Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Rammschutz zum Auffangen und Abweisen von Rammstößen von Flurfördermitteln und Fahrzeugen.The invention is based on a ram protection for catching and repelling ramming impacts of floor conveyors and vehicles.
In Lagern und Großhandlungen werden zum Transport von Waren Fahrzeuge oder Flurfördermittel eingesetzt. Kollidiert ein derartiges Fahrzeug oder Flurfördermittel mit einem Teil eines Gebäudes wie beispielsweise einer Tür- oder Toreinfassung oder einer Stütze oder mit einem Teil einer Einrichtung, wie beispielsweise einem Regal, so führt die Kollision aufgrund des Gewichtes des Fahrzeugs oder Flurfördermittels zumeist zu einer Beschädigung des Gebäudeteils oder der Einrichtung. Um derartige Beschädigungen zu vermeiden, wird an oder nahe der entsprechenden Gebäudeteile oder Einrichtungen ein Anfahrschutz oder ein Rammschutz angeordnet. Hierzu zählen unter anderem Pfosten, die am Boden mit Befestigungsmitteln, beispielsweise Schrauben, befestigt werden. Derartige Pfosten markieren zwar den für das Fahrzeug oder das Flurfördermittel vorgesehenen Weg. Sie weisen jedoch den Nachteil auf, dass bei einer Kollision eines Fahrzeugs oder Flurfördermittels mit einem derartigen Pfosten sowohl das Fahrzeug oder Flurfördermittel als auch der Pfosten beschädigt werden können. Auf die Befestigungsmittel, mit denen der Pfosten am Boden befestigt ist, wirken bei einer Kollision große Kräfte. Dies führt dazu, dass sich die Befestigungsmittel nach mehreren Kollisionen lockern oder sogar lösen können. Ist dies der Fall, so müssen an einer anderen Stelle am Boden neue Löcher für die Befestigungsmittel gebohrt und die Befestigungsmittel darin arretiert werden. Darüber hinaus werden die Befestigungsmittel, mit denen derartige Pfosten am Boden befestigt sind, im Bereich ihres über den Boden überstehenden Abschnitts, beispielsweise Schraubenkopfes, leicht beschädigt. Dies erschwert das Entfernen der Schrauben zum Austausch eines beschädigten Pfostens. Ferner bestehen in manchen Lagern oder Großhandlungen hohe Anforderungen an die Hygiene. In die Löcher werden durch die Durchgangsöffnungen 6 hindurch Schrauben eingesetzt und festgeschraubt. Schließlich wird auf die Bolzen 7 der Abweiskörper 3 aufgesetzt. Die Deckplatte 4 wird von dem Abweiskörper 3 entfernt. Auf den durch die Durchgangsöffnung 12 in der Grundplatte 9 des Abweiskörpers 3 hindurchragenden Gewindebolzen 8 der Bodenplatte 2 wird eine Mutter aufgeschraubt.
