Definitions
- the invention relates to a mobile suction device, in particular a construction site or workshop suction device, which has a suction device housing and a suction unit arranged therein for generating a suction flow, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a suction device is for example in US 2003/208874 A1 mentioned.
- suction device is for example in DE 8912526 U1 mentioned.
- the suction unit is arranged, for example, in a drawer.
- a suction hose emerges from the side of the drawer.
- a top side of the suction cup housing is thus completely available for stacking a further container, for example a cabinet element, a transport box for tools or the like.
- On the upper side of the vacuum cleaner housing there are, for example, bolt projections protruding upwards, which engage in corresponding receptacles on the container to be stacked on top.
- the suction hose is removed from the suction connection, for example when not in use, or stowed in a storage cavity next to or below in the suction housing. But that is cumbersome.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an improved connection concept for a suction line in a mobile suction device of the type mentioned at the beginning.
- a suction device according to the technical teaching of claim 1 is provided.
- the teat housing can form part of a stack and yet the suction inlet is arranged on the upper side of the teat housing in a manner that prevents a further container from being stacked. This means that the suction inlet is easily accessible from above.
- the suction cup housing has a base housing and a cover with which an interior of the base housing can be closed.
- the suction inlet is provided on the cover.
- the suction inlet it is also possible for the suction inlet to be provided next to the cover or at least on a fixed area on the top of the suction device housing.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that it comprises a container attachment which can be arranged on the upper side of the vacuum cleaner housing in the stacking direction and which has connecting means for establishing a connection with at least one vacuum cleaner connection provided on the vacuum cleaner housing.
- the container attachment can be used in many ways in conjunction with the suction device according to the invention.
- the dirt collecting space is expediently provided in a dirt collecting container which can be inserted into a container receptacle of the vacuum cleaner housing and there, in a suction operating position of the dirt collecting container, a suction flow outlet of the dirt collecting container is in flow connection with a suction unit inlet of the suction unit, the dirt collecting container being in flow connection for removing Dirt collecting space accumulated dirt is removable from the vacuum cleaner housing.
- a filter holder for holding at least one filter element of the filter arrangement. This arrangement is particularly hygienic.
- the dirt collecting space is provided in a dirt collecting container, which can be inserted into a container receptacle of the suction unit housing and there, in a suction operating position of the dirt collecting container, a suction flow outlet of the dirt collecting container is in flow connection with a suction unit inlet of the suction unit, the Dirt collecting container can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing for removing dirt accumulated in the dirt collecting space, and in that at least one filter holder is provided in the dirt collecting container for holding at least one filter element of the filter arrangement.
- a basic idea here is that the mobile suction device as a whole no longer has to be brought to a disposal site, for example a garbage can, but that one has a dirt collection container that can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing, which significantly simplifies handling.
- a disposal site for example a garbage can
- dirt collection container that can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing
- a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that an outer circumferential contour of the dirt collecting container correlates with an inner circumferential contour of the container receptacle of the vacuum cleaner housing in such a way that the dirt collecting container can be inserted into the container receptacle in a form-fitting manner.
- An inner circumferential contour of the container receptacle is preferably designed to hold the dirt collecting container in a form-fitting manner.
- An outer circumferential contour of the dirt collecting container preferably fits completely or at least in sections, preferably essentially, in a form-fitting manner with an inner circumferential contour of the container receptacle.
- the container receptacle expediently comprises a plug receptacle into which the dirt collecting container can be inserted.
- a filter bag can preferably be arranged in the dirt collecting container, i. that the at least one filter holder comprises a filter holder for a filter bag, so to speak a filter bag filter holder.
- the advantage here is that the dirt contained in the filter bag can be disposed of hygienically. It is also possible, however, for the dust collection space to be designed for direct absorption of dirt, dust and the like, other particles, that is to say that the dirt collects directly in the dirt collection space of the dirt collection container and is disposed of from there. The filter bag is therefore not absolutely necessary.
- the at least one filter holder comprises a filter holder for a main filter.
- the main filter can be, for example, a filter fleece, a folded filter or the like.
- the main filter keeps the dirt from getting into the suction unit from the dirt collecting chamber.
- the main filter works in combination with a filter bag and also without a filter bag.
- the suction device has a cleaning device for cleaning the main filter, for example by means of counterflow, shaking, etc.
- the filter holder for the main filter is expediently arranged at the suction flow outlet of the dirt collecting container, so that the suction flow outlet can be closed by the main filter.
- the suction flow therefore flows through the main filter in the direction of the suction unit.
- the vacuum cleaner housing and / or the dirt collecting container can expediently be closed by a cover.
- a preferred concept provides that the dirt collecting container is open on its upper side and can be closed by a lid.
- a cover separate from the vacuum cleaner housing that is to say a dirt collection container cover, to be provided for the dirt collecting container.
- the dirt collecting container closed by the dirt collecting container lid can therefore be carried to the disposal site, for example a garbage can. That is particularly hygienic.
- the suction inlet is expediently arranged on the cover.
- the suction cup housing has, for example, a base housing that can be closed by a cover, a suction cup housing cover so to speak.
- the suction unit cover expediently also covers the suction unit and / or at least one storage receptacle for stowing an accessory part of the suction device, e.g. a nozzle or the like.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the cover for closing the dirt collecting container is formed by the suction housing cover.
- a sealing arrangement for example comprising O-rings and the like, is expediently provided between the respective cover, i.e. the dirt collecting container cover or the cover of the vacuum cleaner housing, and the dirt collecting container.
- the sealing arrangement is particularly preferably located on the cover.
- the lid When the lid is opened, it reveals the interior of the vacuum cleaner housing so that the dirt collecting container can be removed. If the cover of the vacuum cleaner housing simultaneously forms the cover for the dirt collecting container, both the vacuum cleaner housing and the dirt collecting container are opened in one go, so that a filter bag or similar filter element, the dirt collecting space or the like arranged in the interior of the dirt collecting container, is conveniently and directly accessible is.
- the suction device comprises a container attachment which can be arranged on the top of the suction device housing in the stacking direction and has connecting means for establishing a connection with at least one vacuum cleaner connection provided on the suction device housing.
- an attachment can be saddled or stacked on top of the mobile suction device, which communicates with the vacuum cleaner housing, i.e. has connecting means for establishing a connection with at least one vacuum cleaner connection provided on the vacuum cleaner housing.
- the container attachment can fulfill various tasks, for example provide storage space for a suction hose, serve to store an electrical connection cable or the like. Other functions that are not available in the basic suction device can, so to speak, be outsourced to the container attachment.
- the container attachment can provide a further receiving volume for dust, dirt or the like or at least one operating element or display element for operating the basic suction device.
- the vacuum cleaner connection is expediently arranged on an upper side of the vacuum cleaner housing on which the container attachment can be arranged.
- the vacuum cleaner connection advantageously includes the suction inlet.
- the passage opening expediently communicates with the suction inlet of the suction device housing, so that the suction line can be connected to the suction inlet or through the passage opening connected is.
- the suction line can extend away from the container attachment in the direction of the work location.
- the passage opening enables, for example, the suction line to be pushed through.
- the advantage here is that, for example, a plug-in connection on the suction line is plugged directly into the suction inlet of the suction housing, for example, it fits with it in a form-fitting manner. There are no additional interfaces, i.e. there is little risk of leakage in the area of the suction line.
- a connection element is provided on the passage opening for connection to the suction inlet of the suction unit housing and the suction line can be connected to the connection element for establishing a flow connection with the suction inlet of the suction unit housing, for example by means of a plug connection.
- the container attachment thus quasi initially provides the flow connection with the suction inlet of the suction device housing and also a connection to which the suction line can in turn be connected.
- the connecting means comprise an electrical contact arrangement for establishing an electrical connection between the container attachment and a suction device contact arrangement provided on the suction device housing, and the container attachment comprises an operating element and / or display element for operating or displaying at least one function of the suction device that is connected to the electrical contact arrangement is electrically connected and / or has an electrical connection connected to the contact arrangement, in particular for an electrical connection cable of a hand machine tool.
- the connecting means expediently comprise at least one plug connection for producing an electrical or pneumatic plug connection with the vacuum cleaner housing. It is therefore possible, for example, for electrical contacts on the container attachment to communicate with electrical contacts on the suction device housing, so that there is an electrical connection between the suction device housing and the container attachment.
- messages can be output by output means, for example a display and / or a loudspeaker, of the container attachment, for example warnings when the dirt collecting space is full or the like.
- an operating element or display element on the container attachment communicates via the electrical connections with the suction device housing, for example a control of the suction device.
- a connection between the container attachment and the vacuum cleaner housing via the pneumatic plug connection so that, for example, a pneumatic connection, for example for a compressed air tool, of the container attachment is in flow connection with a pneumatic connection of the vacuum cleaner housing, so to speak of the basic suction device stands.
- the at least one passage opening comprises a passage opening for an electrical or pneumatic connection socket provided on the vacuum cleaner housing, so that a plug connection element, for example an electrical or pneumatic plug connection element, can be connected to the connection socket through the passage opening. If, for example, a plug of a hand machine tool is to be plugged into the suction device, that is to say in a socket of the suction device, this socket is through the passage opening of the container attachment is accessible.
- the container attachment can provide protection for the socket.
- the passage opening can also comprise a passage opening for at least one operating element or display element for operating the suction device.
- the operating element forms, so to speak, a vacuum cleaner connection in the form of an operating connection.
- the operating element can, for example, comprise a display for displaying a function of the suction device, for example fill level, engine power or the like.
- the operating element preferably comprises a switching element for switching the suction device on and off. It is also possible to set an operating parameter, for example speed, power or the like, through the passage opening on the control element.
- the operator simply removes the container attachment from the vacuum cleaner housing so that the vacuum device is smaller and can be transported more easily.
- the receiving cavity is preferably designed as a receptacle that is open at the top and accessible from above.
- a suction hose or an electrical connection line can be inserted into the receptacle of the container attachment from above.
- the container attachment preferably comprises a handle arrangement for carrying the stack comprising the container attachment and the teat housing.
- a handle arrangement for carrying the stack comprising the container attachment and the teat housing.
- further containers of the stack for example arranged on the underside of the suction cup housing, can easily be transported in this way.
- a transport box for a tool can be attached underneath the vacuum cleaner housing.
- the handle arrangement can, for example, comprise handles, in particular pivotable, arranged on the side of the container attachment.
- the handle arrangement comprises an upwardly projecting handle, for example a type of handle, bar or the like.
- the handle is preferably located approximately in the center of an upper side of the container attachment.
