Die Erfindung betrifft ein Luftkissen zur Absorption von Stößen, umfassend zumindest eine Luftkammer und ein Lufteinlassventil, wobei die Luftkammer mehrere Vorsprünge in Aufprallrichtung aufweist, wobei die Luftkammer Öffnungen aufweist, an die der jeweilige Vorsprung anschließt.
