Claims (8)

  1. Transformateur électrique, comprenant :
    un conteneur (2) présentant des parties paroi latérale (3), un couvercle (4) et une partie fond (5), avec le couvercle (4) supportant un premier ensemble de bague (6) et dans lequel une partie paroi latérale (3) présente une ouverture (8) ;
    un noyau magnétique (9) et un ensemble bobinage (10) agencés dans le conteneur (2) ;
    un compartiment à bague (11) fixé sur la partie paroi latérale (3) et fourni de manière à fermer de manière étanche l'ouverture (8) ;
    ledit compartiment à bague (11) présentant des parois latérales (12), un couvercle (13) et une partie fond (14), avec la partie fond (14) dudit compartiment à bague (11) présentant une deuxième ouverture (15) en son sein afin de recevoir un deuxième ensemble de bague (16),
    ledit deuxième ensemble de bague (16) présentant un moyen conducteur électrique (17) monté à travers la deuxième ouverture (15) et présentant des premières bornes (18) enchâssées et raccordées électriquement à l'ensemble bobinage (10) et des deuxièmes bornes (19) demeurant à l'extérieur de la partie fond (14) dudit compartiment à bague (11),
    caractérisée en ce que la partie couvercle (4) du conteneur (2) est agencée dans un premier plan (20) et la partie fond (14) du compartiment à bague (11) est agencée dans un deuxième plan (21), avec les plans (20, 21) présentant une distance verticale (22) l'un par rapport à l'autre, dans lequel le couvercle (4) du conteneur (2) et le couvercle (13) du compartiment à bague (11) sont agencés dans le premier plan (20), dans lequel les deuxièmes bornes (19) sont orientées de manière essentiellement verticale et parallèle les unes par rapport aux autres.
  2. Transformateur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit deuxième ensemble de bague (16) comprend une pièce isolante plane (23) faisant office de support pour le moyen conducteur électrique (17).
  3. Transformateur selon la revendication 2, dans lequel, dans une position montée du deuxième ensemble de bague (16), un joint d'étanchéité (34) est agencé entre la pièce isolante (3) et la partie fond (14) du compartiment à bague (11).
  4. Transformateur selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la pièce isolante (23) du deuxième ensemble de bague (16) est fixée sur la partie fond (14) grâce à des vis.
  5. Transformateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le compartiment à bague (11) et le conteneur (2) sont réalisés en acier.
  6. Transformateur selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le compartiment à bague (11) est soudé sur la partie paroi latérale (3) du conteneur (2).
  7. Transformateur selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le couvercle (4) du conteneur (2) et le couvercle (13) du compartiment à bague (11) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'un transformateur électrique comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    a. former un conteneur (2) présentant des parties paroi latérale, dessus et fond (2, 3, 14), avec un couvercle (13) présentant un ensemble de bague (6) et une partie paroi latérale présentant une ouverture (8) ;
    b. monter un compartiment à bague (11) présentant des parties paroi latérale, dessus et fond sur la partie paroi latérale du conteneur et fermer ainsi de manière étanche l'ouverture (8), avec une partie fond (14) du compartiment à bague (11) présentant une deuxième ouverture (15) conçue pour recevoir un deuxième ensemble de bague (16), dans lequel la partie couvercle (4) du conteneur (2) est agencée dans un premier plan (20) et la partie fond (14) du compartiment à bague (11) est agencée dans un deuxième plan (21), avec les plans (20, 21) présentant une distance verticale (22) l'un par rapport à l'autre, dans lequel le couvercle (4) du conteneur (2) et le couvercle (13) du compartiment à bague (11) sont agencés dans le premier plan (20), dans lequel les deuxièmes bornes (19) sont orientées de manière essentiellement verticale et parallèle les unes par rapport aux autres ;
    c. raccorder des premières bornes (18) du deuxième ensemble de bague (16) à des fils prolongeant l'ensemble bobinage (10) ;
    d. fournir un noyau magnétique (9) et l'ensemble bobinage (10) dans le conteneur (2) ;
    e. fermer de manière étanche le deuxième ensemble de bague (16) au moyen d'un joint d'étanchéité (24) au niveau du deuxième plan (21) ;
    f. fermer de manière étanche le couvercle (4, 13) sur le conteneur (2) au niveau du premier plan (20) ;
    g. raccorder les deuxièmes bornes (19) aux bornes d'un dispositif d'une application haute intensité.
