Definitions

  • the invention relates to a transport container for piece goods, in particular for parts of the automotive industry, with a bottom part and with the bottom part vertically upwardly extending, a container interior rings enclosing container walls, which can be brought into a horizontal orientation.
  • Such transport containers are widely used for the transport of parts for the automotive industry. They have accommodated receiving devices in the container interior, in which the parts are inserted for transport. If the transport container is emptied, the container walls are folded so that the empty container can be transported back to save space to save space.
  • the receiving devices used with the known transport containers are used to keep the recorded parts at a distance from each other, so that they do not abut each other during transport and can damage each other.
  • different recording devices are used, which are all designed for a horizontal transport of the parts. In some cases, however, it is advantageous if piece goods are transported upright.
  • the invention is based on the idea to receive the cargo received in the transport container at a distance from the bottom part in a guide formed by the holes of the holding plate, so that they are not or only slightly movable in the horizontal direction.
  • receiving channels are formed by the compartment, which are surrounded by vertical partitions. A direct juxtaposition of the cargo is then no longer possible because the partitions dampen a shock.
  • the partitions are foldable, so that the holding device can be reduced to a smaller volume after emptying the transport container.
  • the container walls can be arranged in different ways on the bottom part and be brought from the vertical to the horizontal orientation. On the one hand, it is possible to articulate the container walls on the bottom part, so that they can be folded over in the horizontal orientation. Furthermore, it is possible that the bottom part has a circumferential ring of vertically aligned boundary walls, which is often referred to as a return ring. In this case, each one of the container walls in the ring on one of the boundary walls fitting and arranged parallel to this.
  • the container walls may also advantageously be integrally connected and foldable about vertically extending fold lines. Such an arrangement of the container walls is often sufficiently stable, so that they must be inserted only in the ring and placed on a floor of the bottom part, without the need for additional fasteners on the bottom part.
  • each of two opposite container walls is expediently arranged in each case at least one support surface projecting into the container interior, on which the holding plate rests. Further attachment of the holding device to the container walls or the bottom part is not required, so that the holding device after emptying can be lifted off the support surfaces in one operation and stowed under folding the partitions down in the container interior. At least one further contact surface is expediently arranged at a distance above each support surface. This measure allows an arrangement of the holding device in at least two different heights above the bottom part.
  • each support surface and optionally each additional support surface is pivotable into a position in which it is withdrawn from the container interior. It is then in a way of folding the container walls out of the way.
  • the bearing surfaces and possibly the other bearing surfaces are each arranged on an upper side of a support plate which is hinged to a frame attached to the respective container wall and locked in both their horizontal orientation and in their vertical alignment with the frame.
  • Each support plate and possibly each additional support plate can then be fixed in the two positions which are decisive for their function, which make it possible to place the support plate on or place the respective support plate away from the container interior. It is advantageous if the frames are each received in a recess in the respective container wall and completely absorb the associated support surface in its vertical orientation. Also, the frames are not in the way when the container walls are folded.
  • a bottom plate is arranged resting on the bottom part, the holes or recesses for receiving the lower ends of the piece goods, wherein under each hole of the holding plate, a hole or a recess of the bottom plate is arranged.
  • the piece goods are then also secured at their lower end against slipping in the horizontal direction.
  • Their lower ends can either be on the bottom of a depression of the bottom plate or, respectively, by a Perforating hole in the bottom plate, resting on a bottom of the bottom part delimiting the container interior down.
  • the partitions extend from the holding plate to the bottom part or to the bottom plate, so that they surround the cargo in each case over the entire length below the retaining plate rings.
  • the holding plate and / or the bottom plate are advantageously made of a particle foam, in particular made of expanded polypropylene (EPP).
  • EPP expanded polypropylene
  • This material is lightweight, sufficiently rigid and sufficiently stable. Furthermore, it is soft enough to avoid damage to the recorded cargo in case of shocks. Finally, EPP is very cheap to manufacture, and a worker who removes the cargo from the transport container, can not be injured on the plate because it has no sharp edges.
