Description

The invention relates to a luminaire with an additional element in the form of an emergency light element and / or a transmitting or receiving element for transmitting and / or receiving electromagnetic radiation.

Such a lamp in the form of a recessed ceiling luminaire with an emergency light element is sold by the applicant under the name "Mild Light V" . In Fig. 6 is a perspective view of obliquely down on this light sketched. The luminaire has a frame element 400, as well as a translucent cover element 200, which is divided into three areas. In the middle region, the emergency light element 500 is recognized. Towards the top, that is to say in the area intended for installation, the luminaire has a downwardly open luminaire trough (not shown in the figure) which extends substantially all the way to the frame element 400 and in which the essential components of the lamp, so for example a light source are arranged.

The emergency light element 500 is small compared to the frame element 400, so that one can speak of an "emergency light eye".

The emergency light eye is provided in the event that the power supply, with which the lamp is operated regularly, is interrupted. In this case, the emergency light eye ensures a certain level of basic lighting or emergency lighting. Accordingly, a separate power source, for example in the form of a rechargeable battery, is provided for the power supply of the emergency light eye. The light source of the emergency light eye is an LED light source.

The emergency light eye is arranged in the region of the cover element 200, such that the light generated by the LED light source is emitted through the cover element 200 downwards so as to ensure the emergency lighting.

The cover member 200 is formed by a plurality of plate-like members which are stacked on each other. The lowest element is a crystal clear cover. The overlying elements have in the region of the emergency light eye in each case a recess which is dimensioned slightly larger than the corresponding circumference of the emergency light eye. The emergency light eye is arranged such that it partially engages from above into these recesses and extends downwardly at least substantially up to the crystal-clear cover. The light from the LED light source of the emergency light eye thus only penetrates the crystal-clear cover before it leaves the light at the bottom.

A simple insertion of the emergency light eye in the recesses is not practical, because the emergency light eye could fall out when tilting the lamp, for example, during transport of the lamp. Therefore, the emergency light eye is fastened by means of a sheet metal bracket to the lamp pan or on the frame element.

The plate-like elements forming the cover member 200 are made of plastic. Therefore, they expand when heated accordingly. The frame element 400 or the luminaire trough, on the other hand, consists of a material, usually of a metal, which differs in its thermal expansion properties from those of the cover element 200. For this reason, the recesses are dimensioned so generously with respect to the circumference of the emergency light eye that the plate-like elements do not collide with the emergency light eye 500 when heated appropriately. In Fig. 5 is an area around the emergency light eye 500 around when viewed from below. As can be seen in this sketch, a relatively large gap S is formed between the emergency light eye 500 and the plate-like elements, in order to avoid the aforementioned risk of collision. It can be seen in this drawing also the sheet metal bracket B , which extends above the cover 200 and with which the emergency light eye 500 is attached to the frame member 400. The gap S affects the external appearance of the luminaire. In addition, it comes in practice that the emergency light eye 500 not - as in Fig. 5 sketched - is arranged centrally within the recesses and consequently the gap S appears uneven. As a result, the appearance of the lamp is still impaired.

The invention has for its object to provide a corresponding improved luminaire. In particular, the lamp should allow an improved appearance.

This object is achieved according to the invention with the object mentioned in the independent claim. Particular embodiments of the invention are indicated in the dependent claims.

According to the invention, luminaire is provided, which has a light source for generating a light, as well as a translucent cover member for the passage of the light, wherein the cover member has a lying in a plane light emitting surface. Furthermore, the lamp has a frame element, wherein the cover is arranged held by the frame member, and an additional element in the form of an emergency light element and / or a transmitting or receiving element for transmitting and / or receiving electromagnetic radiation, wherein the additional element by means of a holder is arranged held the frame member. The cover member has on a, the light emitting surface opposite side of a receptacle for the additional element, in which the additional element is arranged at least partially engaging, wherein the receptacle is formed by a recess or at least one stop element. The holder is designed such that the additional element is arranged parallel to the plane floating against the frame member.

The floating support of the additional element makes it possible to dimension the receptacle so that it extends particularly close to the additional element. A gap between the lateral boundary of the receptacle and the Additional element, as described at the beginning in the prior art, can be made so small that it causes no practical impairment of the appearance of the lamp. In addition, the gap can be made so small that the additional element always appears centric within the recording when viewing the light emitting surface. This also improves the appearance of the luminaire.

Preferably, the holder is further configured such that the additional element is not floating in a direction normal to the plane. In this way it can be achieved that the additional element does not fall out of the receptacle even when tilted or "turned upside down".