- the handle is expediently designed in such a way that it does not protrude in front of an upper-side support surface of the container attachment which is provided for stacking an upper container.
- the support surface is formed by a peripheral wall of the container attachment.
- the handle forms a winding aid for winding up a line, for example the suction line, in particular a suction hose, or an electrical connection line.
- the suction line can therefore, for example, around the handle, which is arranged in particular in the center of the top of the container attachment, and which there for example protruding in the manner of a dome, be wrapped around.
- the suction line relaxes again, it expediently pushes itself in the direction of the circumferential wall that delimits the receiving cavity of the container attachment.
- the sucker housing In the area of the upper side of the sucker housing, the sucker housing has first coupling means for interacting with second coupling means of the upper container to couple the sucker housing to the upper container with tensile strength in the stacking direction.
- the coupling means can, for example, comprise hooks, swivel bolts, tabs or the like.
- the container attachment expediently has second coupling means, which interact with the first coupling means of the suction device housing, for coupling with the suction device housing with tensile strength in the stacking direction. This is advantageous, for example, in connection with the aforementioned carrying handle arrangement of the container attachment.
- top of the container attachment has second coupling means that correspond to the second coupling means of the suction cup housing and are suitable for coupling the container that can be attached to the suction cup housing.
- the container attachment and the teat housing therefore have essentially the same coupling means, so that the container can optionally be arranged with tensile strength in relation to the stacking direction on the top of the teat housing and the container attachment.
- the operator can choose to arrange the container or the container attachment on top of the vacuum cleaner housing.
- the system concept goes so far that, for example, a stack consisting of the suction cup housing, the container attachment and the further container are formed and the coupling means assigned to one another are completely compatible with one another.
- An outer circumferential contour of the sucker housing and an outer circumferential contour of the container attachment expediently correspond to one another such that the outer circumferential contour of the sucker housing and the container attachment are aligned with one another when the container attachment is stacked on the sucker housing.
- the advantage is that a more or less homogeneous stack consisting of a suction cup housing and a container attachment can be formed.
- the container attachment expediently comprises at least one lateral opening, for example a groove or a passage opening, for the suction line.
- the suction hose, an electrical connection line of the suction device or the like can be inserted into the lateral opening from above or from the side and penetrate it.
- the side opening can be open at the top or the side, but does not have to be. It can have a closed outer circumference, that is to say, for example, be designed as a type of bore.
- the at least one opening is open to the top of the container attachment, so that the suction line or the electrical connection line or both can be introduced into the opening from above.
- the opening is provided on a peripheral wall, the top side of which represents the support surface.
- the opening provided there for the suction line or the electrical connection line is expediently so deep that the suction line or electrical connection line can be inserted completely into the opening on the peripheral wall. It is therefore expedient that the suction line or electrical connection line does not prevent a further container from being placed on the container attachment in the stacking direction.
- the suction cup housing expediently has a base housing and a cover with which an interior of the base housing can be closed.
- the container attachment can expediently be mounted on the cover. It is preferred if the cover of the vacuum cleaner housing with the container attachment stacked on it can be opened. The interior of the basic housing is thus easily accessible even when the container attachment is mounted on the lid.
- the operation of the suction unit creates a negative pressure area in the dirt collecting space.
- the dirt collecting container delimits the dirt collecting space and has an inflow opening that communicates with or forms the suction inlet for the inflow of the suction flow and a suction flow outlet for the outflow of air to the suction unit.
- the suction flow outlet of the dirt collecting chamber and a suction unit inlet of the suction unit are in flow connection via a main filter of the filter arrangement for retaining dirt in the dirt collecting chamber. It is advantageously provided that an outer circumference of the main filter lies outside the negative pressure area of the dirt collecting space, so that additional secondary air flowing into the suction unit inlet possibly flows from outside the dirt collecting space in addition to the suction flow.
- a sealing gap in which the outer circumference of the main filter is arranged.
- the main filter can be, for example, a folded filter, a filter fleece or a combination thereof.
- the main filter has a filter surface that retains particles and other dirt in the dirt collecting space.
- a seal is expediently arranged on the outer circumference of the main filter.
- the seal is preferably integrally and / or cohesively connected to the filter surface of the main filter, for example glued, welded, injection-molded or the like. This means that no air can flow between the seal and the filter surface.
- the seal is, for example, a polyurethane foam, a rubber material, an elastic plastic material or combinations thereof.
- the suction device has a clamping device for clamping the main filter between the suction flow outlet and an inlet housing area of the suction device housing on which the suction unit inlet is arranged, the main filter in a clamping position of the clamping device between the suction flow outlet and the inlet housing area is braced.
- the clamping device can, for example, have movable parts mounted on the dirt collecting container, which can engage with abutment contours on the vacuum cleaner housing.
- moving parts or clamping elements of the clamping device can be arranged on the suction device housing and can come into engagement with abutment contours or counter contours on the dirt collector.
- the tensioning device expediently has a tensioning gear which, for example, comprises a lever gear and / or a wedge or inclined surface gear or the like.
- the tensioning device in particular its tensioning gear, is designed for a linear relative adjustment of the components to be braced together, so that an end face of the main filter seal with the associated sealing seat on the inlet housing area or the dirt collecting container is essentially over its entire area Area is evenly loaded with clamping force.
- the direction of movement of the linear adjustment thus runs approximately perpendicular to the end face or the sealing seat.
- the tensioning device is provided for tensioning the main filter with an inlet housing area of the suction unit housing on which the suction unit inlet is arranged.
- the main filter is then tensioned with the inlet housing area.
- the aforementioned seal is in contact with the inlet housing area.
- a seal is also possible for a seal to be provided on the inlet housing area which interacts with the main filter, for example, rests on the filter surface of the main filter.
- the main filter does not have to have its own seal, but can also interact with a seal, which is provided, so to speak, by the inlet housing area or also by the dirt collecting container or is arranged there.
- the tensioning device comprises, for example, a lever arrangement, for example a toggle lever arrangement, for adjusting the main filter into the tensioning position.
- the tensioning device has a roller arrangement or roller arrangement with which the main filter can be rolled into the tensioned position, so to speak.
- an inclined surface arrangement with at least one clamping bevel for adjusting the main filter into the clamping position. It is also possible that a lever arrangement is provided which is suitable for actuating the inclined surface arrangement, for example for adjusting the at least one clamping bevel.
- the latching device can act directly on the main filter.
- the latching device it is also possible for the latching device to latch an actuating element, with which the tensioning device can be actuated, in the tensioning position.
- a release device for releasing the main filter from the inlet housing area or the Dirt collection container is provided. It is possible, for example, for the aforementioned seal to be connected to the inlet housing area or the dirt collecting container somewhat more firmly than desired, for example adhering.
- the release device makes it possible to detach the main filter from the inlet housing area or the dirt collecting container, for example to move it linearly away or to pivot it away.
- the release device comprises, for example, a release bevel or a lever arrangement acting in the sense of release, or both.
- the tensioning device integrally encompasses the release device, that is to say that the tensioning device is suitable on the one hand for adjusting the main filter into the tensioning position, but on the other hand also for releasing the main filter from the tensioning position into a release position.
- a handle for example in the form of a bracket, handle or the like, which is suitable for carrying the dirt collecting container.
- the dirt collecting container can be carried as a whole.
- the handle can be L-shaped or U-shaped, for example. If, for example, a lower part of the suction device housing of the suction device integrally comprises the dirt collecting container, it can be carried as a whole on the carrying handle.
- a dirt collecting container which can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing, can also be easily grasped.
- the handle preferably forms an actuating member for actuating the tensioning device and / or the release device.
- the handle acts as a lever arm or is pivotably arranged on a lever arm.
- the handle has at least one inclined surface Inclined surface arrangement, for example the aforementioned clamping bevel and / or the release bevel, or cooperates with such a bevel, for example arranged on the container receptacle.
- several bevels can be provided on the handle, for example at least one tensioning bevel and / or at least one release bevel.
- a clamping cam is provided on the handle for clamping the main filter in the clamping position.
- a roller or cylinder or the like can also be provided on the handle.
- the dirt collecting container has, for example, solid walls that delimit the dirt collecting space, i.e. a cavity.
- the dirt collecting container is roughly cubic per se.
- the dirt collecting space is expediently closed except for the inflow opening that forms the suction flow inlet or communicates with it, and the suction flow outlet, which is flow-connected to the suction unit inlet.
- the dirt collecting container therefore preferably forms a type of capsule for the dirt.
- a variant of the invention for example in a suction device according to EP 2 229 859 A1 is feasible, provides that the dirt collecting container forms a permanent part of the vacuum cleaner housing.
- the main filter extends over the entire top of the dirt collecting space and / or the dirt collecting container, whereupon the cover with the suction unit is put on. If then side air, namely secondary air, at the density level between the main filter and the suction unit having cover flows past in the direction of the suction unit inlet, this is relatively clean air.
- the filter does not extend all the way to the outer wall of the vacuum cleaner housing. This is because it is also possible, for example, for the atmospheric pressure to reach the interior space up to the density level between the main filter and the suction unit inlet via a corresponding inflow opening, for example channels and / or a slot.
- the dirt collecting container can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing in order to remove dirt that has collected in the dirt collecting space.
- the main filter is arranged at the suction unit inlet and the dirt collecting container, when it is inserted into the container receptacle, is clamped there by the clamping device, so that a tight fit of the main filter in the sealing gap between the suction unit inlet and the dirt collecting container is ensured is.
- the main filter can, but does not have to be, arranged on the dirt collector.
- the The main filter can also be arranged on a housing section of the suction unit which has the suction unit and which can be brought into flow connection with the dirt collecting container.
- the housing section is adjusted, for example, towards the dirt collecting container or, conversely, the dirt collecting container towards the housing section.
- the housing section is a cover that is attached to a lower part in a manner similar to that in FIG EP 2 229 859 A1 described, is brought.
- the outer circumference of the main filter extends in the manner of a frame around the suction flow outlet which forms a part of the dirt collecting container.
- a mobile suction device 10 comprises a base device 20 and a container attachment 70 which can be stacked on top of a suction device housing 21 of the base device 20 ( Figures 1 and 10 ).
- a suction unit housing 21 which has a lower part or base housing 22 and a cover 23, a suction unit 24 for generating a suction flow, a dirt collecting space 25 and a filter arrangement 26 are provided.
- the suction stream flows through a suction inlet 27 into the vacuum cleaner housing 21 and flows through the dirt collecting space 25, the filter arrangement 26 holding back dirt contained in the suction stream, for example dust, sawdust or the like, in the dirt collecting space 25, so that the suction unit 24 in as is known, sucks in filtered air.
- the suction cup housing 21 forms a system housing that is connected to other system components, namely with the containers 400, 450 according to, for example Figures 8 and 9 as well as with the vacuum cleaner 280 according to the invention which is movable on rollers on a surface Figure 11 can be coupled.
- the basic housing 22 has a base 28 from which side walls 29, 30, 31, 32 extend upward. Overall, the basic housing 22 has a cubic shape.
- the side wall 29 is a front side wall and the side wall 31 is a rear side wall.

