- the wedge-like shape of the walls 14 is particularly useful not only if there are gaskets but also to ensure a correct alignment even if thermal deformations of the doorjamb, of the leaf and/or of the assembly occur.
- the difference in temperature between the internal surface and the external surface can cause deformations suitable to trigger mechanical tensions among the parts (with possible bending of some parts).
