Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung (2) zur Herstellung eines hohlen und umhüllungsmaterialfreien Filterstrangs (28) der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie, wobei die Einrichtung (2) umfasst: eine mit Druckluft beaufschlagte Transportdüse (12) zur Förderung eines vorbehandelten Filtertowstreifens (6) durch einen entlang einer Längsrichtung der Transportdüse (12) verlaufenden Innenraum, so dass an einer Ausgangsöffnung (36) der Transportdüse (12) ein Filtermaterialstrom (22) bereitstellbar ist, einen Führungsdorn (34) mit einem ersten Abschnitt (51), der sich entlang des Innenraums der Transportdüse (12) erstreckt, eine in einer Transportrichtung (A) des Filtermaterialstroms (22) stromabwärts angeordneten Formateinheit (24) mit einer Formatdüse (30) umfassend einen sich in Transportrichtung (A) verjüngenden Transportkanal (39), in welchem sich ein zweiter Abschnitt (53) des Führungsdorns (34) erstreckt, wobei eine Oberfläche (44) des Transportkanals (39) gemeinsam mit einer Oberfläche (46) des zweiten Abschnitts (53) des Führungsdorns (34) einen Formatkanal (40) zur Formung des hohlen umhüllungsmaterialfreien Filterstrangs (28) bilden. Die Einrichtung (2) ist dadurch weitergebildet, dass eine als Führungsfläche für den Filtermaterialstrom (22) dienende Oberfläche des Formatkanals (40) zumindest abschnittsweise mit einer Antihaftbeschichtung versehen ist.