- a housing section 120 is provided, in which the suction unit 24 is arranged in a protected and encapsulated manner.
- the housing section 120 comprises a section of the bottom 28, the side wall 32 and sections of the side walls 29 and 31.
- the housing section 120 furthermore comprises a cover 34 which covers the suction unit 24 on the top.
- the suction unit 24 is completely enclosed by the aforementioned walls and a wall 121 opposite the side wall 30, apart from a suction unit inlet 61 arranged on the wall 121, through which the suction unit 24 sucks in the suction flow, and one which is not visible in the drawing, e.g. on the side wall 31 arranged outflow opening through which the suction unit 24 blows out the suction flow.
- the interior 33 can be closed by the cover 23.
- the cover 23 has an upper cover wall 40 from which side walls 41, 42, 43, 44 extend downward.
- the side walls 41-44 are aligned with the side walls 29-32 of the basic housing 22 when the cover 23 closes the interior 33.
- lateral inclined surfaces 39 are provided on the cover 34, which are overlapped by the side walls 41, 43, 44 when the cover 23 is closed (see FIG Figure 2 ).
- the lid 23 also closes a container receptacle 45 which is located in the interior 33.
- the container receptacle 45 could serve as a dirt collecting space.
- the container receptacle 45 is used to receive a dirt collecting container 46 in which a Filter holder 47 and a filter holder 48 are provided.
- the filter holder 47 is used to hold a main filter 49, that is to say a filter element.

