Claims (12)

  1. Device (1) for transporting a container (100) in a container cleaning system, preferably for transporting a plastic reusable bottle in a bottling cleaning system of a bottling plant, comprising a container cell, preferably with a container cell insert (10), for mounting the container (100) and a locking device (2) for locking the container (100) in the container cell, wherein
    the locking device (2) comprises at least one locking lever (20) which can be pivoted between a locked position and a removal position, and the locking lever (20) is designed to form a form-fitting lock and/or a frictional-type lock with the container (100),
    characterised in that
    at least one arresting element (40) is provided on the locking lever (20) and at least one arresting element mount (42) complementary to the latter is arranged on the container cell, whereby a defined positioning of the locking lever (20) is achieved in the locking position or
    at least one arresting element (40) is arranged on the container cell and at least one arresting element mount (42) complementary to the latter is provided on the locking lever (20), whereby a defined positioning of the locking lever (20) is achieved in the locking position.
  2. Device (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the locking lever (20) is held on the container cell so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis (S), preferably about a pivot axis (S) perpendicular to the insertion axis (R) of the container into the container cell.
  3. Device (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the locking lever (20) is pretensioned in the locked position, preferably by means of a pretensioning element (3).
  4. Device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the locking lever (20) can be arrested both in the locked position and also in the removal position.
  5. Device (1) according to claim 4, characterised in that the locking lever (20) can be arrested by means of an arresting device (4) both in the removal position and also in the locked position.
  6. Device (1) according to claim 5, characterised in that the arresting device (4) has at least one arresting element (40), preferably a pretensioned arresting ball (560) or a pressure piece (56), and at least one arresting element mount (42) complementary to the arresting element (40), preferably a recess (420) for the arresting ball (560).
  7. Device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that an arresting device (4) for arresting the locking lever (20) in the locked position and an additional arresting device (4) are provided for arresting the locking lever (20) in the removal position.
  8. Device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that on the container cell an arresting element (40) is provided both for arresting the locking lever (20) in the locked position and in the removal position and the locking lever (20) has at least one arresting element mount (42).
  9. Device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that on the container cell an arresting element (40) is provided and on the locking lever (20) an arresting element mount (42) is provided both for arresting the locking lever (20) in the locking position and in the removal position.
  10. Device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the locking lever (20) and at least one arresting device (4) are held on a carrier element (5), preferably are premounted on the carrier element (5), and the carrier element (5) is connected to the container cell, preferably is connectable.
  11. Device (1) according to claim 10, characterised in that the carrier element has both at least one mount for a pivot axis of the locking lever (20) and also at least one arresting element mount (42) and/or a mount for an arresting element mount (42).
  12. Device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that a moulding (6), preferably an injection moulding, is provided which has an axle pin (60) defining the pivot axis (S) of the locking lever (20) and at least one pin defining an arresting element mount (42), wherein the moulding (6) is used for connecting the locking lever (20) to a web (12) of the container cell, preferably a web (12) of a container cell insert (10).
