Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for transferring a yarn produced in a spinning station of a spinning machine to a piecing apparatus for the purpose of re-spinning.
- the spinning unit is assigned for winding the yarn on a spool a winding device with a changeable yarn guide.
- the yarn production is selectively interrupted and the spinning station controlled stopped, the end of the yarn produced is after the still etches at a defined position in the yarn path in front of the winding device.
- the yarn is unwound from the spool and rewound before being re-spun contrary to its regular take-off direction.
- the invention relates to a spinning machine with at least one spinning station for producing a yarn, with at least one of the spinning station associated winding device for winding the yarn on a spool, the winding device comprises a changierbaren yarn guide, with a control unit, by means of which the spinning station is controlled shutdown, and with a piecing device for re-spinning the yarn.
- the free end of the yarn is taken up by a service device that is usually movable along the spinning frame and prepared for re-spinning. Subsequently, the yarn end is again brought into contact with and connected to a fiber material fed to the spinning station, so that the yarn production process can be resumed.
- the bobbin-side yarn end usually runs on the still-rotating bobbin.
- the yarn end must therefore first be visited, for example, by means of a suction nozzle on the bobbin surface in order to be able to transfer it to the piecing device.
- the search for the yarn end is comparatively time consuming and sometimes has to be done several times until finally a successful piecing process can be performed.
- Such a spinning machine is in the DE 25 41 589 A1 described.
- the search of the thread end and the piecing process takes place there by a movable piecing device.
- the piecing device includes a pivotable thread lifter. This keeps the suctioned into the suction nozzle during rewinding outside the sphere of action of the thread guide.
- the shows DE 40 34 769 A1 a spinning machine in which is prevented by a fold-up yarn guide that the thread passes when pulling from the package to the area of the yarn guide. Only after the successful piecing the yarn guide plate is swung back again, so that the thread is threaded into the yarn guide.
- the DE 100 51 997 A1 describes an auxiliary yarn guide, by means of which the yarn is held after a yarn breakage outside of the actual yarn guide.
- the auxiliary thread guide is lowered again when the thread guide is stationary and only then started the traversing movement of the actual thread guide.
- the EP 0 286 002 A1 proposes a yarn guide which is releasably secured to the yarn guide rod and can be moved by means of a displacement means on the traversing rod. This can be pushed by means of the thread guide to a cutting and clamping device in a bobbin change for cutting the thread.
- the DE 10 2011 053 811 A1 further proposes, in the case of targeted interruptions of the spinning process, for example, in the detection of a yarn defect by a yarn monitoring unit to put the relevant spinning station controlled to silence.
- the conveying speeds of the various conveyors of the spinning station such as delivery unit, take-off device and winding are reduced to a standstill and thereby interrupt the yarn production process.
- the bobbin-side thread end is thereby no longer wound onto the bobbin, but remains due to the controlled shutdown essentially in its regular thread course, which it occupies during the regular yarn manufacturing process.
- the end of the yarn is thus after stopping at a defined position, so that it can be absorbed by the piecing without a complex yarn searching operation.
- the EP 2 573 228 A2 also describes a spinning machine in which a spinning station can be stopped in a controlled manner.
- a yarn lifting device is provided in order to prevent yarn from tearing or damage to the traversing device during rewinding of the yarn. This spends the yarn from the effective range of the traversing device and holds it there while unwinding.
- the object of the present invention is to propose a method for transferring a yarn to a piecing device, by means of which damage to the yarn and winding formation can be avoided. Furthermore, a corresponding spinning machine to be proposed.
- the yarn production is purposefully interrupted and the spinning station is stopped in a controlled manner.
- the spinning station is associated with a changeable thread guide for winding up the yarn on a bobbin of a winding device.
- After the controlled shutdown is one end of the yarn produced at a defined position in the yarn path in front of the winding device.
- the yarn is unwound from the spool and rewound before being re-spun contrary to its regular take-off direction.
- the yarn Before rewinding, the yarn is now lifted out of the yarn guide by means of a spinning-mill-own thread lifter and only then the rewinding of the yarn is started. After rewinding when lifted out of the thread guide yarn, the yarn is transferred by means of the thread lifter to the piecing. In a targeted spin interruption, as is done for example by a monitoring unit for yarn monitoring when a yarn fault occurs, the yarn is between its yarn end and its casserole point on the bobbin essentially in its regular yarn path, which it also occupies during the spinning process.
