Claims (12)
- Befestigungskit (1) zur Montage einer Sanitärarmatur (3) an einem Deck (5), wobei das Deck eine Oberfläche mit einer Öffnung (13) aufweist, wobei das Befestigungskit (1) ein Basisteil (21) aufweist, das im Gebrauch an einer Unterseite des Decks angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungskit mindestens zwei längliche Kupplungselemente (17a, 17b), die mit der Sanitärarmatur (3) verbindbar sind, um sich im Gebrauch durch die Öffnung im Deck (5) zu erstrecken, und mindestens zwei mit dem Basisteil verbundene Befestigungselemente (27a, 27b) aufweist, wobei die Befestigungselemente (27a, 27b) axial gehalten und in Bezug auf das Basisteil (21) drehbar sind, wobei die länglichen Kupplungselemente (17a, 17b) und die Befestigungselemente (27a, 27b) zusammenwirkende Gewindeabschnitte aufweisen, so dass im Gebrauch die Sanitärarmatur (3) an dem Deck befestigt wird, indem die Befestigungselemente (27a, 27b) angezogen werden, um das Basisteil (21) gegen die Unterseite des Decks (5) zu drücken, und die länglichen Kupplungselemente (17a, 17b) und die Befestigungselemente (27a, 27b) zusammenwirkende Gewindeabschnitte (39a, 39b) aufweisen, die so konfiguriert sind, dass weniger Umdrehungen erforderlich sind, um mindestens eines der Befestigungselemente (27a, 27b) anzuziehen.
- Befestigungskit nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes längliche Kupplungselement (17a, 17b) eine Stange mit Außengewindeabschnitten an gegenüberliegenden Enden zur Verbindung mit der Sanitärarmatur (3) und dem Befestigungselement (27a, 27b) umfasst.
- Befestigungskit nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei das Basisteil (21) eine Platte (23) mit den mit der Platte (23) drehbar verbundenen Befestigungselementen (27a, 27b) aufweist.
- Befestigungskit nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Basisteil (21) eine Dichtung (25) oder ein Abstandhalterelement aufweist, die/das sich zwischen der Platte (23) und der Unterseite des Decks (5) befindet.
- Befestigungskit nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, wobei jedes Befestigungselement (27a, 27b) axial angeordnet und in Bezug auf die Platte (23) gehalten ist.
- Befestigungskit nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei jedes Befestigungselement (27a, 27b) eine Mutter mit einer Bohrung zur Aufnahme des Gewindeabschnitts des länglichen Kupplungselements (17a, 17b) umfasst.
- Befestigungskit nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Bohrung einen Einführungsabschnitt (37a, 37b) und einen Innengewindeabschnitt (39a, 39b) aufweist, wobei der Gewindeabschnitt des länglichen Kupplungselements (17a, 17b) eine Spielpassung in dem Einführungsabschnitt ist und mit dem Gewindebohrungsabschnitt zum Anziehen des Befestigungselements (27a, 27b) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Befestigungskit nach Anspruch 6 oder Anspruch 7, wobei die Mutter durch Mittel, die eine permanente Verbindung oder eine lösbare Verbindung (35a, 35b) bereitstellen, drehbar mit der Platte (23) verbunden ist.
- Befestigungskit nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei das Befestigungselement (27a, 27b) eine Mutter umfasst, die schwenkbar und drehbar mit der Platte (23) verbunden ist, so dass die Mutter gekippt werden kann, um den Gewindeabschnitt des länglichen Kupplungselements (17a, 17b) freizulegen, und dann zurück gekippt und auf dem Gewindeabschnitt des länglichen Kupplungselements (17a, 17b) angezogen werden kann.
- Befestigungskit nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei eines der Befestigungselemente (27b) einen kürzeren Gewindeabschnitt (39b) und einen längeren Einführungsabschnitt (39a) als das andere Befestigungselement (27a) aufweist, so dass es mit weniger Umdrehungen angezogen werden kann.
- Befestigungskit nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei eines der länglichen Kupplungselemente (17a, 17b) kürzer als das andere längliche Kupplungselement (17a, 17b) ist, so dass das zugehörige Befestigungselement (27a, 27b) mit weniger Umdrehungen angezogen werden kann.
- Verfahren zur Montage einer Sanitärarmatur (3) an einem Deck (5) mit einer Oberfläche mit einer Öffnung (13), wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es aufweist: Bereitstellen von mindestens zwei länglichen Kupplungselementen (17a, 17b), die mit der Sanitärarmatur verbindbar sind, Befestigen der länglichen Kupplungselemente an einer Sanitärarmatur, Positionieren der Sanitärarmatur oben auf dem Deck, so dass sich die länglichen Kupplungselemente durch die Öffnung in dem Deck erstrecken, Bereitstellen eines Basisteils (21), das mindestens zwei drehbare Befestigungselemente (27a, 27b) aufweist, die zum Eingriff mit den länglichen Kupplungselementen (17a, 17b) drehbar mit dem Basisteil verbunden sind, Positionieren des Basisteils an einer Unterseite des Decks und Drehen der Befestigungselemente, um komplementäre Gewindeabschnitte der länglichen Kupplungselemente und Befestigungselemente in Eingriff zu nehmen, um das Befestigungselement anzuziehen und das Basisteil gegen die Unterseite des Decks zu drücken, und Bereitstellen der länglichen Kupplungselemente und Befestigungselemente mit zusammenwirkenden Gewindeabschnitten (39a, 39b), die konfiguriert sind, so dass mindestens ein Befestigungselement mit einer reduzierten Anzahl an Umdrehungen angezogen werden kann.