  • the holding plate and / or the bottom plate at the peripheral edges of their holes or depressions with an abrasion-resistant material, in particular with polyurethane coated. By this measure, the wear in the region of the peripheral edges is reduced.
  • At least one strap is provided, which is fastened with a first end at or near the upper edge of one of the container walls and with a second end on the holding device. This facilitates handling when re-erecting the empty container, on the bottom part of the holding device is placed under folding the partitions.
  • a worker does not have to stoop into the container interior, but can grab the belt near its attachment to the container wall and pull the holding device upwards.
  • a belt is expediently attached to two opposite container walls.
  • the bottom part has a bottom bounding the container interior bottom and the container walls are articulated at such a distance above the ground at the bottom part, that the holding device and possibly the bottom plate can be received below the container walls in the container interior.
  • the transport container is in the emptied state then compact including the holding device and possibly the bottom plate, so that volume is saved during the return transport.
  • the transport container may be open at the top or closed by a resting on the upper edges of the container walls lid.
  • the transport container 10 shown in the drawing according to the first embodiment has a bottom part 12, from which four a Be-container interior 14 enclosing container walls 16 extend vertically upwards.
  • the container walls 16 are each hinged to the bottom part 12, so that they, as in Fig. 1b represented, each can be folded in a horizontal orientation.
  • a holding device 18 is accommodated, which has a holding plate 20 made of expanded polypropylene.
  • the holding plate 20 is, as in Fig. 1a shown spaced above the bottom portion 12 and has a plurality of vertically penetrating holes 22 whose peripheral edges 24 are provided with an abrasion-resistant polyurethane coating.
  • a compartment 28 is fastened by means of screws 26, which has vertically extending partition walls 30 made of a foldable textile material.
  • the partitions bound receiving channels 32 one of each of which is arranged below one of the holes 22 in the holding plate 20.
  • a bottom plate 36 On a bottom 34 of the bottom part 12 is a bottom plate 36, which is also made of expanded polypropylene.
  • the bottom plate 36 has holes 38, wherein in each case a hole 38 in the bottom plate 36 is disposed directly under a hole 22 in the holding plate 20.
  • the peripheral edges 40 of the holes 38 are in turn provided with a coating of polyurethane.
  • two plastic frames 42 are fixed at a distance from the bottom part 12, to each of which a support plate 44 is hinged from plastic.
  • the support plate 44 can be locked to the frame 42 in two positions, wherein in a first position ( Fig. 4a ) protrudes into the container interior 14, so that a support surface 46 is aligned substantially horizontally on its upper side. In a second position ( Fig. 4b ), the support plate 44 is folded up and completely received in the frame 42. All frames 42 are arranged at the same height above the bottom part 12, so that the bearing surfaces 46 in the in Fig. 4a position shown at the same height. On the bearing surfaces 46, the holding plate 20 is placed so that it does not need to be fixed to the container walls 16.
  • a further frame 42 ' is arranged in each case, to the one Further support plate 44 'is articulated with a further support surface 46', so that the support plate 20 can be arranged at a greater height above the bottom part 12 by being placed on the further bearing surfaces 46 '.
  • the frame 42 and the further frame 42 ' are also arranged in recesses 48 in the respective container wall 16, so that when folded up support plates 44, 44' (FIG. Fig. 4b ) are not in the way when the container walls 16 are folded ( Fig. 1 b) ,
  • the transport container 10 shown in the drawing is used to hold cargo, in the present case of struts for the automotive industry.
  • the struts are inserted from above through the holes 22 of the holding plate 20 and extend into the holes 38 of the bottom plate 36. In this area they are either on the floor 34 or on the peripheral edges 40 on.
  • the partitions 30 By extending the partitions 30 from the support plate 20 to the bottom plate 36, the struts are accommodated in fully spaced apart receiving channels 32 so that they do not hit each other during transport or removal and can damage each other.
  • the holding plate 20 can be removed from the bearing surfaces 46 and stowed under folding of the partitions 30 in the lower region of the container interior 14.
  • the container walls 16 can then, as in Fig. 1b shown, are folded, so that the volume of the transport container 10 for the return transport significantly reduced.
  • the bottom part 12 has a circumferential ring 50 of rigidly fixed to the bottom 34, vertically upwardly extending boundary walls 52, whose height is much lower than the height of the container walls 16.
  • the latter are not hinged to the bottom part 12, but loose inserted into the ring 50 and stand with their lower edges on the floor 34 or engage in a circumferential groove in the bottom 34 a.
  • the container walls 16 according to the second embodiment are integrally connected and are on the edges over vertically extending first fold lines 54 connected to each other, around which they are pivotable against each other by folding.