- the yarn By lifting the yarn out of the yarn guide, which can be located in any position within the Spul Schemes after stopping, the yarn can now be safely rewound from the spool, without causing damage or thread breakage of the thread through the yarn guide. Now when the rewinding of the thread, the deflection deleted by the yarn guide, the risk of winding formation is still reduced to rotating parts of the spinning machine.
- a corresponding spinning machine has at least one spinning station for producing a yarn, and at least one winding device associated with the spinning station for winding up the yarn on a spool.
- the winding device further comprises a changeable yarn guide and a control unit, by means of which the spinning station is controlled shutdown.
- a spinning station own handling device is arranged on the spinning machine. By means of this handling device, the yarn can be transferred to a piecing device after the yarn has been lifted out and rewound.
- a piecing device movable along the spinning stations of the spinning machine is used on such a spinning machine.
- a thread lifter extending over the entire width of the winding device is arranged.
- the thread lifter can be moved from a rest position, in which it is outside the regular yarn path of the yarn, in a working position, in which he positioned the yarn above the yarn guide. It is advantageous in a method for rewinding and transferring a yarn to a piecing device when the thread lifter for lifting the yarn out of the thread guide is pivoted from its rest position into a working position in which it positions the yarn above the thread guide.
- the thread lifter can thereby be arranged to save space at the spinning station and are driven in a simple manner. If the thread lifter extends over the entire winding width of the winding device, it is still possible lift the yarn out of it at any point where the thread guide has stopped. It is therefore not necessary to move the thread guide in a certain position to lift the yarn can.
- the handling device and the thread guide each have a single drive and preferably act together to transfer the yarn to the piecing device.
- the yarn guide can be moved after lifting the yarn by means of its single drive in a simple manner in a position outside the winding area of the winding device, in which no collisions with the yarn are to be feared during rewinding. Due to the interaction of the individually drivable yarn guide with the yarn lifter, the yarn can be brought into a defined transfer position, in which the piecing device can take over the yarn, without having to go to the coil surface consuming this.
- the yarn guide is moved to a parking position on the edge or outside of the winding area of the winding device. The rewinding of the yarn thus takes place in the parking position befindlichem yarn guide.
- the thread lifter After the procedure of the thread guide in the parking position, the thread lifter is returned to its rest position, in particular pivoted.
- the yarn can be rewound from the bobbin essentially in accordance with its regular yarn course, counter to the withdrawal direction, without an additional deflection point being created by the yarn lifter.
- the subsequent resumption of the yarn is facilitated in the yarn guide.
- the spinning station is thereby advantageously reduced by reducing the conveying speeds of the conveying elements of the spinning station such as the extraction device, winding device and delivery device to their standstill. It is also advantageous if, after the controlled shutdown of the spinning station, the yarn is rewound and a defective piece of yarn is separated.
- the method according to the invention for rewinding and transferring a yarn end can be used particularly advantageously, since larger lengths of the yarn must be rewound from the reel in order to clean the faulty yarn piece.
- the method is advantageous not only in the cleaning of a defective piece of yarn, but also in other piecing operations in which the spinning station has been stopped in a controlled manner.
- a controlled shutdown with a targeted interruption of yarn production even in case of power failure or shutdown of the machine may be useful.
- a controlled shutdown can take place before a bobbin change or a change of the fiber material template. In this case, only a small piece of the yarn is rewound and separated before Wiederanspinnen in order to prepare the newly created yarn end for the subsequent piecing process can.
- the individually driven yarn guide on a catcher for independently picking up the yarn can be formed, for example, as a slightly upwardly projecting catch tab.
- the yarn guide is moved from the parking position along the winding width of the winding device in order to insert the yarn into the yarn guide.
- the thread lifter was previously already returned to its rest position to allow the thread guide the process along the winding area.
- the thread guide is moved with the inserted yarn in a transfer position for the piecing.
- the piecing device therefore only has to approach the always same, predetermined transfer position in order to pick up the yarn. Therefore, a simple hook is sufficient for receiving the yarn through the piecing device, for example.
- receiving devices extending over the entire winding width such as a suction nozzle, were required to receive the yarn at an undefined position along the winding area.
- the thread guide is moved to a parking position on the edge or outside the winding area of the winding device.
