Insbesondere ein geräuschhaftes Lösen dieses Kontaktes während der Relativbewegung zwischen Blendprofil und Basisprofil wird auf diese Weise reduziert oder sogar vollständig vermieden. Der Befestigungsabschnitt kann z. B. durch Oberflächenbearbeitung erzeugt werden. So ist ein Schleifen und/oder Polieren möglich, um die Rauigkeit des Befestigungsabschnittes für eine Reduktion der Haftreibung zu minimieren.
