Claims (7)

  1. Une machine d'expédition postale de bureau pour imprimer des articles de courrier M comprenant:
    - un cadre (10) avec une ouverture (10a) pour insérer et retirer manuellement l'article de courrier;
    - une tête d'impression (20) supportée par un chariot (22) coulissant dans une direction longitudinale pour imprimer l'article de courrier;
    - un mécanisme de déplacement transversal d'article (70) pour déplacer l'article de courrier dans une direction transversale à la direction longitudinale, le mécanisme de déplacement transversal d'article comprenant un train jumelé de bras de levier pivotants de montée et de descente (72a, 72b) agissant chacun sur une roue dentée unidirectionnelle (75a, 75b) configurée pour commander en rotation un arbre d'essieu (76) et pour abaisser des butées de palier d'article (78c, 78d) en déplaçant autour de butées fixes (78a, 77b) et libres (79a, 79b) des courroies d'indexage (78a, 79b) portant lesdites butées de palier d'article ;
    - un ensemble de plaquage d'article (80) pour positionner l'article de courrier et le maintenir dans une direction perpendiculaire à un écart constant de la tête d'impression, l'ensemble de plaquage d'article comprenant une plaque de plaquage (82) avec un coin en angle droit (84) et un mécanisme de pression à ressort (86) pivotant autour d'une tige (85) et ayant une plaque de pression (88) et deux parties d'extrémité de pression (81a, 81b), la plaque de pression poussant l'article de courrier contre la plaque de taquage en opposition aux ressorts (87a, 87b) ;
    - le chariot de support de tête d'impression comprenant trois surfaces de came (23a, 23b, 23c) qui coopèrent respectivement avec des surfaces de came (73a, 73b) desdits bras de levier de montée et de descente et des surfaces de came (83a, 83b) desdites parties d'extrémité de pression ;
    - un module de commande électronique (90) pour démarrer et exécuter un cycle d'impression ; et
    - un mécanisme d'entraînement unique (60) relié au chariot de support de tête d'impression (22) pour simultanément:
    (a) déplacer le chariot en va-et-vient le long de la direction longitudinale ;
    (b) indexer l'article de courrier en commandant le mécanisme de déplacement transversal d'article ; et
    (c) taquer l'article de courrier lors de l'impression en commandant l'ensemble de plaquage d'article.
  2. Machine d'expédition postale de bureau selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme d'entraînement unique comprend un moteur pas à pas (62) qui entraîne le chariot de support de tête d'impression à travers un ensemble de courroies sans fin (64), des poulies (66a, 66b) et des arbres de guidage (68a, 68b).
  3. Machine d'expédition postale de bureau selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de taquage comprend une fente longitudinale (89) à travers laquelle la tête d'impression passant éjecte des gouttelettes d'encre pour l'impression à passage multiple par étapes sur l'article de courrier sous le contrôle du module de commande électronique.
  4. Machine d'expédition postale de bureau selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre un premier capteur (92) coopérant avec un doigt (22a) du chariot de support de tête d'impression pour détecter la présence dudit chariot de support de tête d'impression à une position de repos pour démarrer le cycle d'impression.
  5. Machine d'expédition postale de bureau selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une station de service (40) pour racler et faire cracher la tête d'impression avant que ladite tête d'impression ne retourne à ladite position de repos.
  6. Machine d'expédition postale de bureau selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre un second capteur (94) pour détecter la présence de l'article de courrier introduit manuellement par l'opérateur à travers l'ouverture du cadre.
  7. Machine d'expédition postale de bureau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'article de courrier repose sur le bord ou à plat.