- the following piecing can then be performed by the piecing without this would be hindered by the thread guide and without the risk of damage to the yarn by collisions with the thread guide.
- the thread lifter is returned to its rest position and the piecing process is carried out.
- a spinning machine according to the invention it is finally advantageous if it has a control and / or regulating unit which is designed to operate the spinning machine according to one or more steps of the prescribed method.
- FIG. 1 shows a trained as an air spinning machine spinning machine 16 in a schematic side view.
- the spinning machine 16 comprises in the usual way a spinning station 1, in which present as a spinning element 21 an air-spinneret is arranged, a fiber material supply 20, which is presently designed as drafting, a take-off device 7 for the spun yarn 5 and a winding device 8 for winding the spun yarn ,
- the spinning station 1 is thereby supplied at its input 2 by a delivery device 6, in this case a delivery roller pair of the drafting system, a stretched by the drafting fiber material 3.
- the fiber material 3 is spun in the spinning element 21 by means of an air flow to a yarn 5, which is withdrawn at an output 4 of the spinning station 1 by means of the take-off device 7, which in the present case comprises a take-off roller pair 12.
- the withdrawn yarn 5 is on a balancing bracket 11 by means of a traversing device 24 in a likewise known manner on a spool 18 wound, which is rotatably mounted in a creel 14 on the spinning machine 1.
- the traversing device 24 includes a yarn guide 23, which has a single drive 22.
- the bobbin 18 preferably also has a single drive and, as shown here, can be driven by means of a winding roller 15 or by means of a direct drive.
- the spinning machine 1 has a yarn monitoring unit 9, which monitors one or more yarn parameters and causes an interruption of the yarn production when a fault occurs in the yarn 5 produced.
- the interruption of the yarn production is not carried out by a cut, which would inevitably lead to the resulting end 10 of the yarn produced would accrue to the cheese 18, but by means of a targeted shutdown of the spinning station 1, as shown in the in the DE 10 2011 053 811 A1 as well as the DE 10 2011 053 812 A1 is described.
- the delivery speeds of the delivery device 6, the discharge device 7 and the winding device 8 are not abruptly stopped, but gradually reduced to a standstill, whereby the spinning process is interrupted and a yarn end 10 is formed. Due to the gradual reduction of the speeds while the yarn 5 remains between its severed end 10 and its casserole point 29 substantially in its regular yarn path, which it also occupies during yarn production.
- the yarn end 10 is shown in dashed lines in the present illustration and can be, for example, by means of a vacuum-loaded yarn storage 13 (also shown in dashed lines) recorded and fixed.
- a vacuum-loaded yarn storage 13 also shown in dashed lines
- the yarn 5 is now rewound against its regular take-off direction, which is symbolized by the arrow A, sucked into the yarn storage 13 and can then be separated by means of a separation unit 25, which in turn new end 10 of the yarn 5 is created.
- This can be brought in a known manner by a piecing either in or outside the spinning station 1 with the fiber material 3 in contact to be spun again.
- Such a targeted interruption of the yarn production with a controlled shutdown of the spinning station can be done in the manner described above not only to clean out a faulty Garn GmbHs, but also before switching off the spinning machine 16 or a power failure. In this case, only a small piece of the yarn 5 is rewound, separated, prepared for re-spinning and transported in the direction of the spinning station 1 before re-spinning.
- the yarn store 13 need not necessarily be arranged at the position shown, but could also be above the take-off device 7 (relative to the regular take-off direction) or two or more yarn stores 13 could be provided.
- the separated piece of yarn can then be disposed of by the vacuum-loaded yarn store 13.
- one or more sensors 19 may be arranged in the yarn path. In the present case, only a sensor 19 is arranged in the region of the yarn store 13 by way of example.
- FIG. 2 a situation is shown in which the spinning station 1 has already been stopped and by the interruption of the yarn production, an end 10 of the produced yarn 5 is formed.
- the yarn 5 is now between its end 10 and its casserole point 29 on the coil in one Course, which also corresponds to the regular yarn course during the yarn production process.
- the yarn guide 23 is now located at an arbitrary position within the winding area B of the winding device 8.
- the end 10 of the yarn 5 can now be like FIG. 1 described in either the take-off device 7 and / or be fixed in a yarn storage 13 to allow the rewinding of the yarn 5 from the spool 18 and the subsequent separation of a piece of yarn.