- the main filter 49 has a size which corresponds approximately to that of the side wall 58, so that almost the entire side wall 58 is formed by the main filter 49, so to speak.
- the filter holder 47 extends around a suction flow outlet 60 of the dirt collecting container 46.
- the suction flow outlet 60 is so to speak covered by the main filter 49, so that only air cleaned by the main filter 49 flows into the suction unit 24.
- the suction flow outlet 60 of the dirt collecting container 46 and a suction unit inlet 61 of the suction unit 24 communicate with one another and are in flow connection with one another.
- connection plate 51 of the filter bag 50 or the filter holder 48 are provided on the side walls 56 and 58 of the dirt collecting container 46. As a result, the connection plate 51 is in the in Figure 5 The position of use shown is supported so that the inflow opening 52 is ready for flow connection with the suction inlet 27.
- the side walls 55-58 and the base 54 define an outer circumferential contour 62 of the dirt collecting container 46, which fits into an inner circumferential contour 63 of the vacuum cleaner housing 21, which fits positively into the container receptacle 45.
- the container receptacle 45 and its inner circumferential contour 63 are defined by the side wall 30 as well as the side walls 29 and 31 and the bottom 28 and by the inner wall containing the suction unit inlet 61, which is not visible in the drawing.
- the container receptacle 45 is a plug-in receptacle into which the dirt collecting container 46 fits in a form-fitting manner and can be inserted. This makes it very easy to exchange and change the dirt collecting container 46. It only has to be lifted upwards out of the container receptacle 45.
- One advantage here is that the operator easily touches the dirt collecting container 46 can bring a disposal site and there for example the filter bag 50 removed from the dirt collecting container 46.
- the concept is also very hygienic.
- the opening and closing of the dirt collecting container 46 is also simplified because no separate cover is required for the dirt collecting container 46, but the cover 23 also fulfills the function of a lid for the dirt collecting container 46.

