Claims (12)
- Dispositif d'éclairage avec au moins une source lumineuse (1), avec au moins un support de circuits (2) pour la source lumineuse (1), avec un diffuseur (3) qui est en tout cas partiellement transparent, avec un ballast pour l'activation de la source lumineuse (1) et avec un boîtier en plusieurs parties, dans lequel est prévue une première partie de boîtier (4) distante en tout cas en partie d'une deuxième partie de boîtier (5) et dans lequel au moins un élément de support (8) est prévu entre la première partie de boîtier (4) et la deuxième partie de boîtier (5) pour l'appui et/ou le positionnement de la première partie de boîtier (4) sur la deuxième partie de boîtier (5), caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément de support (8) est formé sur l'une des deux parties de boîtier (4), en ce que l'au moins un élément de support (8) dépasse dans l'autre partie de boîtier (5) et en ce que l'autre partie de boîtier (5) recevant l'au moins un élément de support (8) est également enrobée, dans une zone de réception de l'au moins un élément de support (8), avec un matériau durcissant, en ce que le matériau durcissant entoure en tout cas en partie l'au moins un élément de support (8) et en ce que les deux parties de boîtier (4, 5) sont reliées par solidarité de matière et/ou engagement positif après le durcissement du matériau.
- Dispositif d'éclairage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ballast est prévu dans l'autre partie de boîtier (5), le ballast étant conçu, en vue des son étanchéité et/ou de son isolation électrique, comme un ballast enrobé et présentant un enrobage (6), lequel enrobage (6) du ballast est formé par le matériau durcissant qui fixe en même temps l'au moins un élément de support (8) sur l'autre partie de boîtier (5).
- Dispositif d'éclairage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de structure (10, 11, 25) est formé sur la partie de boîtier (4) et en ce que l'au moins un élément de structure (10, 11, 25) dépasse de la partie de boîtier (4) en direction de l'autre partie de boîtier (5), une ouverture traversante entièrement entourée par une paroi du côté de l'enveloppe étant formée sur l'élément de structure (10, 11, 25), et/ou en ce que l'élément de structure (10, 11, 25) est dimensionné de telle sorte que l'élément de structure (10, 11, 25) dans l'état enrobé soit entouré en tout cas en partie du matériau durcissant du côté de l'enveloppe.
- Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément de structure (11) est conformé comme une traversée de câble et/ou comme une connexion enfichée.
- Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de positionnement (23) sont prévus sur l'au moins un élément de support (8) en vue de la pose dans une position précise de la partie de boîtier (4) sur l'autre partie de boîtier (5).
- Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'autre partie de boîtier (5) présente une ouverture (15) dimensionnée de telle sorte que l'au moins un élément de support (8) dépasse dans l'autre partie de boîtier (5) par l'ouverture (15) et en ce que le matériau durcissant puisse être introduit dans l'autre partie de boîtier (5) par l'ouverture (15).
- Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs éléments de support (8) sont prévus, de préférence écartés les un des autres à intervalles réguliers.
- Dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la première partie de boîtier (4) reçoit le support de circuits (2) avec l'au moins une source lumineuse (1) et en ce que la deuxième partie de boîtier (5) entoure le ballast.
- Procédé de montage pour un dispositif d'éclairage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- pose d'une première partie de boîtier (4) du dispositif d'éclairage sur une deuxième partie de boîtier (5) de telle façon que les parties de boîtier (4, 5) soient tournées l'une vers l'autre dans une position précise, que les parties de boîtier (4, 5) soient prévues à distance l'une de l'autre en tout cas par zones et qu'au moins un élément de support (8) est prévu sur l'une des deux parties de boîtier (4) soit inséré dans une zone de réception de l'autre partie de boîtier (5) ;- remplissage de la zone de réception de l'autre partie de boîtier (5) avec un matériau durcissable de telle manière que l'élément de support (8) prévu dans la zone de réception soit entouré au moins en partie par le matériau durcissable ;- durcissement du matériau durcissable pour relier les parties de boîtier (4, 5).
- Procédé de montage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément fonctionnel électrique est introduit dans l'autre partie de boîtier (5) avant le remplissage de la zone de réception et en ce que l'élément fonctionnel électrique est enrobé avec le matériau durcissable.
- Procédé de montage selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fonctionnel électrique est inséré dans la zone de réception.
- Procédé de montage selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le matériau durcissable est amené pour remplir la zone de réception à travers un élément de structure (10).
