- Straightening roller unit for wire-shaped, rod-shaped or strip-shaped material to be straightened (1) made of steel, in particular wires, rods, profiles, strips, having straightening rollers (6) which cooperate in pairs, can be engaged against the material to be straightened and can be moved away therefrom, wherein the straightening rollers (6) are driven and the advancing force required for the straightening procedure is imparted to the material to be straightened (1) by friction with the straightening rollers (6), and wherein the straightening rollers (6) are coupled to associated drive elements (4') which can be driven by a drive device (3) via a driving force distributor gearing (4), characterized in that the driving force distributor gearing (4) has pairs, associated with the straightening rollers (6), of upper and lower gear wheels (4') whose axes are coupled via cranks (14), just like the axes of the straightening rollers (6), wherein the lower gear wheels (4') are mounted in a main housing plate (2') by means of double bearings (6'), while the upper gear wheels (4') are mounted in the same main housing plate (2') by means of the cranks (14) and a rotatably mounted bearing housing (6") and are coupled to the adjustment device (8) and (8').
- Straightening roller unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the straightening rollers (6) can be driven individually or together.
- Straightening roller unit according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that engaging of the straightening rollers (6) against the material to be straightened (1) can be performed without interrupting the advancing force fit.
- Straightening roller unit according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the straightening rollers (6) can be engaged individually, either manually or driven by a motor, against the material to be straightened (1) and can be moved away therefrom.
- Straightening roller unit according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that all of the straightening rollers (6) can be engaged together, either manually or by a motor-driven central adjustment device (8), against the material to be straightened (1) and can be moved away therefrom.
- Straightening roller unit according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the straightening rollers (6) are smooth or profiled.
- Straightening roller unit according to Claim 6, characterized in that the profile of the straightening rollers (6) is V-shaped, circular, elliptical or of any other shape.
- Straightening roller unit according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the straightening rollers (6) are designed as double-track straightening rollers for the simultaneous or alternate straightening of two lots of material to be straightened (1) that are guided in parallel.
- Straightening roller unit according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that both the individual adjustment device (8') and the central adjustment device (8) can be acted upon by a motor-driven actuating member (9).
- Straightening roller unit according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the individual adjustment device (8') has an adjustment spindle (7) which connects the individual adjustment device (8') to the central adjustment device (8).
- Straightening roller unit according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that at least one of the straightening rollers (6) can be adjusted perpendicular to the straightening plane by means of an actuating member (10).
- Straightening roller unit according to Claim 11, characterized in that the actuating member (10) can be actuated manually, by means of a motor, or under the control of a program.