- the hand machine tool 300 for example a grinding machine, a saw or the like, then switches the suction device 10 on and off by, for example, a controller of the suction device 10 detecting a current flow to the hand machine tool 300.
- the lateral arrangement of the operating elements 11 on the side wall 32 enables ergonomic handling of the suction device 10, even if it is is integrated into a stack consisting of further components to be described later. But that would not be necessary, which will become clear later.
- Workpieces for example a workpiece plate 301, can be machined with the hand machine tool 300. Dust or other particles that arise, for example chips in the case of a saw, are conveniently sucked off by the suction device 10, for which purpose a suction line 14, for example a suction hose 18, can be connected to the suction inlet 27.

- the handle 77 expediently serves as a winding aid for the in Figure 6
- the suction hose 18 is only partially shown. This suction hose 18 can therefore be wrapped around the handle 77.
- the suction hose 18 has a tendency to relax, that is, if it does not experience any external force, it rests against the inside of the side walls 72-75.
- the suction hose 18 or the suction line 14 can, however, not only be arranged at least partially in the receiving cavity 76 or the interior of the container attachment 70 when the suction device 10 is not in use, but also during operation.
- connection means 80 of the container attachment 70 are seen, which enable a functional coupling of the container attachment 70 with the basic device 20.
- the connecting means 80 include, for example, a passage opening 81 on the bottom wall 71.
- the passage opening 81 is then aligned directly with the suction inlet 27 when the container attachment 70 is attached to the teat housing 21.
- the connection piece 15 can pass through the passage opening 81 into the suction inlet 27 be plugged in ( Figure 1 ).
- the suction hose 18 is simply rolled up and stowed in the interior of the container attachment 70, that is to say the receiving cavity 76. It does not have to be separated from the suction inlet 27 for this purpose.
- the suction hose 18 / suction line 14 can ideally be guided out of the receiving cavity 76.
- the handle 77 does not protrude upward in front of the support surfaces 79.
- connection line 19 for the electrical power supply of the suction unit 24, for example a power line, can also be conveniently stowed in the container attachment 70.

