Abstract

Cap having incorporated glasses, particularly, a cap of the type that comprises an approximately semi-spherical body (2) with a visor (3) of a rigid character on its anterior portion, characterized in that in the lower portion of said visor (3) and coupled by means of a hinged fastening element (4), it incorporates a pair of glasses (5) which, due to said hinged fastening element (4) has two possible positions: a position of use, in which the glasses (5) are arranged vertically and perpendicularly to the visor (3)

Description

    OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention, as exposed on the wording of the present specification, relates to a cap having incorporated glasses, imparting to the function it is intended to, several advantages and innovative characteristics, which will be described in detail below and which mean an improvement of the current state of the art.
  • APPLICATION FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The application field of the present invention is framed within the industrial sector dedicated to manufacturing caps, encompassing at the same time the industrial field dedicated to manufacturing glasses.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring to the state of the art, it must be pointed by the applicant that it is unknown the existence of any other invention presenting technical and structural characteristics similar to the ones presented by the cap herein recommended, being the characterizing details suitably included in the final claims accompanying the present specification thereof.
  • EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
  • Specifically, what the invention proposes is a cap, particularly a cap of the ones made up by a semi-spherical skullcap and rigid visor, which can be made of fabric, leather or other suitable material, in whose anterior portion, exactly under said visor, it incorporates a pair of sunglasses, which is coupled to the cap by means of a hinged support which, advantageously, allows for placing it in two positions: an open o of use position in which the glasses are arranged perpendicularly to the visor and, therefore, covering the eyes of the cap's user; and a folded position in which the glasses are attached under the visor.
  • Thus, the cap provides the advantage of incorporating the glasses without need to have both objects separately.
  • Furthermore, another of the advantages provided by the cap of the invention is the fact that, being the glasses secured in the lower portion of the visor, these have no arms to be inserted over the ears so as to hold the glasses, which, in conventional glasses tends to be a drawback when at the same time it is desired to wear a cap, since these arms, generally, interfere or coincide with the sides of the cap.
  • In any case, it is obvious the functionality of the cap having incorporated glasses recommended by the invention, which represents an structure with so far unknown characteristics, reasons which in combination with its practical utility, provide it with enough basis to obtain the exclusivity privilege which is applied for.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • In order to complement the description being fulfilled of the cap of the invention and with the aim of helping to a better understanding of the characteristics characterizing it, the present specification is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by a set of plans, in which by way of illustration and not of limitation, is represented the following:
    • Figure number 1.- Shows a side perspective view of an example of embodiment of the cap having incorporated glasses object of the invention, being appreciated on it the portions and elements it comprises as well as the configuration and arrangement thereof.
    • Figure number 2.- Shows a front perspective view of the example of the cap having incorporated glasses according to the invention shown in the previous figure, in this case represented with the glasses in folded position.
    • Figure number 3.- Shows a front perspective view of the glasses incorporated by the cap of the invention, being appreciated on it the hinged fastening element which links them to the lower part of the visor.
    PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
  • In light of the mentioned figures, and according to the numbering taken, it can be seen on them an example of the preferred embodiment, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.
  • Thus, as can be seen in said figures, the cap (1) in question, is a cap of the type comprising an approximately semi-spherical body (2) with a visor (3) of rigid character on its anterior portion, which presents the particularity of incorporating, on its lower portion and coupled by means of a hinged fastening element (4), a pair of glasses (5), which, due to said hinged fastening element (4) presents two possible positions: a position of use (figure 1), in which the glasses (5) are arranged vertically and perpendicularly to the visor (3); and a position not of use (figure 2), in which the glasses (5) are horizontally and attached under the visor (3).
  • As can be seen in figure 3, the glasses (5), preferably, are made up by a single-piece body, of transparent material and armless, being preferably dyed and having sunscreen properties.
  • Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as a way of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make a more extensive explanation in order that any expert in this area will understand its scope and the advantages that can be derived from it, making known that, within reason it could be put into practice in other embodiments differing in detail from that indicated by way of example, and which will obtain the same degree of protection, provided that they do not alter, change, or modify its fundamental principle.
