- Charnière dissimulée permettant le déplacement rotatif d'une porte (D), en particulier d'une porte renforcée, reliée à une structure de support tubulaire (F, CF) qui comprend un contre-bâti arrière (CF) ancré à une paroi (W) ou à un support similaire, et un bâti avant (F) ancré au contre-bâti (CF), la charnière comprenant un élément fixe (10) et un élément mobile (20) qui est relié de manière rotative à ce dernier pour tourner autour d'un premier axe longitudinal (X) entre une position ouverte et une position fermée ;
dans laquelle ledit élément fixe (10) comprend un corps de charnière en forme de boîte (11) prévu pour être dissimulé dans la structure de support tubulaire (F, CF), ledit élément mobile (20) comprenant une plaque de connexion (21) pouvant être ancrée à la porte (D) susceptible de s'étendre à partir de la structure de support tubulaire (F, CF) dans ladite position ouverte et de se rétracter de manière dissimulée dans la structure de support tubulaire (F, CF) dans ladite position fermée ;

caractérisée en ce que :- ladite première partie centrale (22) de ladite plaque de connexion (21) comprend un premier élément en forme de plaque définissant un premier plan (n) sensiblement parallèle audit premier axe longitudinal (X), lesdites secondes parties d'extrémité (23, 23') comprenant une paire de seconds éléments en forme de plaque définissant de seconds plans respectifs (n', n") sensiblement parallèles l'un à l'autre et perpendiculaires audit premier plan (n) ;- lorsque les surfaces opérationnelles (27, 27') des secondes parties d'extrémité (23, 23') de ladite plaque de connexion (21) viennent en contact en prise avec l'élément anti-frottement respectif (15, 15'), elles restent éloignées dudit corps (11) ;- ladite tige cylindrique (24) possède les extrémités opposées (25, 25') reliées mutuellement auxdites secondes parties d'extrémité (23, 23') de ladite plaque de connexion (21) pour tourner de manière unitaire avec cette dernière, ladite tige (24) étant insérée avec un jeu minimum dans ledit trou traversant (13) de sorte que ce dernier (13) supporte latéralement la précédente (24) ;- ladite tige (24) présente une hauteur (h3) légèrement supérieure à la distance (d1) entre les faces supérieures desdits élément anti-frottement (15, 15') de sorte que lorsque l'une des surfaces opérationnelles (27, 27') des secondes parties d'extrémité (23, 23') de ladite plaque de connexion (21) vient en contact en prise avec l'élément anti-frottement respectif (15, 15'), l'autre surface opérationnelle (27, 27') reste éloignée de l'élément anti-frottement respectif (15, 15') ;- ledit élément mobile (20) comprend en outre un support de montage (30) ayant une première partie en forme de plaque (31) pouvant être fixée de manière opérationnelle à la porte (D) et une seconde partie en forme de plaque (33) pouvant être reliée de manière opérationnelle à ladite première partie centrale (22) de ladite plaque de connexion (21). - Charnière selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle le boîtier annulaire (14, 14') desdits sièges d'extrémité (12, 12') a un premier diamètre interne prédéterminé (D1) et une première hauteur prédéterminée (h1), les éléments anti-frottement correspondants (15, 15') ayant une forme généralement annulaire avec un second diamètre externe prédéterminé (D2) et une seconde hauteur prédéterminée (h2), ledit premier diamètre interne (D1) étant sensiblement égal audit second diamètre externe (D2), ladite seconde hauteur (h2) étant légèrement supérieure à ladite première hauteur prédéterminée (h1).
- Charnière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ladite tige (24) présente un diamètre (DS) qui coïncide sensiblement avec le diamètre (DH) dudit trou traversant (13).
- Charnière selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle ladite tige (24) présente une paroi périphérique (24') sensiblement en contact en prise avec la surface interne (13') dudit trou traversant (13).
- Charnière selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite première partie centrale (22) et lesdites secondes parties d'extrémité (23, 23') de ladite plaque de connexion (21) sont monolithiques entre elles.
- Charnière selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdites première et seconde parties en forme de plaque (31, 33) dudit support de montage (30) sont sensiblement perpendiculaires entre elles.
- Charnière selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite seconde partie en forme de plaque (33) dudit support de montage (30) est montée de manière amovible sur ladite première partie centrale (22) de ladite plaque de connexion (21) pour glisser le long d'un deuxième axe (X') sensiblement parallèle audit premier axe (X) et le long d'un troisième axe (Z) sensiblement perpendiculaire audit premier axe (X).
- Charnière selon la revendication précédente, comprenant en outre des premiers moyens (47, 48, 50) permettant d'ajuster la position dudit support de montage (30) le long dudit deuxième axe (X') et des deuxièmes moyens (35, 35', 51, 52) permettant d'ajuster la position dudit support de montage (30) le long dudit troisième axe (Z), lesdits premier et deuxième moyens d'ajustement (47, 48, 50 ; 35, 35', 51, 52) pouvant être utilisés de manière sélective par un utilisateur pour permettre l'ajustement indépendant de la position de la porte (D) le long dudit deuxième axe (X') et/ou dudit troisième axe (Z).
