Die Erkennung des Benutzers kann beispielsweise derart erfolgen, dass die Handhabe 10 eine entsprechende Griffmulde 11 aufweist, in die der Benutzer für den Öffnungsvorgang der Tür 4 eingreifen kann. Die Griffmulde 11 befindet sich zwischen der Innenfläche 12.1 und der Tür 4. Wie
Beide Elektroden 31, 32 sind beabstandet zueinander innerhalb der Kavität 17 des Griffkörpers 12 angeordnet. Zudem weist die Platine 34 eine dritte Elektrode 33 auf, die eine Überwachungszone 43 aufweist. Die Überwachungszone 43 ist zur Außenfläche 12.2 des Griffkörpers 12 ausgerichtet. Die Elektronik 30 ist so geschaltet, dass bei einer Detektion der Hand des Benutzers der ersten Elektrode 31 und der zweiten Elektrode 32 ein Signal seitens der Elektronik generiert und/oder gesendet wird, um einen Entriegelungsvorgang kraftfahrzeugseitig auszulösen und/oder einen Öffnungsvorgang des Schlosses 3 der Tür 4 gemäß
Um eine gute Funktionalität der Elektronik 30 zu gewährleisten, weist die Handhabe 10 diverse Abschirmelemente 13.1, 13.2 und 13.3 auf. Diese Abschirmelemente 13 verhindern wirkungsvoll, dass die Elektroden 31, 32, 33 zuverlässig den Benutzer in den jeweiligen Überwachungszonen 41, 42, 43 detektieren können. Der ersten Elektrode 31 ist das Abschirmelement 13.1 zugeordnet, welches zwischen der Außenfläche 12.2 und der Platine 34 angeordnet ist. Auch die zweite Elektrode 32 weist ein Abschirmelement 13.2 auf, welches sich zwischen der zweiten Elektrode 32 und der Außenfläche 12.2 des Griffkörpers 12 befindet. Zudem ist ein weiteres Abschirmelement 13.3 an der Handhabe 10 vorgesehen, welches zwischen der Innenfläche 12.1 und der dritten Elektrode 33 befestigt ist. Sämtliche Abschirmelemente 13.1, 13.2, 13.3 sind metallisch ausgeführt, wobei diese Abschirmelemente 13 verhindern, dass die Funktionalität der Elektroden 31, 32, 33 von äußeren Störeinflüssen nicht beeinflusst wird. Jedes der Abschirmelemente 13 kann metallisch ausgeführt sein. Ebenfalls ist es denkbar, dass die Abschirmelemente 13 als metallische Folie ausgebildet sind. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß

Claims (18)
- Handle (10), in particular a door handle (10) for a security system (1) of a motor vehicle (2), with a handle body (12) formed with a recessed grip (11), in which handle body an electronics (30) is arranged, which recognizes an approach of a user to the handle body (12),
characterized in that
the electronics (30) comprises at least a first (31) and a second electrode (32, 33),
each electrode (31, 32, 33) comprises a distinct monitoring zone (41, 42, 43), which extends into the recessed grip (11),
the monitoring zone (41) of the first electrode (31) is at least partially different from the monitoring zone (32, 33) of the second electrode (32, 33), wherein a reference electrode (31, 32, 33) is provided, which is the first or the second (32, 33) electrode, wherein the reference electrode (31,32,33) comprises a monitoring zone (41, 42, 43), which is not accessible to the user. - Handle (10) according to claim 1,
characterized in that
at least one of the two electrodes (31, 32, 33) detects a change in the capacitance, and/or in that the monitoring zone (41) of the first electrode (31) overlaps with the monitoring zone (42, 43) of the second electrode (32, 33). - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the size of the monitoring zone (41) of the first electrode (31) is different from the size of the monitoring zone (42, 43) of the second electrode (32, 33), or in that the size of the monitoring zone (41) of the first electrode (31) substantially corresponds to the size of the monitoring zone (42, 43) of the second electrode (32, 33). - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the first electrode (31) is arranged spaced apart from the second electrode (32, 33), wherein, in particular the electronics (30) comprises a circuit board (34), on which at least one electrode (32,33) is arranged, or each electrode (31, 32, 33) comprises a distinct circuit board (34), which are connected with one another. - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the electronics (30) sends a signal if at least one electrode (31, 32, 33) recognizes the user in the monitoring zone (41, 42, 43), and/or in that the first electrode (31) is formed as a monitoring electrode of the recessed grip (11) and the second electrode (32, 33) is formed as a reference electrode, in order to avoid an erroneous triggering of the signal. - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the handle body (12) comprises an inner surface (12.1) and an outer surface (12.2), wherein the inner surface (12.1) is facing toward the recessed grip (11), and the outer surface (12.2) is facing away from the recessed grip (11), wherein, in particular a shielding element (13), facing towards the outer surface (12.2), is arranged on/in the handle body (12), whereby the electronics (30) is protected from disturbing influences. - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the electrodes (31, 32, 33) are connected in series to one another, or in that the electrodes (31, 32, 33) are connected parallel to one another. - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the first (31) and/or the second electrode (32, 33) comprises a sensor surface (31.1, 32.1, 33.1), wherein the sensor surface (31.1, 32.1, 33.1) is directed towards the recessed grip (11), wherein the sensor surface (31.1, 32.1, 33.1) in particular is made of metal, in particular of copper. - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a shielding element (13) is provided, which is arranged between the inner surface (12.1) of the handle body (12) and at least one of the electrodes (31, 32, 33), or is arranged between the outer surface (12.2) of the handle body (12) and at least one of the electrodes (31, 32, 33), in particular in that the shielding element (13) is integrated on the circuit board (34), or in that the shielding element (13) is arranged on at least one electrode (31, 32, 33), or in that the shielding element (13) is made of metal, and/or in that the shielding element (13) is a foil. - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a third electrode (33) is provided, which comprises a monitoring zone (43), which is not accessible, in particular for the user, or which is located in the region of the outer surface (12.2) of the handle body (12), or in particular in that the third electrode (33) is formed as a reference electrode, in order to avoid an erroneous triggering of the signal. - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the handle (10) is movably attachable to the motor vehicle (2), in particular in that the handle (10) is formed as a pivoting handle, as a tiltable handle, revolver handle, and/or pull handle. - Handle (10) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the electronics (30) is arranged in a housing (36), wherein the housing (36) is located inside of the handle body (12), in particular in that the handle body (12) is formed out of at least two half-shells. - Method for triggering a signal of an electronics (30), which is integrated into a handle (10) of a motor vehicle (2), wherein
the handle (10) is formed with a recessed grip (11) and a handle body (12), the electronics (30) recognizes an approach of a user to the handle body (12), characterized in that
the electronics (30) comprises at least a first (31) and a second electrode (32, 33), wherein each electrode (31,32,33) comprises a distinct monitoring zone (41, 42, 43), which extends into the recessed grip (11),
and at least one of the two electrodes (31, 32, 33) detects a change in the capacitance, if the user reaches into the recessed grip (11), whereby the signal is triggered by the electronics (30), wherein a reference electrode (31, 32, 33) is provided, which is the first (31) or the second (32, 33) electrode, wherein the reference electrode (31, 32, 33) comprises a monitoring zone (41, 42, 43), which is not accessible to the user. - Method according to claim 13,
characterized in that
the signal is triggered if an electrode (31, 32, 33) recognizes a change in the capacitance. - Method according to claim 14,
characterized in that
the signal is only then triggered if both electrodes (31, 32, 33) recognize a change in the capacitance. - Method according to claim 13 to 15,
characterized in that
the signal serves to unlock a vehicle door (4), and/or to open a lock (3) of a vehicle door (4). - Method according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the reference electrode (31, 32, 33) is the first (31) or the second (32) or a third electrode (33), wherein the reference electrode (31, 32, 33) comprises a monitoring zone (41, 42, 43), which is not accessible to the user, so that, in a reaching of the user into the recessed grip (11), the first (31) and/or the second electrode (32) recognizes a capacitance change without the reference electrode (31,32,33) detecting a capacitance change, whereby the signal is triggered, wherein, in particular in a detecting of a capacitance change by the reference electrode (31, 32, 33), as well as by the first (31) and/or the second electrode (32), no signal is triggered. - Method for triggering a signal of an electronics (30) according to one of the claims 14 to 17, wherein the electronics (30) is integrated in a handle (10) according to one of the claims 1 to 12.