Preferably, the transmitting or receiving element comprises a sensor, for example a motion sensor or a light sensor. For this purpose, the described arrangement is particularly well, because such a transmitting or receiving element can be designed with a, a Notlichtauge or emergency light element comparable size and shape.

Preferably, the holder is firmly connected to the frame member. This allows a particularly simple and immediate support of the additional element. Further preferably, the holder has a hole and a, the hole with a clearance passing through holding element, for example in the form of a screw, so that in this way the additional element is floating. As a result, a particularly simple and thereby suitable floating storage is possible. The hole may advantageously be a slot.

Preferably, the cover member has at least two plate-like elements, which are arranged parallel to each other and in particular parallel to the plane. In this case, the light emission surface is advantageously formed by a first of the at least two plate-like elements and a second of the at least two plate-like elements at least partially forms the receptacle. In this way, the recording can be particularly simple and suitable form. Particularly suitably, the cover consists of plastic.

Preferably, the additional element with respect to the cover and the plane is arranged eccentrically. This is advantageous with respect to the external appearance of the luminaire.

Also with respect to the external appearance may further be advantageously provided a lamination of the additional element, which is arranged on the light emitting surface around a portion of, projected onto the light emitting surface around recording. The lamination preferably comprises a plate, in particular a plate made of aluminum or plastic. Preferably, lining is designed to extend up to the frame member.

Fig. 1 shows a perspective sectional sketch of an area around an additional element - here in the form of an emergency light element 5 - a luminaire according to the invention.

The luminaire has a light source (not shown in the figures) for generating a light. The light source may be, for example, fluorescent tubes or an LED light source. This light source is used to generate a regular lighting. In particular, this light source can be designed as known from the prior art described above.

Furthermore, the luminaire has a translucent covering element 2 for the passage of the light, the covering element 2 having a light emission surface 3 lying in a plane E. Preferably, the luminaire is designed in such a way that this plane E or the light emission surface 3 is horizontally oriented when the luminaire is aligned with respect to the vertical as intended for operation. Accordingly, the luminaire is preferably a ceiling light, that is, for example, a recessed ceiling or recessed ceiling luminaire. In the present description is based on such an orientation of the lamp. However, this is not restrictive, the light emitting surface 3 could for example also be provided inclined to operate with respect to the horizontal.

Furthermore, the lamp has an existing example of a metal such as aluminum frame member 4, wherein the cover 2 is arranged held by the frame member 4. The frame member 4 may for example be designed like a profile and have a lower, horizontal support leg 41, on which the cover 2 is arranged resting and for example held in this way. How out Fig. 1 shows, the lamp is preferably designed such that the cover member 2 does not abut against the frame member 4 in a temperature change-related expansion, as may occur in particular during operation of the lamp.

Furthermore, the light has the already mentioned additional element, here in the form of the emergency light element 5. The additional element may instead of or in addition to the emergency light element, a transmitting and / or receiving element for transmitting and / or Have received electromagnetic radiation, for example in the form of a movement or presence sensor or light sensor. In the present specification, for the sake of simplicity, reference will be made to an "emergency light element", which "emergency light element" with respect to its support may be understood more generally as "supplementary element" in the above-mentioned sense.

The emergency light element 5 is held by means of a holder 6 relative to the frame member 4. The cover member 2 has on a, the light emitting surface 3 opposite side of a receptacle 7 for the emergency light element 5, in which the emergency light element 5 is arranged at least partially engaging. The receptacle 7 is formed in the example shown here by a recess 7, but it may alternatively be formed for example by at least one (not shown in the figures) lateral stop element, which limits the range of motion of the emergency light element 5 parallel to the plane E. Such a stop element may for example be formed as part of the cover 2, which extends pin-shaped or rib-shaped from an upper side of the cover 2 upwards.

The holder 6 is designed such that the emergency light element 5 is arranged to float parallel to the plane E with respect to the frame element 4. This is particularly advantageous in the event that the position of the recess 7 changes relative to the frame element 4 due to a temperature change-related expansion of the cover 2. Due to the floating mounting of the emergency light element 5, it is possible in this case for the emergency light element 5 to change its position relative to the frame element 4 analogously to the change in position of the recess 7 relative to the frame element 4, that is to say to move with the recess 7. Therefore, the parallel to the plane E existing, in short the "lateral" clearance between the emergency light element 5 and the corresponding boundaries of the recess 7 may be particularly small. In this way - in comparison to the prior art mentioned above - avoid that an ugly gap between the emergency light element 5 and the boundaries of the recess 7 can be seen when looking at the light emitting surface 3 of the lamp. The scope can be made so small in this way that virtually no corresponding gap is visible.