Description

The invention relates to a transport container for piece goods, in particular for parts of the automotive industry, with a bottom part and with the bottom part vertically upwardly extending, a container interior rings enclosing container walls, which can be brought into a horizontal orientation.

Such transport containers are widely used for the transport of parts for the automotive industry. They have accommodated receiving devices in the container interior, in which the parts are inserted for transport. If the transport container is emptied, the container walls are folded so that the empty container can be transported back to save space to save space. The receiving devices used with the known transport containers are used to keep the recorded parts at a distance from each other, so that they do not abut each other during transport and can damage each other. In the known transport containers different recording devices are used, which are all designed for a horizontal transport of the parts. In some cases, however, it is advantageous if piece goods are transported upright.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a transport container of the type mentioned in such a way that in particular elongated cargo can be transported upright.

This object is achieved by a transport container with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

The invention is based on the idea to receive the cargo received in the transport container at a distance from the bottom part in a guide formed by the holes of the holding plate, so that they are not or only slightly movable in the horizontal direction. In order to prevent the piece goods in the area under the holding plate abut each other and damage each other, receiving channels are formed by the compartment, which are surrounded by vertical partitions. A direct juxtaposition of the cargo is then no longer possible because the partitions dampen a shock. In addition, the partitions are foldable, so that the holding device can be reduced to a smaller volume after emptying the transport container.

The container walls can be arranged in different ways on the bottom part and be brought from the vertical to the horizontal orientation. The container walls may also advantageously be integrally connected and foldable about vertically extending fold lines. Such an arrangement of the container walls is often sufficiently stable, so that they must be inserted only in the ring and placed on a floor of the bottom part, without the need for additional fasteners on the bottom part.

In order to arrange the holding device in the container interior at the correct height, at least on each of two opposite container walls is expediently arranged in each case at least one support surface projecting into the container interior, on which the holding plate rests.

Advantageously, each support surface and optionally each additional support surface is pivotable into a position in which it is withdrawn from the container interior. It is then in a way of folding the container walls out of the way. It is preferred that the bearing surfaces and possibly the other bearing surfaces are each arranged on an upper side of a support plate which is hinged to a frame attached to the respective container wall and locked in both their horizontal orientation and in their vertical alignment with the frame. Each support plate and possibly each additional support plate can then be fixed in the two positions which are decisive for their function, which make it possible to place the support plate on or place the respective support plate away from the container interior. It is advantageous if the frames are each received in a recess in the respective container wall and completely absorb the associated support surface in its vertical orientation. Also, the frames are not in the way when the container walls are folded.

According to an advantageous development, a bottom plate is arranged resting on the bottom part, the holes or recesses for receiving the lower ends of the piece goods, wherein under each hole of the holding plate, a hole or a recess of the bottom plate is arranged. The piece goods are then also secured at their lower end against slipping in the horizontal direction. Their lower ends can either be on the bottom of a depression of the bottom plate or, respectively, by a Perforating hole in the bottom plate, resting on a bottom of the bottom part delimiting the container interior down.

Suitably, the partitions extend from the holding plate to the bottom part or to the bottom plate, so that they surround the cargo in each case over the entire length below the retaining plate rings.

The holding plate and / or the bottom plate are advantageously made of a particle foam, in particular made of expanded polypropylene (EPP). This material is lightweight, sufficiently rigid and sufficiently stable. Furthermore, it is soft enough to avoid damage to the recorded cargo in case of shocks. Finally, EPP is very cheap to manufacture, and a worker who removes the cargo from the transport container, can not be injured on the plate because it has no sharp edges. In addition, the holding plate and / or the bottom plate at the peripheral edges of their holes or depressions with an abrasion-resistant material, in particular with polyurethane coated. By this measure, the wear in the region of the peripheral edges is reduced.

According to an advantageous development, at least one strap is provided, which is fastened with a first end at or near the upper edge of one of the container walls and with a second end on the holding device. This facilitates handling when re-erecting the empty container, on the bottom part of the holding device is placed under folding the partitions. To lift the holding device up out of the container interior, a worker does not have to stoop into the container interior, but can grab the belt near its attachment to the container wall and pull the holding device upwards. In order to enable handling from both sides, a belt is expediently attached to two opposite container walls.

