Abstract

Sichere, fluiddichte Stopfen wie Korken, die nach Befüllen des Gefäßes mit Presspassung eingesetzt werden, können dabei nach Erstentnahme kaum wieder ohne weiteres so eingesetzt werden, dass der Inhalt des Behälters auslaufsicher und geschützt ist. Gefäße, die für Inhalte vorgesehen sind, die Druck erzeugen, müssen unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Merkmale verschlossen werden. Solche Inhalte können etwa Kohlendioxid freisetzende Flüssigkeiten wie Bier, aber auch Limonaden oder Schaumweine sein. Für sie eignen sich konventionelle Stopfen, die nicht gegen Herausknallen bei Druckerhöhung gesichert sind, nur bedingt, und Aufbringen eines Gewindes auf den Behälter zur Drehverschlussabdichtung ist bei druckerzeugenden Substanzen meist wenig geeignet. Oft ist der Befüllvorgang nur dann prozessoptimiert und qualitätssichernd möglich, wenn die Öffnung des Behälters, etwa der Bierdose oder des Bierfässchens - quasi eine Dose mit 2 oder 5 oder mehr Litern Fassungsvermögen, hinreichend groß ist, um qualitätssichernd die Flüssigkeit druckbeaufschlagt einfüllen zu können. Das Einbringen einer Verschlussvorrichtung, die den Befüllprozess stören könnte, muss dann nach der Befüllung erfolgen.