- the compensating bow 11 can be seen, over which the yarn 5 runs during winding by the traversing device 24 and the winding device 8.
- a handling device is still arranged on the spinning machine 16, which is presently formed by a pivotable thread lifter 17.
- the pivotable thread lifter 17 is also in FIG. 1 shown in schematic representation. It can be seen that the thread lifter 17 between a rest position, the in FIG. 1 is shown in solid lines and in which it does not affect the course of the yarn 5 between the leveling bar 11 and the casserole point 29, is pivotable into a working position, which is shown in dashed lines herein and in which the thread lifter 17, the yarn 5 (dashed line) above the thread guide 23 is positioned.
- FIG. 2 is the thread lifter 17 in its rest position and the yarn 5 extends from the leveler bar 11 through the yarn guide 23 via the casserole point 29 on the spool 18.
- a drive 27 of the thread lifter 17 can be seen, which is designed as an electric cylinder, pneumatic cylinder or otherwise can be.
- the drive 27 actuates the thread lifter 17 in a drive area 28 and pivots him from his in FIG. 2 illustrated resting position in his in FIG. 3 recognizable working position.
- the spinning station is stopped, interrupted the yarn production and the end 10 of the yarn. 5 has advantageously been fixed in the Garn Grande 13 and / or the trigger device 7, the thread lifter 17 is now actuated and thereby lifts the yarn 5 from below out of the yarn guide 23 out.
- the yarn guide 23 After the yarn 5 has been lifted out of the yarn guide 23, the yarn guide 23 is still moved in its working position thread lifter 17 by means of its single drive 22 in a parking position P in which it does not affect the rewinding of the yarn 5.
- the parking position P is located at the edge of the winding area B or outside laterally next to the winding area B and is in Fig. 3 recognizable on the right. Likewise, of course, the parking position P could also be arranged in the left edge region of the winding device 8.
- the yarn lifter 17 is lowered by means of its drive 27 in turn to its rest position to perform the subsequent rewinding of the yarn 5 undisturbed can.
- the rewinding of the yarn 5 is in the present case by two arrows which, contrary to the regular take-off direction A (FIG. FIG. 1 ) are shown running.
- FIG. 3 it can be seen that the end 10 of the yarn 5 is now received in a yarn store 13, which is connected to a vacuum source and in which the rewound yarn 5 can be sucked in and sent for disposal.
- the thread lifter 17 is shown in its working position; Preferably, however, the thread lifter 17 is lowered back to its rest position before rewinding the yarn 5, at the latest at the same time as the beginning of rewinding.
- the piece of yarn is separated by means of the separator 25, wherein the yarn 5 is preferably fixed in the take-off device 7 or the yarn store 13. It is now the in FIG. 4 shown state in which the defective piece of yarn is already separated, whereby a new end 10 of the yarn 5 is formed.
- the yarn 5 of the coil 18 is now the Auflauftician 29 now usually at a different position than before rewinding.
- the yarn 5 is then picked up again by the yarn guide 23, for which purpose it is moved from its parking position P along the winding area B of the winding device 8. Since the thread lifter 17 is at this moment in its rest position, which FIG.
- FIG. 5 Now, a situation is shown in which the yarn 5 is already re-inserted in the yarn guide 23.
- the yarn guide 23 is now moved with the inserted yarn 5 in a transfer position Ü, in which the yarn. 5 can be removed well by the piecing.
- the process of the yarn guide 23 is symbolized in the direction of the transfer position Ü by means of an arrow.
- the thread lifter 17 is still in its rest position.
- the yarn guide 23 is stopped first and the thread lifter 17 spent again in its working position.
- the yarn 5 is thereby lifted out of the yarn guide 23 again and placed by the yarn lifter 17 in the transition position Ü above the regular yarn path.
- the yarn path of the yarn 5 can be recognized by the spool 8 via the yarn lifting device 17.
- the thread guide 23 is now, as symbolized by an arrow, in still standing in working position thread lifter 17 back into its parking position P, which is shown here in dotted lines, out.
- the yarn 5 is now cleaned from the faulty piece of yarn (or cut to length defined for the following piecing) and ready for takeover by the piecing device.
- the thread lifter 17 is moved back to its rest position only after the yarn 5 has been transferred to the piecing device, so that the transfer position is above the regular yarn path at a defined point of the bobbin B.
