Claims (14)
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1), umfassend:- mindestens eine Kompressionskammer (10), die sich längs zwischen einem ersten Ende (11) und einem zweiten Ende (12) erstreckt;- eine Bodenwand (30), die betriebswirksam mit der mindestens einen Kompressionskammer (10) verbunden ist und mindestens eine Zuführungsöffnung (31) aufweist, um die mindestens eine Kommunikationskammer (10) mit einer Zuführungsleitung (32) in Fluidkommunikation zu setzen;- Kompressionsmittel (20), die mit der Kompressionskammer (10) und/oder der Bodenwand (30) interagieren, um die Flüssigkeit in der Kompressionskammer (10) zu komprimieren;- mindestens ein Membranventil (40), das betriebswirksam mit den Kompressionsmitteln (20) verbunden ist, um zumindest die Zuführung der komprimierten Flüssigkeit durch die Kompressionskammer (10) über die Zuführungsleitung (32) zu erlauben; mindestens ein Membranventil (40), das ebenfalls ausgelegt ist, um die Strömung von Flüssigkeit in die mindestens eine Kompressionskammer (10) durch eine Ansaugung zu erlauben;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Membranventil (40) in einem inneren Abschnitt der Kompressionskammer (10) in einer Position positioniert ist, die an die Bodenwand (30) angrenzt, und dadurch eingesetzt, um mit den Kompressionsmitteln (20) in einer Betriebskonfiguration für die Nutzung der Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) zum Komprimieren von Flüssigkeit zu interagieren, und zudem dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) einen Hauptkörper (50) umfasst, umfassend die Kompressionskammer (10) und die Bodenwand (30), bestehend aus einem einzigen durchgehenden Stück auf dem Hauptkörper (50).
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, umfassend Kontaktmittel (60), die ausgelegt sind, um zumindest teilweise das Membranventil (40) zu beschränken und um eine reversible Verformung in einer Betriebskonfiguration für die Nutzung der Kompressionsvorrichtung (1) zu erlauben.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Kontaktmittel (60) ein geformtes Element (61) umfassen, das ausgestaltet ist, um an einem Abschnitt (35) der Bodenwand (30) und/oder in einem inneren Abschnitt der Kompressionskammer (10) fixiert zu werden, wobei das geformte Element (61) zumindest teilweise anschlagend an das Membranventil (40) positioniert ist.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei das geformte Element (61) eine Hauptausdehnungsebene ("G") aufweist, die eine erste Seite (61a) definiert, die betriebswirksam den Kompressionsmitteln (20) zugewandt ist, und eine zweite Seite (61b), die der ersten Seite (61a) entgegengesetzt ist und eine flache Oberfläche (61c) umfasst, die ausgestaltet ist, um betriebswirksam mindestens teilweise an das Membranventil (40) anzuschlagen.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das geformte Element (61) mindestens einen Durchgang (62) aufweist, sodass die erste Seite (61a) mit der zweiten Seite (61b) in Fluidkommunikation gebracht wird, wobei der Durchgang (62) an der Zuführungsöffnung (31) der Bodenwand (30) positioniert und ausgestaltet ist, um mit einer gekerbten Lasche (41) des Membranventils (40) in einer Betriebskonfiguration für die Nutzung der Vorrichtung (1) zu interagieren.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das geformte Element (61) einen weiteren Durchgang (63) aufweist, sodass die erste Seite (61a) mit der zweiten Seite (61b) in Fluidkommunikation gebracht wird, wobei sich der weitere Durchgang (63) an einer Saugöffnung (33) der Bodenwand (30) befindet und ausgestaltet ist, um mit einer weiteren gekerbten Lasche (42) des Membranventils (40) in einer Konfiguration für die Nutzung der Vorrichtung (1) zu interagieren.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsventil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei das Membranventil (40) eine liegende Hauptebene ("P") aufweist, die parallel zur flachen Oberfläche (61c) des geformten Elements (61) in einer Betriebskonfiguration für die Nutzung der Vorrichtung (1) positioniert ist, wobei das Membranventil (40) eine umlaufende Kante (43) aufweist, die gleich eines Querschnitts der Kompressionskammer (10) geformt ist.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, umfassend Fixiermittel für das geformte Element (61) und/oder für das Membranventil (40), die betriebswirksam mit einem Abschnitt (35) der Bodenwand (30) verbunden sind.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Fixiermittel eine Paar Vorsprünge (64) umfassen, die auf der zweiten Seite (61b) des geformten Elements (61) positioniert sind, wobei die Vorsprünge (64) jeweils eine Durchführungsöffnung (64) aufweisen und betriebswirksam mit jeweiligen Aufnahmeabschnitten (36) der Bodenwand (30) in einer Betriebskonfiguration für die Nutzung der Vorrichtung (1) verbunden sind.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Paar Vorsprünge (64), das auf der zweiten Seite (61b) des geformten Elements (61) positioniert ist, so ausgebildet ist, dass es in jeweilige genutete Sitze (44) des Membranventils (40) in einer Betriebskonfiguration für die Nutzung der Vorrichtung (1) eingreift.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Fixiermittel so ausgebildet sind, dass sie mindestens das Membranventil (40) in einem inneren Abschnitt der Kompressionskammer (10) fixieren.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bodenwand (30) einen flachen Abschnitt (35) umfasst, der ausgestaltet ist, um mindestens teilweise an das Membranventil (40) in einer Betriebskonfiguration für die Nutzung der Vorrichtung (1) anzuschlagen.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kompressionsmittel (20) eine Kupplungskurbelstangeneinheit umfassen, umfassend einen abgedichteten Kolben (21), der am Fuß der Kupplungsstange fixiert ist, wobei der abgedichtete Kolben (21) betriebswirksam mit Wänden (10a) der Kompressionskammer (10) verbunden ist.
- Flüssigkeitskompressionsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kompressionsmittel (20) eine flexible Membran umfassen, die an der Bodenwand (30) montiert ist, sodass sie das Membranventil (40) abdeckt, wobei die Kompressionskammer (10) zwischen der flexiblen Membran und dem Membranventil (40) ausgebildet ist, sodass die Bewegung der flexiblen Membran eine Kompression oder eine Ansaugung in der Kompressionskammer (10) erzeugt.
