Claims (13)
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) avec au moins une source lumineuse à semi-conducteur (14) et une optique primaire (16) qui est configurée pour faire converger de la lumière provenant de la source lumineuse à semi-conducteur (14) et pour l'orienter sur une optique secondaire (18), l'optique primaire (16) recevant la lumière de la source lumineuse à semi-conducteur (14) par au moins une surface d'entrée de lumière (26) et faisant sortir celle-ci par une surface de sortie de lumière (28), et l'optique primaire (16) comprenant une bride de connexion (42) par laquelle elle est tenue dans un support (34) dans au moins deux paliers fixes (52) qui sont disposés dans un premier plan parallèle à, et espacé d'une distance (a) d'un deuxième plan dans lequel est située ladite au moins une surface d'entrée de lumière (26), caractérisé en ce qu'une première section (44) de la bride de connexion (42), qui est située entre une partie de la bride de connexion (42) tenue dans le palier fixe (52) et la surface de sortie de lumière (28), présente une forme bombée à la façon d'un dôme, la surface de sortie de lumière (28) étant située du côté convexe de la forme bombée.
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon la revendication 1 précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'optique primaire (16) est faite en silicone.
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bride de connexion (42) est réalisée en le même matériau que l'optique primaire (16).
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bride de connexion (42) est réalisée en une seule pièce avec l'optique primaire (16).
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bride de connexion (42) est réalisée de façon périphérique.
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support (34) comprend une partie de réception (38) et un insert (40), la partie de réception (38) et l'insert (40) étant attachés l'un à l'autre par complémentarité de force et/ou de forme.
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie de réception (38) et l'insert (40) présentent un coefficient de dilatation linéaire plus petit que l'optique primaire (16).
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la première section (44) est reçue dans une fente (56) entre la partie de réception (38) et l'insert (40), la fente (56) étant plus grande que l'épaisseur de matière de la première section (44).
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie de réception (38) comprend un évidement (58) dans lequel est reçue une extrémité d'entrée de lumière (27) de l'optique primaire (16).
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité d'entrée de lumière (27), vue à partir de la surface d'entrée de lumière (26), présente une section transversale croissante.
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon l'une des revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une section transversale de l'extrémité d'entrée de lumière (27), vue à partir de la surface d'entrée de lumière (26), présente un élargissement brusque, de façon qu'une surface de butée (60) se forme qui coopère avec une deuxième surface de butée (62).
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les sources lumineuses à semi-conducteur (14) sont disposées sur un élément support (24).
- Phare de véhicule automobile (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le phare comprend plusieurs sources lumineuses à semi-conducteur (14) agencées de façon matricielle et qu'il comprend une optique primaire qui est formée comme un tableau d'optiques (66) avec plusieurs éléments (68) à effet optique et disposés de façon matricielle, les éléments (68) à effet optique faisant focaliser la lumière provenant des sources lumineuses à semi-conducteur (14) et l'orientant sur l'optique secondaire (18) disposée sur un trajet de faisceau.