- an electrical junction box for example a connector 103 for connecting the hand machine tool 300 or another hand machine tool, can be supplied with power via the electrical connection established by the contact arrangements 89, 89a.
- the container attachment 70 fits ideally into the container and workshop system, which comprises the further containers 450 and 400 and the vacuum cleaner 280. This becomes clear below.
- first coupling means 90 are provided, which interact with second coupling means 110 on the respective undersides of the aforementioned components, with the exception of course the vacuum cleaner 280, whose vacuum cleaner housing 281 is below can be moved on a surface by means of rollers 283.
- the vacuum cleaner housing 21, the container attachment 70, the containers 400, 450 can be stacked on top of one another in a stacking direction H or can be stacked on the vacuum cleaner 280 and then connected to one another in a tensile manner with respect to the stacking direction H using the coupling means 90, 110.
- the first coupling means 90 comprise holding receptacles 91 provided on its upper side 284, into which holding projections 111 of the second coupling means 110 can be inserted.
- the holding receptacles 91 are provided on a receptacle 285 on the upper side 284 of the vacuum cleaner 280, into which, for example, the vacuum cleaner housing 21 can be inserted with its bottom area.
- the receptacle 285 is bounded laterally, for example, by side walls 287, 288, the holding receptacles 91 being arranged on the side wall 288.
- On the side walls 287 however, there are holding tabs 92 which can be brought into engagement with holding projections 112 of the second coupling means 110.
- the retaining tabs 92 are For example, it is mounted on the side walls 287 so that it can slide or pivot.
- the vacuum cleaner housing 21 can be attached to the top of the vacuum cleaner 280, but also the containers 400, 450, which are not described in detail and which are suitable for transporting, for example, the hand machine tools 300, tools, accessories and the like.
- the containers 400, 450 as well as the teat housing 21 and the container attachment 70 are, however, coupled to one another with components of the coupling means 90, 110 of a somewhat different type.
- the gripping contours 95, 115 are brought into engagement, the respective upper container 400, 450 or the container attachment 70 is pivoted downwards, towards the top of the respective lower container, for example the suction cup housing 21 or the suction cup housing 21, so that with respect to the Axes transverse to the stacking direction H a positive or shear-proof hold is given.
- the containers 400, 450 and in any case the suction cup housing 21 are constructed in the same way on the underside as the container attachment 70, i.e. that there the support feet 114 and the rear gripping feet 113 are also provided.
- suitable rear-engaging contours 95b for engaging the rear-engaging contours 115 are also provided.
- the first coupling means 90 furthermore comprise a locking element 96.
- a locking element 96 is rotatably arranged by means of a pivot bearing 98 on the cover 23 and the front side wall 72 of the container attachment 70.
- the locking element 96 has an arcuate receptacle 97 which comes into engagement with retaining projections 116 and 117 by rotating.
- the locking element 96 arranged on the cover 23 is in the locking position or coupling position coupling the respective upper container or container attachment 70 ( Figure 1 ) rotated so that it overlaps the cover 23 with the holding projection 116 of the upper container or container attachment arranged above the lid 23 and the holding projection 117 arranged on the base housing 22 or the container attachment 70 above, below the locking element 96 at the front, at the same time.
- the pivot bearing 98 is thereby relieved.
- the locking element 96 couples the respective containers in a tensile manner with respect to the stacking direction H.
- the coupling between the container attachment 70 and the basic device 20 is made so favorable that the lid 23 can be opened with the container attachment 70 attached ( Figure 10 ).
- a bypass inlet 122 is provided for a bypass valve, not visible in the drawing, through which, if necessary, e.g. With the suction inlet 100 closed, the suction unit 24 cooling air can flow into the interior of the housing section 120.
- the main filter 49 comprises a seal 123 and a filter surface 124.
- the filter surface 124 which comprises, for example, a filter fleece or a pleated filter, is received in a frame 125 of the filter holder 47.
- a step 126 which supports the seal 123 on the rear.
- the main filter 49 is therefore supported on the rear side by the filter holder 47 on its side opposite the wall 121, so that the dirt collecting container 46, so to speak, presses from the rear on the seal 123 and this thus against the wall 121, i.e. against a suction unit inlet 61 having inlet housing portion 127, presses.
- the seal 123 thus lies close to the wall 121 so that the suction flow S from the suction inlet 27 first flows through the dirt collecting space 25, where a filter bag 50 usually holds back particles, at least the main filter 49, which is arranged in front of the suction unit inlet 61, fulfills this function, so that in In principle, only clean, in any case relatively few particles containing air of the suction stream S flows into the suction unit inlet 61.
- a negative pressure U prevails in the dirt collecting space 25 when the suction unit 24 is in operation, so that a negative pressure region 131 is formed there.
- the secondary air N is not sucked in from the negative pressure region 131, i.e. the dirt collecting space 25, but from the surroundings of the suction device 10, i.e. from an area of atmospheric pressure.
- There the load with particles is significantly lower, so that in any case air that is not or only slightly laden with dirt, namely the secondary air N, flows into the suction unit inlet 61.
- a protective grille 128 which protrudes in front of the wall 121.
- the grid 128 can protrude into the interior of the seal 123 ( Figure 15 ).
- the end face of the seal 123 rests tightly against the wall 121 and surrounds the suction unit inlet 61 in an annular manner.
- the bypass inlet 122 is also located in the interior and therefore in the Flow cross section of the seal 123 is located. This need not be.
- the tensioning device 140 described below also ensures a particularly favorable, tight fit of the seal 123 on the inlet housing region 127, which in this respect represents a sealing seat for the seal 123.
- the clamping device 140 comprises, as an actuating element, a carrying handle 141 which is pivotably mounted on the dirt collecting container 46 by means of pivot bearings 142, for example on its side walls 55, 57 next to the suction flow outlet 60.
- the handle 141 is used to carry the dirt collecting container 46.
- the handle 141 can be moved between a carrying position T ( Figure 17 ), in which the handle 141 protrudes upwards in front of the side walls 55-58 and its base leg 143 can be easily grasped by an operator, and a non-use position N ( Figure 16 ) are pivoted, in which the base leg 143 does not or only insignificantly protrudes upwards in front of the upper edges of the side walls 55-58.
- Side legs 144 protrude from the base leg 143 in a U-shape, the free ends of which are arranged on the pivot bearings 142.
- bearing bolts 145 project in front of the side walls 55, 57 and engage in corresponding bearing receptacles on the side legs 144 of the carrying handle 141.
- the carrying handle 141 is expediently not hinged in a longitudinally central area of the side walls 55, 57, so that the housing of the dirt collecting container 46 when carried with the carrying handle 141 has a tendency to tip over, so that dirt possibly contained in the dirt collecting container 46 does not hit the main filter 49 presses so that it does not come out of the Filter holder 47 is pushed out and holds there well.
- This tilting tendency is indicated by an arrow 138 in Figure 17 indicated.
- the storage concept of the handle 141 thus advantageously provides relief for the main filter 49.
- the dirt collecting container 46 can be conveniently inserted into the container receptacle 45 from above by an operator holding the handle 141. This is indicated by an arrow 146.
- the handle 141 is then pivoted in the direction of an arrow 147, with the clamping device 140 at the same time assuming its clamping position P ( Figure 18 ).
- a clamping surface 148 presses against an abutment surface 149 of the suction device housing 21.
- the abutment surface 149 is provided, for example, by a web 150 in the area of the container receptacle 45.
- a web 150 is provided on opposite sides of the container receptacle 45, namely on the inside of the opposite side walls 29 and 31. In this sense, the handle 141 also has a clamping surface 148 in each case for the side legs 144.
- the webs 150, 158 form side walls of a receiving groove 161 for the clamping cam 151.
- the clamping cam 151 is therefore guided and received in this receiving groove.
- the seal 123 is transverse to the plug axis indicated by the arrow 146 which the dirt collecting container 46 is inserted into the container receptacle 45 is pressed evenly against the inlet housing area 127.
- the corresponding load is indicated by an arrow 139 in Figure 15 indicated.
- the tensioning device 140 is thus designed for a linear relative adjustment of the components to be braced with one another and brought into a sealing abutment, namely the inlet housing area 127 and the end face of the seal 123 which is intended to abut it.
- the clamping force in the direction of arrow 139 is therefore essentially constant over the entire circumference of the seal 123 at the end face.
- the clamping device 140 also clamps the dirt collecting container 46 in the container receptacle 45.
- a catch 153 of a catch device 155 engages in a catch receptacle 154 on the suction cup housing 21.
- the catch 153 is located approximately transversely on the base leg 143 of the handle 141 and engages in a corresponding counter-contour, for example an upper edge of the wall 121, in the sense of a latching. In this way, not only the handle 141 but also the clamping device 140 is locked in its clamping position P.
- the tensioning device 140 forms or comprises at the same time a release device 160 for releasing the tension of the dirt collecting container 46 in the container receptacle 45 and the tension between the seal 123 and the inlet housing area 127 on the tensioning cam 151 there is a release bevel 156, which is located when the Carrying handle 141 against the direction of the arrow 147, ie in the direction of a release position L, is supported on a support surface 157 of the suction cup housing 21.
- the support surface 157 lies opposite the abutment surface 149.
- the support surface 157 is provided on a further wall projection or web 158.
- the webs 158, 150 lie opposite one another and, as already mentioned, are provided in the container receptacle 45 inside on the side walls 29, 31 opposite one another.
- An insertion bevel 159 is advantageously also provided, along which the clamping cam 151 slides with its release bevel 156 when the dirt collecting container 46 is inserted into the container receptacle 45.
- the lead-in bevel 159 thus forms an assembly aid.
- the lead-in slope 159 is e.g. at the top of the jetty 158.
- a handle 241 forming an actuating member of the tensioning device 240 has a groove 251 on each of its side legs 244 protruding from a base leg 243, into which a bearing pin 245 of a sliding bearing 242 engages.
- the bearing bolts 245 protrude laterally from the dirt collecting container 246.
- the handle 241 can be moved linearly up and down along a sliding axis 247 between a carrying position T and a non-use position N.
- the handle 241 protrudes upwards in front of the dirt collecting container 246; in the non-use position N, it is moved closer to the housing of the dirt collecting container 246, so that, for example, it does not protrude or only slightly upwards in front of the cover 34 when the dirt collecting container 246 is received in the suction cup housing 21.
- the handle 241 When the handle 241 is moved from the carrying position T to the non-use position N, it actuates the clamping device 240 from the release position L into the clamping position P.
- the groove 251 slides along the bearing pin 245, which in this respect represents a slide follower or slide block
- Carrying handle 241 is adjusted with a clamping surface 248 in the direction of an abutment surface 249.
- An abutment surface 249 is assigned to each clamping surface 248.
- the abutment surfaces 249 are provided, for example, by webs similar to the web 150, which protrude inward into the container receptacle 45.
- a latching recess 254 is provided on the longitudinal end area of the groove 251 assigned in the clamping position P, into which the bearing pin 245 engages in the clamping position P. In this respect, the bearing pin 245 and the locking recess 254 form a locking device 255.
- the tensioning device 340 comprises a handle 341 which serves as an actuating member for the tensioning device 340.
- a handle 341 which serves as an actuating member for the tensioning device 340.
- rollers 348 of a roller arrangement 353 are rotatably mounted, which are supported in a clamping position P on an abutment surface 349.
- the abutment surface 349 like the abutment surfaces 149 and 249, is formed by a receiving groove or a corresponding web, for example in the manner of the web 150.
- the handle 341 is mounted on the dirt collecting container 346 by means of pivot levers 350.
- the side legs 344 are pivotably mounted on a respective pivot lever 350 by means of a pivot bearing 345 each.
- other joints can also be provided.
- the handle 341 could also be pivotably mounted on each side leg 344 with, for example, two pivot levers on the dirt collecting container 346.
- pivot levers 350 for their part, are in turn mounted on the dirt collecting container 346 by means of pivot bearings 342.
- the handle 341 undergoes a substantially linear movement between the carrying position T and the non-use position N.
- the two rollers 348 move up and down in the receiving groove 161, for example.
- the rollers 348 are based on the in the Figures 26 and 27 right side of the receiving groove 161, for example at the web 150.
- the pivot levers 350 pivot about the pivot bearings 342.
- the pivot levers 350 move starting from FIG Figures 25 and 26 upper pivot position shown in an in Figure 27
- the illustrated lower pivot position beyond its dead center, so that a tensioning force in the direction of an arrow 139 is exerted via the support by the rollers 348.
- the seal 123 is thereby tensioned against the inlet housing area 127.
- the pivot lever 350 therefore forms part of a lever arrangement 352.
- the tensioning devices 240 and 340 also act as a release device when the respective carrying handles 241 and 341 are moved into the carrying position T.
- actuating elements other than, for example, the carrying handles 141-341 could also be provided, for example a toggle lever arrangement, slides, bolts, wedges or the like.
- inclined surfaces could also be provided, which act, for example, on the housing of a dirt collecting container.
- An example is in Figure 15 an inclined surface 360 is sketched in, which could act, for example, on a corresponding counter-contour 361 of the dirt collecting container 46 between the bottom 54 and the rear wall 56.
- Carrying handles that do not serve as actuating members can also be provided for carrying a dirt collecting container.
- the essentially linear plug-in-tensioning movement when inserting the dirt collecting container 46 into the container receptacle 45 is as shown in the exemplary embodiments Figures 13-27 the case to understand as an example.