- Charnière selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle ladite deuxième partie en forme de plaque (33) dudit support de montage (30) peut être reliée de manière opérationnelle audit premier élément en forme de plaque (22) de ladite plaque de connexion (21) à travers une plaque arrière (40), ladite seconde partie en forme de plaque (33) dudit support de montage (30) restant interposée entre ledit premier élément en forme de plaque (22) de ladite plaque de connexion (21) et ladite plaque arrière (40), cette dernière ayant une hauteur (h4) globale légèrement inférieure à la distance (d2) entre les surfaces opérationnelles (27, 27') desdits seconds éléments en forme de plaque (23, 23') de ladite plaque de connexion (21) pour permettre le glissement de celle-ci le long dudit troisième axe (Z).
- Charnière selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle ladite deuxième partie en forme de plaque (33) dudit support de montage (30) comprend une paire de troisièmes éléments d'extrémité en forme de plaque (34, 34') espacés l'un de l'autre d'une distance prédéterminée (d3) et ayant une épaisseur prédéterminée (S2, S3), ladite plaque arrière (40) ayant une paire de parties d'extrémité (41, 41') et une partie centrale (42) ayant une hauteur (h5) sensiblement égale à ladite distance prédéterminée (d3) entre lesdits troisièmes éléments en forme de plaque (34, 34') dudit support de montage (30) et une épaisseur (S1) qui est légèrement supérieure à l'un (S2, S3) de ces derniers (34, 34'), ladite partie centrale (42) de ladite plaque arrière (40) faisant saillie par rapport aux parties d'extrémité (41, 41') de façon à rester interposée pendant l'utilisation entre lesdits troisièmes éléments d'extrémité en forme de plaque (34, 34') dudit support de montage (30), ce dernier restant interposé pendant l'utilisation entre ledit premier élément central en forme de plaque (22) de ladite plaque de connexion (21) et lesdites parties d'extrémité (41, 41') de ladite plaque arrière (40), de sorte que la surface supérieure (43) de la partie centrale (42) de ladite plaque arrière (40) guide le glissement dudit support de montage (30) le long dudit troisième axe (Z).
- Charnière selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle chacune des parties d'extrémité (41, 41') de ladite plaque arrière (40) comprend une ouverture traversante (45, 45') ayant une hauteur prédéterminée (h8, h9) et une longueur (l3, l4), une paire d'éléments de guidage (44, 44') étant prévue, chacun inséré dans une ouverture traversante (45, 45') respective des parties d'extrémité (41, 41') de la plaque arrière (40) qui présente une hauteur (h6, h7) inférieure à l'une (h8, h9) desdites ouvertures traversantes (45, 45') et une longueur (l1, l2) sensiblement égale à l'une (l3, l4) de ces dernières (45, 45') pour guider le glissement dudit support de montage (30) le long dudit deuxième axe (X').
- Charnière selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans laquelle lesdits premiers moyens d'ajustement comprennent :- une première ouverture (47) traversant ladite partie centrale en saillie (42) de ladite plaque arrière (40) ;- un élément d'actionnement (48) pouvant être utilisé par un utilisateur pour interagir avec ladite première ouverture traversante (47) par l'ajustement du glissement du support de montage (30) le long dudit deuxième axe (X') ;- une première vis de blocage (50) traversant ledit premier élément en forme de plaque (22) de ladite plaque de connexion (21) et traversant ladite partie centrale en saillie (42) de ladite plaque arrière (40), ladite première vis de blocage (50) pouvant s'engager dans un siège contre-fileté (50') dudit élément d'actionnement (48) pour verrouiller le support de montage (30) dans la position souhaitée et pouvant se désengager de celui-ci pour permettre à l'utilisateur d'utiliser l'élément d'actionnement (48).
- Charnière selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle ledit élément d'actionnement (48) comprend une pluralité de premières dents de forme périphérique (49), ladite ouverture traversante (47) comprenant une paire de parois latérales sensiblement parallèle audit premier et/ou deuxième axe (X, X') comprenant une pluralité de secondes dents de contre-forme (49') en prise avec lesdites premières dents (49) pour favoriser le glissement unitaire de ladite plaque arrière (40) et dudit support de montage (30) le long dudit deuxième axe (X') en réponse à l'opération de l'élément d'actionnement (48) par l'utilisateur.
- Charnière selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit élément d'actionnement (48) comprend un élément excentrique (48') en prise avec ladite ouverture traversante (47) pour favoriser le glissement unitaire de la plaque arrière (40) et dudit support de montage (30) le long dudit deuxième axe (X') en réponse à l'opération de l'élément d'actionnement (48) par l'utilisateur.
- Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 14, dans laquelle lesdits seconds moyens d'ajustement comprennent :- une paire de fentes allongées (35, 35') traversant lesdits troisièmes éléments d'extrémité en forme de plaque (34, 34') dudit support de montage (30), lesdites fentes (35, 35') ayant une longueur maximum (l5, l6) sensiblement égale à la course maximum possible du support de montage (30) le long dudit troisième axe (Z) ;- une paire de secondes vis de blocage (51, 52) traversant ledit premier élément en forme de plaque (22) de ladite plaque de connexion (21) et traversant lesdites fentes allongées (35, 35') dudit support de montage (30), lesdites deuxièmes vis de blocage (51, 52) pouvant s'engager avec des sièges contre-filetés respectifs (51', 52') desdits éléments de guidage (45, 45') pour verrouiller le support de montage (30) dans la position souhaitée et pouvant se désengager de ceux-ci (51', 52') pour permettre le glissement dudit support de montage (30) le long dudit troisième axe (Z) guidé par la surface supérieure (43) de la partie de projection centrale (42) de la plaque arrière (40).