- the transfer position is in this case within the regular yarn path, but at a defined point of the winding area B. The transfer position must not necessarily be in the middle of the winding area B.
- FIG. 7 Finally shows a spinning machine 16, which is designed as a rotor spinning machine and in which instead of an air nozzle as a spinning element 21, a spinning rotor is arranged to which a dissolved in individual fibers fiber material 3 'in a conventional manner by an opening roller 26 is supplied.
- the delivery device 6 is formed in this case by a feed roller, which fiber material 3 from a fiber material supply 20, here a spinning can, the spinning station 1 and der Auflettewalze 26 fed.
- the other components correspond to those of the air spinning machine FIG. 1 to which reference is made at this point. The same applies to the stopping of the spinning station 1 and the monitoring by the yarn monitoring unit 9.
- the yarn 5 can be presented in a defined transfer position by means of a single drivable yarn guide 23 and a thread lifter 17 of the piecing.
- the piecing device can thereby be simplified and required to take over the yarn. 5 only a hook, but not over the entire Spul Scheme B extending receiving unit.
- the rewinding of the yarn and the picking up of the yarn 5 by the piecing device or the transfer of the yarn 5 to the piecing can thus be done safely and quickly in a simple manner, so that thereby the downtime of the spinning station 1 can be kept low. That in the Figures 2 - 6 described method and the thread lifter 17 shown there is also applicable to such a rotor spinning machine.
Description
The present invention relates to a method for transferring a yarn produced in a spinning station of a spinning machine to a piecing apparatus for the purpose of re-spinning. The spinning unit is assigned for winding the yarn on a spool a winding device with a changeable yarn guide. In the process, the yarn production is selectively interrupted and the spinning station controlled stopped, the end of the yarn produced is after the still etches at a defined position in the yarn path in front of the winding device. In the method, the yarn is unwound from the spool and rewound before being re-spun contrary to its regular take-off direction. Furthermore, the invention relates to a spinning machine with at least one spinning station for producing a yarn, with at least one of the spinning station associated winding device for winding the yarn on a spool, the winding device comprises a changierbaren yarn guide, with a control unit, by means of which the spinning station is controlled shutdown, and with a piecing device for re-spinning the yarn.
In rotor or air-jet spinning machines, after an interruption of the yarn production process, the free end of the yarn is taken up by a service device that is usually movable along the spinning frame and prepared for re-spinning. The object is solved with the features of the independent claims.
In a method for transferring a yarn produced in a spinning station of a spinning machine to a piecing device for the purpose of re-spinning, the yarn production is purposefully interrupted and the spinning station is stopped in a controlled manner. In a targeted spin interruption, as is done for example by a monitoring unit for yarn monitoring when a yarn fault occurs, the yarn is between its yarn end and its casserole point on the bobbin essentially in its regular yarn path, which it also occupies during the spinning process. By lifting the yarn out of the yarn guide, which can be located in any position within the Spulbereichs after stopping, the yarn can now be safely rewound from the spool, without causing damage or thread breakage of the thread through the yarn guide. Now when the rewinding of the thread, the deflection deleted by the yarn guide, the risk of winding formation is still reduced to rotating parts of the spinning machine.
A corresponding spinning machine has at least one spinning station for producing a yarn, and at least one winding device associated with the spinning station for winding up the yarn on a spool. The winding device further comprises a changeable yarn guide and a control unit, by means of which the spinning station is controlled shutdown. To lift the yarn from the yarn guide after the controlled shutdown of the spinning device a spinning station own handling device is arranged on the spinning machine. By means of this handling device, the yarn can be transferred to a piecing device after the yarn has been lifted out and rewound. Usually, a piecing device movable along the spinning stations of the spinning machine is used on such a spinning machine. By the spinning station's own handling device now a safe rewinding of the yarn is possible even after a controlled shutdown, after which the yarn is in its regular yarn path.
It is particularly advantageous if, at the spinning station as the handling device, a thread lifter extending over the entire width of the winding device is arranged. The thread lifter can be moved from a rest position, in which it is outside the regular yarn path of the yarn, in a working position, in which he positioned the yarn above the yarn guide. It is advantageous in a method for rewinding and transferring a yarn to a piecing device when the thread lifter for lifting the yarn out of the thread guide is pivoted from its rest position into a working position in which it positions the yarn above the thread guide. The thread lifter can thereby be arranged to save space at the spinning station and are driven in a simple manner. If the thread lifter extends over the entire winding width of the winding device, it is still possible lift the yarn out of it at any point where the thread guide has stopped. It is therefore not necessary to move the thread guide in a certain position to lift the yarn can.
