Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne avec un échangeur de chaleur (12) ayant un carter intérieur (39) et un carter extérieur (34),
    un clapet by-pass (56),
    un carter de mélange (10), dans lequel le clapet by-pass (56) est supporté, et qui est fixé à l'échangeur de chaleur (12),
    une première siège de soupape (60) formée sur le carter de mélange (60) et sur laquelle reste le clapet by-pass (56) quand il est en état fermant le by-pass,
    une deuxième siège de soupape (62) sur laquelle reste le clapet by-pass (56) quand il est en état fermant l'échangeur de chaleur (12),
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une collerette (64) est formée sur le carter intérieur (39) dudit échangeur de chaleur (12), la collerette formant la deuxième siège de soupape (62).
  2. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le carter intérieur (39) comporte une plaque à bride (38) sur laquelle est formée la collerette (64).
  3. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque à bride (38) délimite axialement un canal de réfrigérant entre le carter intérieur (39) et le carter extérieur (34).
  4. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le carter de mélange (10) est fixé sur le carter extérieur (34) dudit échangeur de chaleur (12) avec interposition de la plaque à bride (38).
  5. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'échangeur de chaleur (12) est un échangeur tubulaire dont les tubes sont fixés à des ouvertures (36) de la plaque à bride (38), qui sont formées selon les tubes, ladite collerette (64) étant fixée sur le côté opposé de la plaque à bride (38) et s'étendant dans le carter de mélange (10).
  6. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le clapet by-pass (56) est fixé de manière excentrique sur un arbre (58) supporté dans ledit carter de mélange (10) et, en état fermé, reste sur tout le pourtour de la siège de soupape (60, 62) respective.
  7. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'échangeur de chaleur (12) peut être traversé en U et la plaque à bride (38) forme une entrée (30) et une sortie (40) dudit échangeur de chaleur (12), l'entrée (30) et la sortie (40) étant disposées à des côtés opposés du support de l'arbre (58) du clapet by-pass (56).
  8. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des ouvertures (54) sont formées dans le carter de mélange (10), dans lesquelles saillent des éléments de positionnement (48) disposés sur l'échangeur de chaleur (12).
  9. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les vis (40), par lesquels ladite plaque à bride (38) sur le carter extérieur (34) dudit échangeur de chaleur (12), servent comme éléments de positionnement.
  10. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le carter de mélange (10) est aligné par rapport à l'échangeur de chaleur (12) à l'aide de goujons.
  11. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi (66), formée sur le côté orienté à l'opposée de la sortie (40) dudit échangeur de chaleur (12), a une étendue supérieure à celle d'un paroi (68) formé sur le côté orienté vers la sortie (40) dudit échangeur de chaleur (12).
  12. Dispositif de guidage des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une soupape de recirculation des gaz d'échappement (16) est disposée dans le carter de mélange (10) en amont du clapet by-pass (56), la sortie (26) de la soupape étant disposée opposée à l'entrée (30) dudit échangeur de chaleur (12).
