- the piston 2 contacts top surface of the shoe 4 after assembling. After assembling the roller clip 6, the translation or movement of the roller 5 in its axial direction is limited. During downward motion of the piston 2, the spring 3 applies load onto the spring supporting surface 8 and then onto the roller clip 6 which in turn transfers force/load to the roller 5.

- the roller clip 6 is assembled in such a way that a clearance (B) on all the sides is provided between the roller clip 6 and the shoe 4.
- the roller clip 6 is configured into a single unit and can be made of material selected from any of the material such as metallic and non-metallic materials.
- the sequence of upward motion of force is as follows. Firstly, the roller 5 which is in contact with a cam lobe (not shown) of a cam of an engine contacts the shoe 4. Secondly, force from the shoe 4 is transmitted to the piston 2 and which further transmits the force through the roller clip 6 and lastly the forces from the roller clip 6 is transmitted to the spring 3. It can be summarized as follows:

Claims (9)
- Stößelanordnung (1), aufweisend:einen Kolben (2),eine Feder (3), die den Kolben (2) umschließt;einen Schuh (4), der dazu ausgebildet ist, eine Rolle (5) aufzunehmen;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein Rollenclip (6)einen Kolbenhalteabschnitt (7);eine Federauflagefläche (8); undein Paar von verlängerten Abschnitten (9) der Federauflagefläche (8), die dazu ausgebildet sind, als Beschränkungselement zu wirken, um eine Bewegung der Rolle (5) zu verhindern,aufweist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verlängerten Abschnitte (9) der Federauflagefläche (8) an ihrem unteren Ende ein aufgewölbtes Profil (10) aufweisen, wobei die Achse des aufgewölbten Profils (10) in einer Linie mit der Achse der Rolle (5) liegt.
- Stößelanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kolben (2) auf eine beliebige der Weisen, die aus einer Gruppe gewählt sind, welche Presspassen, das Anlegen eines Sicherungsrings und Schweißen aufweist, an dem Kolbenhalteabschnitt (7) angebracht ist.
- Stößelanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Feder (3) auf der Federauflagefläche (8) des Rollenclips (6) sitzt.
- Stößelanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Rollenclip (6) auf eine solche Weise montiert ist, dass zwischen dem Rollenclip (6) und dem Schuh (4) ein Zwischenraum (B) bereitgestellt ist.
- Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Stößelanordnung (1), wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Tätigkeiten aufweist:Anordnen einer Rolle (5) in einem Schuh (4);Anbringen eines Kolbens (2) auf eine vorherbestimmte Weise an einem Kolbenhalteabschnitt (7) des Rollenclips (6);Bereitstellen einer Federauflagefläche (8) mit verlängerten Abschnitten (9), wobei die verlängerten Abschnitte (9) der Federauflagefläche (8) an ihrem unteren Ende ein aufgewölbtes Profil (10) aufweisen, wobei die Achse des aufgewölbten Profils (10) in einer Linie mit der Achse der Rolle (5) liegt;Anordnen einer Feder (3) auf der Federauflagefläche (8) des Rollenclips (6); undAnordnen der montierten Rolle (5) und des Schuhs (4) in den verlängerten Abschnitten (9) der Federauflagefläche (8).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Rollenclip (6) auf eine solche Weise montiert wird, dass zwischen dem Rollenclip (6) und dem Schuh (4) ein Zwischenraum (B) bereitgestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, wobei der Kolben (2) nach dem Zusammenbau mit dem Schuh in Kontakt steht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, wobei der Kolben (2) auf eine beliebige der Weisen, die aus einer Gruppe gewählt sind, welche Presspassen, das Anlegen eines Sicherungsrings und Schweißen aufweist, an dem Kolbenhalteabschnitt (7) angebracht ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe mit einer Stößelanordnung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