In the spinning machine, at least the handling device and the thread guide each have a single drive and preferably act together to transfer the yarn to the piecing device. The yarn guide can be moved after lifting the yarn by means of its single drive in a simple manner in a position outside the winding area of the winding device, in which no collisions with the yarn are to be feared during rewinding. Due to the interaction of the individually drivable yarn guide with the yarn lifter, the yarn can be brought into a defined transfer position, in which the piecing device can take over the yarn, without having to go to the coil surface consuming this. In the method for rewinding and transferring a yarn produced in the spinning station, after the yarn is lifted out and before the yarn is rewound, the yarn guide is moved to a parking position on the edge or outside of the winding area of the winding device. The rewinding of the yarn thus takes place in the parking position befindlichem yarn guide.
After the procedure of the thread guide in the parking position, the thread lifter is returned to its rest position, in particular pivoted. As a result, the yarn can be rewound from the bobbin essentially in accordance with its regular yarn course, counter to the withdrawal direction, without an additional deflection point being created by the yarn lifter. At the same time the subsequent resumption of the yarn is facilitated in the yarn guide.
It is furthermore particularly advantageous if the spun yarn is monitored by means of a yarn monitoring unit and upon detection of a yarn monitoring unit Garnfehlers the spinning unit is stopped in a controlled manner. The spinning station is thereby advantageously reduced by reducing the conveying speeds of the conveying elements of the spinning station such as the extraction device, winding device and delivery device to their standstill. It is also advantageous if, after the controlled shutdown of the spinning station, the yarn is rewound and a defective piece of yarn is separated. The method according to the invention for rewinding and transferring a yarn end can be used particularly advantageously, since larger lengths of the yarn must be rewound from the reel in order to clean the faulty yarn piece.
However, the method is advantageous not only in the cleaning of a defective piece of yarn, but also in other piecing operations in which the spinning station has been stopped in a controlled manner. For example, such a controlled shutdown with a targeted interruption of yarn production even in case of power failure or shutdown of the machine may be useful. Furthermore, a controlled shutdown can take place before a bobbin change or a change of the fiber material template. In this case, only a small piece of the yarn is rewound and separated before Wiederanspinnen in order to prepare the newly created yarn end for the subsequent piecing process can.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the individually driven yarn guide on a catcher for independently picking up the yarn. This can be formed, for example, as a slightly upwardly projecting catch tab. To insert the yarn into the yarn guide, it is advantageous in the proposed method if, after the separation of the yarn piece, the yarn guide is moved from the parking position along the winding width of the winding device in order to insert the yarn into the yarn guide. The thread lifter was previously already returned to its rest position to allow the thread guide the process along the winding area.
For the transfer of the yarn to the piecing device, it is also advantageous if the thread guide is moved with the inserted yarn in a transfer position for the piecing. The piecing device therefore only has to approach the always same, predetermined transfer position in order to pick up the yarn. Therefore, a simple hook is sufficient for receiving the yarn through the piecing device, for example. In the prior art, on the other hand, receiving devices extending over the entire winding width, such as a suction nozzle, were required to receive the yarn at an undefined position along the winding area.
It is also advantageous for transferring the yarn to the piecing device if, after the thread guide has reached the transfer position with the inserted yarn, the thread lifter is returned to the working position and the yarn is lifted out of the thread guide again.
In an advantageous further development of the method, after the yarn has been transferred to the piecing device, the thread guide is moved to a parking position on the edge or outside the winding area of the winding device. The following piecing can then be performed by the piecing without this would be hindered by the thread guide and without the risk of damage to the yarn by collisions with the thread guide.
Likewise, in order to perform the piecing operation without interference, advantageously after transferring the yarn to the piecing device the thread lifter is returned to its rest position and the piecing process is carried out.
In a spinning machine according to the invention, it is finally advantageous if it has a control and / or regulating unit which is designed to operate the spinning machine according to one or more steps of the prescribed method.

The
Such a targeted interruption of the yarn production with a controlled shutdown of the spinning station can be done in the manner described above not only to clean out a faulty Garnstücks, but also before switching off the spinning
The present description is to be understood merely as an example. Thus, the