In the dirt collecting container there is expediently at least one filter holder for holding at least one filter element of the filter arrangement. This arrangement is particularly hygienic.
In the suction device, it is advantageously provided that the dirt collecting space is provided in a dirt collecting container, which can be inserted into a container receptacle of the suction unit housing and there, in a suction operating position of the dirt collecting container, a suction flow outlet of the dirt collecting container is in flow connection with a suction unit inlet of the suction unit, the Dirt collecting container can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing for removing dirt accumulated in the dirt collecting space, and in that at least one filter holder is provided in the dirt collecting container for holding at least one filter element of the filter arrangement.
A basic idea here is that the mobile suction device as a whole no longer has to be brought to a disposal site, for example a garbage can, but that one has a dirt collection container that can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing, which significantly simplifies handling. In particular, when the suction device cannot be moved on rollers on a surface, it is advantageous if the user does not have to take the suction device as a whole, for example to the garbage can, but rather the Can bring relatively light and compact dirt collecting container to the disposal site.
The dirt collecting container has, for example, a cubic or box-shaped shape. Hence, a bottom wall and side walls extending upward therefrom are therefore preferably provided.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that an outer circumferential contour of the dirt collecting container correlates with an inner circumferential contour of the container receptacle of the vacuum cleaner housing in such a way that the dirt collecting container can be inserted into the container receptacle in a form-fitting manner. An inner circumferential contour of the container receptacle is preferably designed to hold the dirt collecting container in a form-fitting manner. An outer circumferential contour of the dirt collecting container preferably fits completely or at least in sections, preferably essentially, in a form-fitting manner with an inner circumferential contour of the container receptacle.
The container receptacle expediently comprises a plug receptacle into which the dirt collecting container can be inserted.
The container receptacle is preferably open at the top. It is expediently provided that the dirt collecting container holds in the container receptacle even without locking means. However, it is also possible that the suction device comprises locking means for locking the dirt collecting container in the container receptacle. The locking means include, for example, hooks, bolts, swivel bolts, sliding bolts or the like. It is also possible for the dirt collecting container to be held in the container receptacle in a press fit.
A filter bag can preferably be arranged in the dirt collecting container, i. that the at least one filter holder comprises a filter holder for a filter bag, so to speak a filter bag filter holder. The advantage here is that the dirt contained in the filter bag can be disposed of hygienically. It is also possible, however, for the dust collection space to be designed for direct absorption of dirt, dust and the like, other particles, that is to say that the dirt collects directly in the dirt collection space of the dirt collection container and is disposed of from there. The filter bag is therefore not absolutely necessary.
One embodiment of the invention, which is also advantageous together with the aforementioned filter bag, provides that the at least one filter holder comprises a filter holder for a main filter. The main filter can be, for example, a filter fleece, a folded filter or the like. The main filter keeps the dirt from getting into the suction unit from the dirt collecting chamber. The main filter works in combination with a filter bag and also without a filter bag.
It can be provided that the suction device has a cleaning device for cleaning the main filter, for example by means of counterflow, shaking, etc.
The filter holder for the main filter is expediently arranged at the suction flow outlet of the dirt collecting container, so that the suction flow outlet can be closed by the main filter. The suction flow therefore flows through the main filter in the direction of the suction unit.
The main filter expediently essentially forms a side wall of the dirt collecting container. The suction flow outlet is expediently arranged on a side wall of the container insert and is covered by the main filter. It is particularly preferred if the main filter virtually covers the entire side wall surface of the dirt collecting container that faces the suction unit.
The vacuum cleaner housing and / or the dirt collecting container can expediently be closed by a cover.
A preferred concept provides that the dirt collecting container is open on its upper side and can be closed by a lid.
It is possible, for example, for a cover separate from the vacuum cleaner housing, that is to say a dirt collection container cover, to be provided for the dirt collecting container. The dirt collecting container closed by the dirt collecting container lid can therefore be carried to the disposal site, for example a garbage can. That is particularly hygienic.
The suction inlet is expediently arranged on the cover.
It is preferred if a connection element or pipe element is arranged at the suction inlet, for example a type of nozzle. The pipe element opens into the dirt collecting space. It is preferably provided that the tubular element is provided and designed to enter into flow connection with a filter bag, ie its inflow opening, which is arranged in the dirt collecting container when the lid is closed. If the cover is closed, the pipe element and thus the suction inlet come into flow connection with an inflow opening of the filter bag.
The suction cup housing has, for example, a base housing that can be closed by a cover, a suction cup housing cover so to speak. The suction unit cover expediently also covers the suction unit and / or at least one storage receptacle for stowing an accessory part of the suction device, e.g. a nozzle or the like.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the cover for closing the dirt collecting container is formed by the suction housing cover.
Between the respective cover, i.e. the dirt collecting container cover or the cover of the vacuum cleaner housing, and the dirt collecting container, a sealing arrangement, for example comprising O-rings and the like, is expediently provided. The sealing arrangement is particularly preferably located on the cover.
When the lid is opened, it reveals the interior of the vacuum cleaner housing so that the dirt collecting container can be removed.
In the case of the suction device, it is expediently provided that it comprises a container attachment which can be arranged on the top of the suction device housing in the stacking direction and has connecting means for establishing a connection with at least one vacuum cleaner connection provided on the suction device housing.
A basic idea here is that an attachment can be saddled or stacked on top of the mobile suction device, which communicates with the vacuum cleaner housing, i.e. has connecting means for establishing a connection with at least one vacuum cleaner connection provided on the vacuum cleaner housing. The container attachment can fulfill various tasks, for example provide storage space for a suction hose, serve to store an electrical connection cable or the like. Other functions that are not available in the basic suction device can, so to speak, be outsourced to the container attachment. For example, the container attachment can provide a further receiving volume for dust, dirt or the like or at least one operating element or display element for operating the basic suction device.
The connecting means can comprise, for example, one or more passage openings for a line that can be or is connected to the vacuum cleaner connection, or be formed by at least one passage opening. For example, the line is the suction line, for example a suction hose, an electrical line, or both. It is also possible that a combination line is used, i. that, for example, electrical connection means are also provided on the suction hose itself, for example for operating an electrical brush arranged at the free end of the suction line.
The vacuum cleaner connection is expediently arranged on an upper side of the vacuum cleaner housing on which the container attachment can be arranged. The vacuum cleaner connection advantageously includes the suction inlet. The passage opening expediently communicates with the suction inlet of the suction device housing, so that the suction line can be connected to the suction inlet or through the passage opening connected is. Thus the suction line can extend away from the container attachment in the direction of the work location.
The passage opening enables, for example, the suction line to be pushed through. The advantage here is that, for example, a plug-in connection on the suction line is plugged directly into the suction inlet of the suction housing, for example, it fits with it in a form-fitting manner. There are no additional interfaces, i.e. there is little risk of leakage in the area of the suction line. However, it is also possible that a connection element is provided on the passage opening for connection to the suction inlet of the suction unit housing and the suction line can be connected to the connection element for establishing a flow connection with the suction inlet of the suction unit housing, for example by means of a plug connection. Thus, the container attachment thus quasi initially provides the flow connection with the suction inlet of the suction device housing and also a connection to which the suction line can in turn be connected.
It is advantageously provided that the connecting means comprise an electrical contact arrangement for establishing an electrical connection between the container attachment and a suction device contact arrangement provided on the suction device housing, and the container attachment comprises an operating element and / or display element for operating or displaying at least one function of the suction device that is connected to the electrical contact arrangement is electrically connected and / or has an electrical connection connected to the contact arrangement, in particular for an electrical connection cable of a hand machine tool.
The connecting means expediently comprise at least one plug connection for producing an electrical or pneumatic plug connection with the vacuum cleaner housing. It is therefore possible, for example, for electrical contacts on the container attachment to communicate with electrical contacts on the suction device housing, so that there is an electrical connection between the suction device housing and the container attachment. Thus, for example, messages can be output by output means, for example a display and / or a loudspeaker, of the container attachment, for example warnings when the dirt collecting space is full or the like.
It is also possible that, for example, an operating element or display element on the container attachment communicates via the electrical connections with the suction device housing, for example a control of the suction device.
Furthermore, it is possible to establish a connection between the container attachment and the vacuum cleaner housing via the pneumatic plug connection, so that, for example, a pneumatic connection, for example for a compressed air tool, of the container attachment is in flow connection with a pneumatic connection of the vacuum cleaner housing, so to speak of the basic suction device stands.
A simple embodiment provides that one or more passage openings are present. That has already been mentioned. For example, the at least one passage opening comprises a passage opening for an electrical or pneumatic connection socket provided on the vacuum cleaner housing, so that a plug connection element, for example an electrical or pneumatic plug connection element, can be connected to the connection socket through the passage opening. If, for example, a plug of a hand machine tool is to be plugged into the suction device, that is to say in a socket of the suction device, this socket is through the passage opening of the container attachment is accessible. The container attachment can provide protection for the socket.
The passage opening can also comprise a passage opening for at least one operating element or display element for operating the suction device. The operating element forms, so to speak, a vacuum cleaner connection in the form of an operating connection. The operating element can, for example, comprise a display for displaying a function of the suction device, for example fill level, engine power or the like. The operating element preferably comprises a switching element for switching the suction device on and off. It is also possible to set an operating parameter, for example speed, power or the like, through the passage opening on the control element.
The container attachment preferably provides a receiving cavity for a line of the suction device, for example the suction line, an electrical connection line or both. The advantage of this arrangement is that the container attachment represents a depot for this line that can be used when required. For example, the container attachment has a circumferential wall which delimits the receiving cavity on the circumferential side. If, for example, the suction line, which tends to roll out again, is received in the receiving cavity, it lies against the inner sides of the peripheral wall. The peripheral wall can, but does not have to be, closed. It can also have breakthroughs or breaks.
When the receiving cavity is not needed, the operator simply removes the container attachment from the vacuum cleaner housing so that the vacuum device is smaller and can be transported more easily.
The receiving cavity is preferably designed as a receptacle that is open at the top and accessible from above. Thus, for example, a suction hose or an electrical connection line can be inserted into the receptacle of the container attachment from above.
The container attachment preferably comprises a handle arrangement for carrying the stack comprising the container attachment and the teat housing. Of course, further containers of the stack, for example arranged on the underside of the suction cup housing, can easily be transported in this way. For example, a transport box for a tool can be attached underneath the vacuum cleaner housing.
The handle arrangement can, for example, comprise handles, in particular pivotable, arranged on the side of the container attachment. Particularly preferably and shown in the drawing, the handle arrangement comprises an upwardly projecting handle, for example a type of handle, bar or the like. The handle is preferably located approximately in the center of an upper side of the container attachment.
However, the handle is expediently designed in such a way that it does not protrude in front of an upper-side support surface of the container attachment which is provided for stacking an upper container. For example, the support surface is formed by a peripheral wall of the container attachment.
It is preferred if the handle forms a winding aid for winding up a line, for example the suction line, in particular a suction hose, or an electrical connection line. The suction line can therefore, for example, around the handle, which is arranged in particular in the center of the top of the container attachment, and which there for example protruding in the manner of a dome, be wrapped around. When the suction line relaxes again, it expediently pushes itself in the direction of the circumferential wall that delimits the receiving cavity of the container attachment.
