Therefore, the device displays the rising and setting of the moon, as well as its phase.
- the main purpose of the invention is thus to provide a device for overcoming this disadvantage by allowing the moon phases to be displayed in a more precise and realistic manner throughout the duration of the lunation.
- the device is arranged so that the phases of the moon are indicated through adjacent openings. Therefore, the proposed device allows a display of the moon phases in a more precise and realistic way throughout the duration of the lunation, in particular thanks to the fact that the second disc comprising the moon covers is movable.
- each moon cover has convex lateral edges extending in the direction of the adjacent moon cover.
- Each of said side edges follows a circular arc.
- the moon caps are evenly distributed and are equidistant from the axis of rotation of the second disk.
- the first star and the second star each have a different number of teeth.
- the first star has 16 teeth

- the first disc 1 and the second disc 2 are concentric and rotate relative to each other at different nonzero velocities to display the representation of the moon 1A in its different phases, while the moon performs a revolution around from the center of the first disc, which preferably coincides with the center of the movement.
- the first disk 1 has a faster rotational speed than the second disk 2, and the first disk 1 and the second disk 2 are arranged to turn counterclockwise; however, the discs could also rotate clockwise.
- the Figures 4 to 7 show the superposition of the first disc 1 and the second disc 2 to display successive phases of the decreasing moon 1A. So, the figure 4 shows a representation of the moon 1A gibbous appearance, the figure 5 shows a representation of the moon 1A of last-quarter appearance, the figure 6 shows a representation of the moon 1A of last crescent appearance and the figure 7 shows a representation of the moon 1A just before the new moon.
- the representation of the moon 1A makes a movement of revolution around the movement, with the moon cover 2A which follows a kinematics adapted to allow to display the phases of the moon with a cycle of about 29.5 days (period synodic of the moon).
- this display can be used to indicate the position of the moon around the earth, the latter being represented by the center of the movement.

Description
The present invention relates to the field of watchmaking. It relates more particularly to a device for displaying the phases of the moon. The invention also relates to a disk correcting mechanism for correcting the angular position of a display disk.
Thus, the shape of the representation of the moon is directly dependent on the shape of the edges of the opening in the dial, also called window. The moon is represented in an approximate manner, relatively inconsistent with reality, especially when the moon is gibbous.

The main purpose of the invention is thus to provide a device for overcoming this disadvantage by allowing the moon phases to be displayed in a more precise and realistic manner throughout the duration of the lunation.
- a first disk bearing a representation of the moon and arranged to rotate about an axis with a first non-zero speed; and
- a second disc superimposed on the first disc and arranged to rotate about the axis with a second speed different from the first speed, the second disc having a plurality of moon caches defining between them a series of openings arranged to reveal the representation of the moon in order to indicate successively the phases of the moon of a lunation through one of the openings.
According to the invention, all moon caches are visible simultaneously. The device is arranged so that the phases of the moon are indicated through adjacent openings. Therefore, the proposed device allows a display of the moon phases in a more precise and realistic way throughout the duration of the lunation, in particular thanks to the fact that the second disc comprising the moon covers is movable.
Advantageously, each moon cover has convex lateral edges extending in the direction of the adjacent moon cover. Each of said side edges follows a circular arc. The moon caps are evenly distributed and are equidistant from the axis of rotation of the second disk.
- un premier mobile entraîneur en liaison cinématique avec le premier disque et comprenant une première étoile ;

Advantageously, the first star and the second star each have a different number of teeth. For example, the first star has 16 teeth, and the second star has 18 teeth.
Advantageously, the third mobile is arranged to drive the first star and the second star in a substantially simultaneous manner.

- a first correction lever arranged to act on the first star in response to an action of a user on a first actuator,
- a second correction lever arranged to act on the second star in response to an action of a user on a second actuator, and
- a general corrector arranged to act in a substantially simultaneous manner on the first correction lever and the second correction lever in response to an action of a user on a third actuator.
Advantageously, the general corrector is arranged to rotate a ring capable of rotating with reference to said movement and comprising a series of correction pads.
Advantageously, a first correction pad acts on a flank of the first lever to actuate said first correction lever, a second correction pad acts on a flank of the second lever to actuate said second correction lever.

The

Thus, the representation of the
