- Knife set for a mincer with at least one hole disc (12, 14) and a knife holder (11, 13) that may be driven rotating through the shaft (15) of the mincer, in which several knives (25, 26, 27, 28) are arranged on the knife holder (11, 13) so that they may turn around axes, which are aligned parallel to the shaft (15) of the mincer, characterised in that the knives (25, 26, 27, 28) have several wings (33, 34, 35), which are each provided with blades (36, 37, 38), in which the blades (36, 37, 38) are arranged on the radially outer circumference of the wings (33, 34, 35).
- Knife set according to claim 1, characterised in that the axes of rotation (R) of the knives (25, 26, 27, 28) are arranged on one or several circles around the axis of the shaft (W) of the mincer.
- Knife set according to claim 2, characterised in that the knives (25, 26, 27, 28) each have the same angular distance.
- Knife set according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the knives (25, 26, 27, 28) are made rotationally symmetrical.
- Knife set according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the knives (25, 26, 27, 28) are provided with blades (36, 37, 38) on their circumference.
- Knife set according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the blades (36, 37, 38) form a cutting angle of 30° to 60° with the hole disc (12, 14).
- Knife set according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the knives (25, 26, 27, 28) are arranged on the knife holder (11, 13) so that they may be exchanged by means of a plug connection.
- Knife set according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the knives (25, 26, 27, 28) are arranged so that they may move axially in the knife holder (11, 13).
- Knife set according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the knives (25, 26, 27, 28) are mounted floating in the knife holder (11, 13).
- Knife set according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the knife holder (11, 13) is made in the shape of a disc.
- Knife set according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the knife holder (11, 13) has several wings (21, 22, 23, 24), on each of which at least one knife (25, 26, 27, 28) is arranged.
- Knife set according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the knife holder (11, 13) and/or the knives (25, 26, 27, 28) have openings for conducting away material to be cut that may not be ground.
- Knife set according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that it has at least two hole discs (12, 14) with knife holders (11, 13) with knives (25, 26, 27, 28) arranged in front of them, in which the hole discs (12, 14) have an increasingly smaller hole diameter in the direction of throughput (32) of the material to be cut.