In the area of the upper side of the sucker housing, the sucker housing has first coupling means for interacting with second coupling means of the upper container to couple the sucker housing to the upper container with tensile strength in the stacking direction. The coupling means can, for example, comprise hooks, swivel bolts, tabs or the like.
The container attachment expediently has second coupling means, which interact with the first coupling means of the suction device housing, for coupling with the suction device housing with tensile strength in the stacking direction. This is advantageous, for example, in connection with the aforementioned carrying handle arrangement of the container attachment.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the top of the container attachment has second coupling means that correspond to the second coupling means of the suction cup housing and are suitable for coupling the container that can be attached to the suction cup housing. The container attachment and the teat housing therefore have essentially the same coupling means, so that the container can optionally be arranged with tensile strength in relation to the stacking direction on the top of the teat housing and the container attachment. The operator can choose to arrange the container or the container attachment on top of the vacuum cleaner housing. The system concept goes so far that, for example, a stack consisting of the suction cup housing, the container attachment and the further container are formed and the coupling means assigned to one another are completely compatible with one another.
An outer circumferential contour of the sucker housing and an outer circumferential contour of the container attachment expediently correspond to one another such that the outer circumferential contour of the sucker housing and the container attachment are aligned with one another when the container attachment is stacked on the sucker housing. The advantage is that a more or less homogeneous stack consisting of a suction cup housing and a container attachment can be formed.
The container attachment expediently comprises at least one lateral opening, for example a groove or a passage opening, for the suction line. For example, the suction hose, an electrical connection line of the suction device or the like can be inserted into the lateral opening from above or from the side and penetrate it. The side opening can be open at the top or the side, but does not have to be. It can have a closed outer circumference, that is to say, for example, be designed as a type of bore.
It is preferred if the at least one opening is open to the top of the container attachment, so that the suction line or the electrical connection line or both can be introduced into the opening from above.
The opening is preferably so deep and / or arranged in such a way that the suction line or electrical connection line received in the opening does not protrude in front of an upper-side support surface of the container attachment which is provided for stacking an upper container.
For example, the opening is provided on a peripheral wall, the top side of which represents the support surface. The opening provided there for the suction line or the electrical connection line is expediently so deep that the suction line or electrical connection line can be inserted completely into the opening on the peripheral wall. It is therefore expedient that the suction line or electrical connection line does not prevent a further container from being placed on the container attachment in the stacking direction.
The suction cup housing expediently has a base housing and a cover with which an interior of the base housing can be closed. The container attachment can expediently be mounted on the cover. It is preferred if the cover of the vacuum cleaner housing with the container attachment stacked on it can be opened. The interior of the basic housing is thus easily accessible even when the container attachment is mounted on the lid.
It is preferred if the coupling means, for example the mentioned first coupling means, comprise a locking element for locking the container attachment to the teat housing. In a position that locks the container attachment, the locking element locks the container attachment over the cover with the basic housing. The locking element therefore absorbs the forces that are necessary to hold the container attachment on the basic housing.
The container attachment expediently has an additional volume for receiving dirt, for example a pre-separator for dirt, in addition to the dirt collecting space in the vacuum cleaner housing.
The operation of the suction unit creates a negative pressure area in the dirt collecting space. The dirt collecting container delimits the dirt collecting space and has an inflow opening that communicates with or forms the suction inlet for the inflow of the suction flow and a suction flow outlet for the outflow of air to the suction unit. The suction flow outlet of the dirt collecting chamber and a suction unit inlet of the suction unit are in flow connection via a main filter of the filter arrangement for retaining dirt in the dirt collecting chamber. It is advantageously provided that an outer circumference of the main filter lies outside the negative pressure area of the dirt collecting space, so that additional secondary air flowing into the suction unit inlet possibly flows from outside the dirt collecting space in addition to the suction flow.
It is a basic idea that the main filter is, so to speak, not arranged in the negative pressure space or dirt collecting space, but in principle between the dirt collecting space and the suction unit inlet. If secondary air flows into this space between the dirt collecting space and the suction unit inlet, which can also be referred to as a sealing gap, it is not dirt-laden air from the dirt collecting space, but air from the area around the suction unit, which is usually much cleaner, in any case contains significantly less dust, particles and other dirt than the suction flow. On the one hand, this secondary air can flow into the suction unit inlet. If the seal between the dirt collecting container on the one hand and the suction unit inlet on the other hand is not perfect, secondary air, i.e. clean air, can flow past the main filter into the dirt collecting chamber. Therefore, in addition to the suction flow, additional secondary air flows past the main filter directly into the suction unit inlet or via the dirt collecting space into the suction unit inlet, but what does that mean? is completely unproblematic, since this air is relatively clean compared to the air sucked in through the suction inlet, the suction flow or the dirty air loaded with particles.
Between the suction unit inlet and the suction flow outlet there is, for example, a sealing gap in which the outer circumference of the main filter is arranged.
The main filter can be, for example, a folded filter, a filter fleece or a combination thereof. In any case, the main filter has a filter surface that retains particles and other dirt in the dirt collecting space. A seal is expediently arranged on the outer circumference of the main filter. The seal is preferably integrally and / or cohesively connected to the filter surface of the main filter, for example glued, welded, injection-molded or the like. This means that no air can flow between the seal and the filter surface. The seal is, for example, a polyurethane foam, a rubber material, an elastic plastic material or combinations thereof.
It is advantageous if the suction device has a clamping device for clamping the main filter between the suction flow outlet and an inlet housing area of the suction device housing on which the suction unit inlet is arranged, the main filter in a clamping position of the clamping device between the suction flow outlet and the inlet housing area is braced.
The clamping device can, for example, have movable parts mounted on the dirt collecting container, which can engage with abutment contours on the vacuum cleaner housing. However, it is also possible for moving parts or clamping elements of the clamping device to be arranged on the suction device housing and can come into engagement with abutment contours or counter contours on the dirt collector.
The tensioning device can for example comprise a tensioning screw. The clamping screw can advantageously be handled conveniently with a hand lever, a knob or the like and without tools.
The tensioning device expediently has a tensioning gear which, for example, comprises a lever gear and / or a wedge or inclined surface gear or the like.
It is useful if the tensioning device, in particular its tensioning gear, is designed for a linear relative adjustment of the components to be braced together, so that an end face of the main filter seal with the associated sealing seat on the inlet housing area or the dirt collecting container is essentially over its entire area Area is evenly loaded with clamping force. The direction of movement of the linear adjustment thus runs approximately perpendicular to the end face or the sealing seat.
Mithin liegt also beispielsweise die vorgenannte Dichtung an dem Einlass-Gehäusebereich an.For example, the tensioning device is provided for tensioning the main filter with an inlet housing area of the suction unit housing on which the suction unit inlet is arranged. In the tensioned position of the tensioning device, the main filter is then tensioned with the inlet housing area. Thus, for example, the aforementioned seal is in contact with the inlet housing area.
It is also possible for a seal to be provided on the inlet housing area which interacts with the main filter, for example, rests on the filter surface of the main filter. In other words, the main filter does not have to have its own seal, but can also interact with a seal, which is provided, so to speak, by the inlet housing area or also by the dirt collecting container or is arranged there.
Various techniques are suitable for clamping, some of which are presented below as examples.
The tensioning device comprises, for example, a lever arrangement, for example a toggle lever arrangement, for adjusting the main filter into the tensioning position.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the tensioning device has a roller arrangement or roller arrangement with which the main filter can be rolled into the tensioned position, so to speak.
Also preferred is an inclined surface arrangement with at least one clamping bevel for adjusting the main filter into the clamping position. It is also possible that a lever arrangement is provided which is suitable for actuating the inclined surface arrangement, for example for adjusting the at least one clamping bevel.
Combinations of lever arrangement and / or roller arrangement and / or inclined surface arrangement are also possible.
It is preferred if there is a locking device for locking the clamping device in the clamping position. For example, the latching device can act directly on the main filter. However, it is also possible for the latching device to latch an actuating element, with which the tensioning device can be actuated, in the tensioning position.
It is also advantageous if a release device for releasing the main filter from the inlet housing area or the Dirt collection container is provided. It is possible, for example, for the aforementioned seal to be connected to the inlet housing area or the dirt collecting container somewhat more firmly than desired, for example adhering. The release device makes it possible to detach the main filter from the inlet housing area or the dirt collecting container, for example to move it linearly away or to pivot it away.
The release device comprises, for example, a release bevel or a lever arrangement acting in the sense of release, or both.
It is also possible that the tensioning device integrally encompasses the release device, that is to say that the tensioning device is suitable on the one hand for adjusting the main filter into the tensioning position, but on the other hand also for releasing the main filter from the tensioning position into a release position.
Preferably, a handle, for example in the form of a bracket, handle or the like, is provided which is suitable for carrying the dirt collecting container. Thus, the dirt collecting container can be carried as a whole. The handle can be L-shaped or U-shaped, for example. If, for example, a lower part of the suction device housing of the suction device integrally comprises the dirt collecting container, it can be carried as a whole on the carrying handle. A dirt collecting container, which can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing, can also be easily grasped.
The handle preferably forms an actuating member for actuating the tensioning device and / or the release device. For example, the handle acts as a lever arm or is pivotably arranged on a lever arm. But it is also possible that the handle has at least one inclined surface Inclined surface arrangement, for example the aforementioned clamping bevel and / or the release bevel, or cooperates with such a bevel, for example arranged on the container receptacle. Of course, several bevels can be provided on the handle, for example at least one tensioning bevel and / or at least one release bevel.
It is also possible that a clamping cam is provided on the handle for clamping the main filter in the clamping position. A roller or cylinder or the like can also be provided on the handle.
The dirt collecting container has, for example, solid walls that delimit the dirt collecting space, i.e. a cavity. For example, the dirt collecting container is roughly cubic per se.
When the suction device is in operation, the dirt collecting space is expediently closed except for the inflow opening that forms the suction flow inlet or communicates with it, and the suction flow outlet, which is flow-connected to the suction unit inlet. The dirt collecting container therefore preferably forms a type of capsule for the dirt.
It is preferred if the dirt collecting container can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing in order to remove dirt that has collected in the dirt collecting space.
The above explanations with regard to the tensioning device and the release device for the main filter also apply to a dirt collecting container which can be removed from the dirt collecting space, i.e. that the clamping device for clamping the dirt collecting container in the container receptacle and the release device for releasing the dirt collecting container from the container receptacle are designed. This is particularly easy to implement if the main filter forms part of the dirt collecting container or is held there on a filter holder.
However, it is also possible that the main filter is arranged at the suction unit inlet and the dirt collecting container, when it is inserted into the container receptacle, is clamped there by the clamping device, so that a tight fit of the main filter in the sealing gap between the suction unit inlet and the dirt collecting container is ensured is.
It is preferred if the outer circumference of the main filter extends in the manner of a frame around the suction flow outlet which forms a part of the dirt collecting container.

The

The
The

The
However, the opening and closing of the
On the underside of the
The
When the
From an electrostatic point of view, it is advantageous if a
The
The operating
Workpieces, for example a

The

But even if an object, for example one of the

An

The
It is also possible, for example, for a direct electrical connection to be established between the

It is then possible that, for example, an
The
Insofar as the components of this system contain the same or similar parts, these are given the same reference numbers in the following and in the drawing.
In the area of the upper sides of the vacuum

On the
The
But even if the sealing plane between the
A negative pressure U prevails in the

The clamping
The
In the clamping position P, a
The
The
The pivot levers 350, for their part, are in turn mounted on the
The