Advantageously, the bottom part has a bottom bounding the container interior bottom and the container walls are articulated at such a distance above the ground at the bottom part, that the holding device and possibly the bottom plate can be received below the container walls in the container interior. The transport container is in the emptied state then compact including the holding device and possibly the bottom plate, so that volume is saved during the return transport. The transport container may be open at the top or closed by a resting on the upper edges of the container walls lid.

The transport container 10 shown in the drawing according to the first embodiment has a bottom part 12, from which four a Be-container interior 14 enclosing container walls 16 extend vertically upwards. The container walls 16 are each hinged to the bottom part 12, so that they, as in Fig. 1b represented, each can be folded in a horizontal orientation. In the container interior 14, a holding device 18 is accommodated, which has a holding plate 20 made of expanded polypropylene. The holding plate 20 is, as in Fig. 1a shown spaced above the bottom portion 12 and has a plurality of vertically penetrating holes 22 whose peripheral edges 24 are provided with an abrasion-resistant polyurethane coating. On the holding plate 20, a compartment 28 is fastened by means of screws 26, which has vertically extending partition walls 30 made of a foldable textile material. The partitions bound receiving channels 32, one of each of which is arranged below one of the holes 22 in the holding plate 20.

On a bottom 34 of the bottom part 12 is a bottom plate 36, which is also made of expanded polypropylene. The bottom plate 36 has holes 38, wherein in each case a hole 38 in the bottom plate 36 is disposed directly under a hole 22 in the holding plate 20. The peripheral edges 40 of the holes 38 are in turn provided with a coating of polyurethane.

At two opposite container walls 16, two plastic frames 42 are fixed at a distance from the bottom part 12, to each of which a support plate 44 is hinged from plastic. The support plate 44 can be locked to the frame 42 in two positions, wherein in a first position ( Fig. Over each of the frame 42, a further frame 42 'is arranged in each case, to the one Further support plate 44 'is articulated with a further support surface 46', so that the support plate 20 can be arranged at a greater height above the bottom part 12 by being placed on the further bearing surfaces 46 '. The frame 42 and the further frame 42 'are also arranged in recesses 48 in the respective container wall 16, so that when folded up support plates 44, 44' (FIG. Fig. 4b ) are not in the way when the container walls 16 are folded ( Fig. 1 b) ,

The transport container 10 shown in the drawing is used to hold cargo, in the present case of struts for the automotive industry. The struts are inserted from above through the holes 22 of the holding plate 20 and extend into the holes 38 of the bottom plate 36. In this area they are either on the floor 34 or on the peripheral edges 40 on. By extending the partitions 30 from the support plate 20 to the bottom plate 36, the struts are accommodated in fully spaced apart receiving channels 32 so that they do not hit each other during transport or removal and can damage each other. If the transport container 10 is emptied, then the holding plate 20 can be removed from the bearing surfaces 46 and stowed under folding of the partitions 30 in the lower region of the container interior 14. The container walls 16 can then, as in Fig. 1b shown, are folded, so that the volume of the transport container 10 for the return transport significantly reduced.

According to the in Fig. 5a . 5b shown second embodiment, the bottom part 12 has a circumferential ring 50 of rigidly fixed to the bottom 34, vertically upwardly extending boundary walls 52, whose height is much lower than the height of the container walls 16. The latter are not hinged to the bottom part 12, but loose inserted into the ring 50 and stand with their lower edges on the floor 34 or engage in a circumferential groove in the bottom 34 a. The container walls 16 according to the second embodiment are integrally connected and are on the edges over vertically extending first fold lines 54 connected to each other, around which they are pivotable against each other by folding. Two opposing container walls 16 also each have in their middle a second, vertically extending fold line 56, around which they can be folded toward each other, forming a so-called M-fold. In the ring 50, the bottom plate 36, the holding plate 20 with folded-up compartment 28 and the folded container walls 16 can then be accommodated and secured by means of a cover 58 which is placed on the ring 50 ( Fig. 5b ) are covered. In contrast to the first embodiment, the frames 42 are also inserted into openings of the container walls 16, so that they, as in Fig. 5a shown, are visible from the outside. Moreover, only support surfaces are present at a height above the floor 34, so that the holding plate 20 can be arranged only at a height. Incidentally, the basic structure of the in Fig. 5a . 5b shown transport container 10 the structure of the transport container 10 according to the first embodiment.
