Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines digital gedruckten Bildes (P) mit Farbpigmenten (12) an einer Oberfläche (2) eines Gebäude-Paneels (1), das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:• Aufstreuen trockener Farbpigmente (12) auf die Oberfläche (2),• Binden eines Teils der trockenen Farbpigmente an die Oberfläche (2),• Entfernen der nicht gebundenen trockenen Farbpigmente von der Oberfläche, so dass durch die gebundenen Farbpigmente (12) ein digital erzeugtes Bild (P) entsteht, und• Anwenden von Wärme und Druck auf die Oberfläche (2) des Gebäude-Paneels (1),
wobei der Schritt des Bindens des Teils der trockenen Farbpigmente an die Oberfläche (2) Auftragen einer flüssigen Substanz (11) mit einem digitalen Beschichtungs-Kopf (30) umfasst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die trockenen Farbpigmente (12) an ein Bindemittel auf der Oberfläche (2) des Gebäude-Paneels (1) gebunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die trockenen Farbpigmente (12) mit einem Bindemittel vermischt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei das Bindemittel ein wärmehärtendes Harz umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei das Bindemittel ein thermoplastisches Harz umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2-5, wobei das Bindemittel ein Pulver ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Oberfläche (2) des Gebäude-Paneels (1) ein wärmehärtendes Harz, vorzugsweise Melamin-Formaldehydharz, umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, wobei die Oberfläche (2) des Gebäude-Paneels (1) eine Pulverschicht umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Gebäude-Paneel ein Bodenpaneel (1) ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, wobei das Gebäude-Paneel ein Wandpaneel oder eine Möbelkomponente (1) ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die trockenen Farbpigmente (12) mit einem Luftstrom entfernt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die flüssige Substanz (11) wasserbasiert ist.
