Claims (12)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un document de valeur, en particulier d'un billet de banque, comprenanta) la mise à disposition d'un substrat pour document de valeur (1) ;b) l'application d'une couche d'encre (2) apte à s'écouler, réticulable aux UV et contenant des pigments à effets, sur le substrat pour document de valeur (1) au moyen d'un premier ensemble d'impression par sérigraphie ;c) la réticulation incomplète de la couche d'encre (2) réticulable aux UV et contenant des pigments à effets appliquée sur le substrat pour document de valeur (1), au moyen d'un premier dispositif de séchage UV afin de, de cette façon, augmenter la viscosité de la couche d'encre (2) et de la rendre gaufrable ;d) la mise en contact de la couche d'encre (2) réticulable aux UV, contenant des pigments à effets, appliquée sur le substrat pour document de valeur (1) et incomplètement réticulée, avec un outil de gaufrage à l'intérieur d'un deuxième ensemble d'impression par sérigraphie, afin de pourvoir de cette façon la couche d'encre d'une structure gaufrée macroscopique, les renfoncements de la structure gaufrée macroscopique présentant une profondeur située entre 13 µm et 30 µm ;e) la réticulation complète de la couche d'encre (2) réticulable aux UV, contenant des pigments à effets, appliquée sur le substrat pour document de valeur (1) et pourvue d'une structure gaufrée, au moyen d'un deuxième dispositif de séchage UV.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de sécurité, comprenanta) la mise à disposition d'un substrat formant film (1) ;b) l'application d'une couche d'encre (2) apte à s'écouler, réticulable aux UV et contenant des pigments à effets, sur le substrat formant film (1) au moyen d'un premier ensemble d'impression par sérigraphie ;c) la réticulation incomplète de la couche d'encre (2) réticulable aux UV et contenant des pigments à effets appliquée sur le substrat formant film (1), au moyen d'un premier dispositif de séchage UV afin de, de cette façon, augmenter la viscosité de la couche d'encre (2) et de la rendre gaufrable ;d) la mise en contact de la couche d'encre (2) réticulable aux UV, contenant des pigments à effets, appliquée sur le substrat formant film (1) et incomplètement réticulée, avec un outil de gaufrage à l'intérieur d'un deuxième ensemble d'impression par sérigraphie, afin de pourvoir de cette façon la couche d'encre (2) d'une structure gaufrée macroscopique, les renfoncements de la structure gaufrée macroscopique présentant une profondeur située entre 13 µm et 30 µm ;e) la réticulation complète de la couche d'encre (2) réticulable aux UV, contenant des pigments à effets, appliquée sur le substrat formant film et pourvue d'une structure gaufrée, au moyen d'un deuxième dispositif de séchage UV.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, la couche d'encre (2) étant, à l'étape d), pourvue, en plus de la structure gaufrée macroscopique, d'une fine structure gaufrée se superposant à la structure gaufrée macroscopique, et les renfoncements de la fine structure gaufrée présentant une profondeur située entre 0,1 µm et 10 µm ;
- Procédé selon une des revendications de 1 à 3, l'outil de gaufrage du deuxième ensemble d'impression par sérigraphie mis en oeuvre à l'étape d) étant une tôle métallique gaufrée, en particulier une tôle de nickel gaufrée, ou un film structuré en matière plastique.
- Procédé selon une des revendications de 1 à 4, les pigments à effets de la couche d'encre (2) apte à s'écouler, réticulable aux UV, mise en oeuvre à l'étape b), étant choisis dans le groupe composé de pigments nacrés, de pigments à effets métalliques, de pigments d'interférence, de pigments multicouches à couches transparentes ou transparentes et opaques, de pigments holographiques, de pigments BiOCI et de pigments cristaux liquides.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, les pigments à effets étant basés sur un métal de transition choisi dans le groupe composé de Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir et Pt, et les pigments présentant, d'une extrémité à l'autre, une dimension la plus longue située entre 15 nm et 1000 nm ;
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, les pigments à effets étant basés sur le métal de transition Ag, et la couche d'encre obtenue à l'étape e) présentant, lors d'une observation en transmission, la couleur bleu, et présentant, lors d'une observation en réflexion, la couleur or.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, les pigments à effets étant basés sur un métal de transition choisi dans le groupe composé d'aluminium, d'acier inoxydable, de nichrome, d'or, d'argent, de platine et de cuivre, et le diamètre moyen de particule, mesuré avec un granulomètre à diffraction laser Coulter LS130, se situant entre 8 et 15 µm.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, les pigments à effets étant basés sur de l'aluminium, et la couche d'encre obtenue à l'étape e) ayant, lors d'une observation, l'apparence d'une écriture argentée inversée.
- Procédé selon une des revendications de 1 à 5, la couche d'encre apte à s'écouler et réticulable aux UV mise en oeuvre à l'étape b) étant une couche d'encre transparente, et le procédé comportant l'étape supplémentaire f) de la surimpression de la couche d'encre transparente avec une encre d'aspect métallique.
- Procédé selon une des revendications de 1 à 10, la structure gaufrée macroscopique étant, dans le produit pouvant être obtenu suivant le procédé, tactilement perceptible.
- Dispositif d'exécution du procédé selon une des revendications de 1 à 11, comprenant, dans l'ordre- un premier ensemble d'impression par sérigraphie qui est adapté pour pouvoir un substrat pour document de valeur (1), en particulier un substrat pour billet de banque ou un substrat formant film, d'une couche d'encre (2) apte à s'écouler, réticulable aux UV et contenant des pigments à effets,- un premier dispositif de séchage UV qui est adapté pour réticuler incomplètement la couche d'encre (2) réticulable aux UV, contenant des pigments à effets, appliquée sur le substrat (1), afin de, de cette façon, augmenter la viscosité de la couche d'encre (2) et de la rendre gaufrable ;- un deuxième ensemble d'impression par sérigraphie qui est adapté pour la mise en contact de la couche d'encre (2) réticulable aux UV, contenant des pigments à effets, appliquée sur le substrat (1) et incomplètement réticulée, avec un outil de gaufrage, afin de pourvoir de cette façon la couche d'encre (2) d'une structure gaufrée macroscopique, les renfoncements de la structure gaufrée macroscopique présentant une profondeur située entre 13 µm et 30 µm ;- un deuxième dispositif de séchage UV qui est adapté pour la réticulation complète de la couche d'encre (2) réticulable aux UV, contenant des pigments à effets, pourvue d'une structure gaufrée et appliquée sur le substrat (1) ;- en option, un ensemble supplémentaire d'impression qui est adapté pour la surimpression de la couche d'encre (2) contenant des pigments à effets, pourvue d'une structure gaufrée, appliquée sur le substrat (1) et complètement réticulée, avec une encre d'aspect métallique.
