Claims (10)
- Container (1) with an outflow (4) arranged in the vicinity of a base and a device for avoiding formation of foam, the device being constructed as a vortex breaker (16) upstream of the outflow (4), characterised in that the vortex breaker (16) is constructed as a vertical wall arrangement (17) which is fixed in the outflow (4) by way of a fixing arm (18, 18') projecting into the outflow (4).
- Container according to claim 1, characterised in that the outflow (4) is arranged laterally above the base (3), that the fixing arm (18, 18') has the vertical wall arrangement (17) at its end remote from the outflow (4) and that the vertical wall arrangement (17) has at its end remote from the outflow (4) two vertical side blades (19, 20) directed away from one another.
- Container according to claim 2, characterised in that at least one of the side blades (19, 20) has a broken-away portion (21) towards the base (3).
- Container according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the container (1) is constructed as a recirculation container of a crossflow filtration plant.
- Device (5) for avoiding formation of foam, the device being constructed as a vortex breaker (16) positionable upstream of an outflow (4) of the container (1), characterised in that the vortex breaker (16) is constructed as a vertical wall arrangement (17), that this vertical wall arrangement (17) has two vertical side blades (19, 20), which are directed away from one another, in a T-shaped formation, and that the vertical wall arrangement (17) goes over into a fixing arm (18, 18') which is fixable by its free end (22, 22') in the outflow (4) of the container (1).
- Device according to claim 5, characterised in that for arrangement of the fixing arm (18, 18') in a lateral outflow (4) of the container (1) the fixing arm (18, 18') at the end of the vertical wall arrangement (17) remote from the side blades (19, 20) is directed away in horizontal direction and has at sides opposite one another in vertical direction respective detent lugs (23, 24) which can detent in corresponding shaped portions of the outflow (4).
- Device according to claim 6, characterised in that the detent lugs (23, 24) are formed by an arrowhead-shaped construction of the free end (22, 22') of the fixing arm (18, 18').
- Device according to any one of claims 5 to 7, characterised in that the fixing arm (18, 18') has a step-shaped abutment (25) at its end facing the vertical wall arrangement (17).
- Method of producing a device (5) according to any one of claims 5 to 8 for avoiding formation of foam, which device can be connected with an outflow (4) of a container (1), characterised in that the following steps are carried out:a) cutting the vortex breaker (16) with a vertical wall arrangement (17), two side blades (19, 20) and a fixing arm (18, 18'), which is connected with the vertical wall arrangement (17), out of a flat plate andb) bending out the side blades (19, 20) in opposite directions each into an end setting arranged transversely to the main wall (17).
- Method according to claim 9, characterised in that the vortex breaker (16) is introduced into the container interior space (10) through a container opening (6) and is plugged and detented by a free end (22, 22') of the fixing arm (18, 18') in the outflow opening of the outflow (4).
