:
    eine Leiterplatte (5);
    eine elektrische Komponente (4), wie einen Widerstand und dergleichen, die mit mindestens einer elektrischen Klemme (41) ausgestattet ist,
    ein Einschlussgehäuse (I), das innen mindestens eine Wand (P) aufweist,
    eine sichere Anschlussvorrichtung (1) zum Anschließen der elektrischen Komponente (4) an die Leiterplatte (5), wobei die sichere Anschlussvorrichtung (1) vorgesehen ist, in dem Einschlussgehäuse (1) bereitgestellt zu werden, wobei die sichere Anschlussvorrichtung (1) umfasst:
    ein erstes Element (2), das entfernbar an die elektrische Klemme (41) der elektrischen Komponente (4) gekoppelt werden kann,
    ein zweites Element (3), das elektrisch an die Schaltung (5) angeschlossen ist,
    Kopplungsmittel zum Koppeln des ersten Elements (2) an das zweite Element (3), wobei die Kopplungsmittel elektrisch leitend und ausgestaltet sind, um die mechanische Kopplung zwischen dem ersten Element (2) und dem zweiten Element (3) infolge eines Anstiegs über eine vorab einstellbare Schwellenwerttemperatur zu reduzieren, der sie ausgesetzt werden,
    ein Sicherheitselement (34), das ausgestaltet ist, um eine Trennkraft zwischen dem ersten Element (2) und dem zweiten Element (3) auszuüben,
    wobei das Sicherheitselement (34), wenn die Temperatur, der die Kopplungsmittel ausgesetzt werden, einen vorab einstellbaren Schwellenwert übersteigt, die elektrische Kopplung zwischen dem ersten Element (2) und dem zweiten Element (3) unterbricht,
    das Sicherheitselement eine elastische Zunge (34) umfasst, die eine Ruheposition und eine Arbeitsposition annehmen kann, in der die elastische Zunge (34) an die Wand (P) angenähert ist, so dass die elastische Zunge (34) vorgespannt ist und eine Trennkraft zwischen dem ersten Element (2) und dem zweiten Element (3) ausübt,
    die sichere Anschlussvorrichtung (1) mittels der Anschlussklemme (32) an die Leiterplatte (5) gekoppelt ist, wobei die elektrische Klemme (41) der elektrischen Komponente (4) an das erste Element (2) gekoppelt ist,
    wobei die sichere Anschlussvorrichtung (1) an die Wand (P) des Einschlussgehäuses (1) angenähert angeordnet ist, so dass die elastische Zunge (34) sich in der Arbeitsposition oder vorgespannt befindet, damit, wenn die Temperatur, bei der die sichere Anschlussvorrichtung (1) einen jeweils vorab einstellbaren Schwellenwert überschreitet oder der Versorgungsstrom der elektrischen Komponente (4), der die sichere Anschlussvorrichtung (1) passiert, einen jeweiligen weiteren vorab einstellbaren Schwellenwert überschreitet, dann die Kopplung der Kopplungsmittel zwischen dem ersten Element (2) und dem zweiten Element (3) die mechanische Kopplung tendenziell reduziert, bis die von der elastischen Zunge (34) ausgeübte Kraft das erste Element (2) von dem zweiten Element (3) trennt, wodurch die Versorgung der elektrischen Komponente (4) unterbrochen wird.
  2. Gerät (A) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Zunge (34) auf dem zweiten Element (3) erhalten wird.
  3. Gerät (A) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Element (3) einen Körper (31) umfasst, die elastische Zunge (34) auf dem Körper (31) gebildet ist, vorzugsweise die elastische Zunge (34) durch einen Schnitt bzw. Schnitte auf dem Körper (31) gebildet ist.
  4. Gerät (A) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplungsmittel zwischen dem ersten Element (2) und dem zweiten Element (3) eine Schweißnaht durch Zinn, leitendes Harz oder dergleichen umfassen.
  5. Gerät (A) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplungsmittel zwischen dem ersten Element (2) und dem zweiten Element (3) Reflow-Schweißen oder "Reflow" umfassen.
  6. Gerät (A) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (2) eine erste Kopplungsplatte (22) umfasst und das zweite Element eine zweite Kopplungsplatte (33) umfasst, die mithilfe der Kopplungsmittel entfernbar an die erste Kopplungsplatte (22) des ersten Elements (2) gekoppelt ist.
  7. Gerät (A) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Element (3) eine Anschlussklemme (32) zur Befestigung und zum elektrischen Anschluss an die Schaltung (5) umfasst.
  8. Gerät (A) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (2) eine Basis (21) umfasst, auf der ein Paar durchgehender vorspringender Schlitze (23) gebildet ist, worin die Klemme (41) der elektrischen Komponente (4) einführbar ist.
  9. Gerät (A) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (2) und das zweite Element (3) aus Metall, Metalllegierung oder leitendem Material gefertigt sind.