In the example shown, the emergency light element 5 as a light source on an LED light source 51. Preferably, the emergency light element 5 further comprises an optical element 53 for influencing a light generated by the LED light source 51.

The lateral boundary of the emergency light element 5 is formed by a surrounding element 52 of the emergency light element 5. The enclosing element 52 may, for example, have a circular cross-section parallel to the plane E, wherein the recess 7 likewise has a circular cross-section which is dimensioned correspondingly, so that thereby the mentioned gap minimization is achieved. Of course, however, other peripheral shapes of the emergency light element 5 and the recess 7 may be provided, for example rectangular.

Preferably, the holder 6 is designed such that the emergency light element 5 is not arranged to float in a direction normal to the plane E. In this way, it is possible to prevent the emergency light element 5 from falling out of the recess 7 during a tilting of the luminaire, for example during a transport of the luminaire.

In the example shown, the holder 6 is fixedly connected to the frame member 4. Alternatively, the holder 6 can also be connected to another component of the luminaire, for example a luminaire tub. In principle, a corresponding connection of the holder 6 with the cover 2 is possible.

Ebenso kann selbstverständlich das Loch 8 an dem zweiten Teil 62 der Halterung 6 ausgebildet sein und das Halteelement 9 an dem ersten Teil der Halterung 6.Preferably, the holder 6 has a first part 61 which is fixedly connected to the frame member 4, and a second part 62 which is fixedly connected to the emergency light element 5, wherein the floating bearing between these two parts 61, 62 is formed. At the in Fig. 1 As shown, the first part 61 of the holder 6 has a hole 8 and the second part 62 a, the hole 8 with a clearance passing through holding element 9, for example in the form of a screw; by correspondingly larger dimensioning of the hole 8 in comparison to the lateral circumference of the retaining element 9 at the level of the hole 8, the floating mounting of the emergency light element 5 can be achieved particularly suitable. Likewise Of course, the hole 8 may be formed on the second part 62 of the holder 6, and the holding element 9 on the first part of the holder 6.

Fig. 3 zeigt die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Anordnung in entsprechend zusammengesetztem Zustand. In Fig. 2 an exploded view of the emergency light element 5 and the holder 6 is sketched according to a variant, wherein the reference numerals are used analogously. Here again, the hole 8 is formed on the first part 61 of the holder 8 and the holding element 9 or the screw on the second part 62. Fig. 3 shows the in Fig. 2 shown arrangement in accordance assembled state.

How out Fig. 2 By way of example, the hole 9 is advantageously a slot. The slot is preferably designed so that its main axis extends parallel to the direction of the expected temperature-induced movement of the recess 7.

The hole 8 can advantageously be formed by a plate-shaped region of the holder 6 aligned at least substantially horizontally or parallel to the plane E, in particular in a corresponding leg of the holder 6; This makes it possible to achieve particularly suitable that the emergency light element 5 is arranged not floating in a direction normal to the plane E.

In the example shown, the cover element 2 has at least two plate-like elements 21, 22 which are arranged parallel to one another and in particular at least to a first approximation parallel to the plane E. The light emission surface 3 is formed by a first plate-like element 21 of these at least two plate-like elements 21, 22. A second plate-like element 22 of these at least two plate-like elements 21, 22 at least partially forms the recess 7, in particular through a passage opening. The first plate-like member 21 is preferably a crystal clear element; the light-emitting surface 3 is preferably flat. The second plate-like element 22 may, for example, be a prismatic disk or a diffuser or the like. Of course, a total of three or even more corresponding plate-like elements may be provided to form the cover 2, wherein an upper part of these elements the recess 7 forms, in particular by correspondingly corresponding passage openings.

The emergency light eye 5 is preferably arranged from above into the recess 7.

Preferably, the cover 2 is made of plastic, or consist of at least two plate-like elements 21, 22 made of plastic.

The emergency light element 5 can be advantageous with respect to the external appearance of the lamp - as known from the prior art and example meadow in Fig. 6 shown - be arranged off-center with respect to the cover 2 and the plane E.

As continues in Fig. 4 By way of example, the luminaire may also have a lamination 10 of the additional element 5, which is arranged on the light-emitting surface 3 around a region of the recess 7 or receptacle projected onto the light-emitting surface 3. Advantageously, the lamination 10 comprises a plate, in particular a plate made of aluminum or plastic. As in Fig. 4 by way of example, the lamination is designed such that it extends as far as the frame element 4.

The lamination 10 also allows a minimal clearance between the emergency light element 5 and the lateral boundary of the recess 7 to be covered. The lamination 10 may be firmly connected to the light emitting surface 3, so that they also takes place in accordance with temperature fluctuation changes in position of the emergency light element 5 and the recess 7 accordingly.
