Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft das Gebiet der elektrischen Niedrigspannungsgeräte, insbesondere einen Mikro-Stromunterbrecher und dessen Isolationsplatte.
- Eine Isolierplatte ist aus der
US 2 071 848 A bekannt. - Gegenwärtig bestehen bei einigen Mikro-Stromunterbrechern die nachstehend aufgeführten Probleme:
- a. Flexible Leitung und vorderes Teil der Bimetallkomponente weisen bei Unterbrechungsexperimenten Überschlag auf.
- b. Bei wärmebedingtem Verbiegen der Bimetallplatte kommt es zu Ankleben an die Bimetallhalterung mit Kurzschluss, was zu Wirkungsverlust des Mikro-Stromunterbrechers führt.
- c. Bei Wärmeeinstellung und Wärmemessung besteht das Risiko des Kontaktes der Bimetallplatte mit der Bimetallhalterung und Kurzschluss. Zwecks Lösung der vorstehend aufgeführten Probleme, werden nach dem gegenwärtig vorhandenen Stand der Technik drei Isolationsplatten an den vorstehend aufgeführten drei Problemstellen vorgesehen. Allerdings müssen diese drei Isolationsplatten sämtlich manuell montiert werden, was Zeit und Arbeitskraft kostet.
- Das durch die vorliegende Erfindung zu lösende Problem besteht in der Bereitstellung einer Isolationsplatte, bei welcher Probleme wie das Auftreten von Überschlag vermieden werden können. Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt außerdem einen Mikro-Stromunterbrecher mit Verwendung der betreffenden Isolationsplatte bereit.
- Diese Aufgabe wird mit einer Isolierplatte gemäß Anspruch 1 bzw. einem Mikro-Stromunterbrecher gemäß Anspruch 6 gelöst. Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
- Gemäß der Erfindung erfolgt die Bereitstellung einer Isolationsplatte, welche ein erstes Isolationsteil, ein zweites Isolationsteil, ein drittes Isolationsteil, ein Ausdehnungsteil, ein erstes Verbindungsteil und ein zweites Verbindungsteil umfasst, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete erste Verbindungsteil zwischen dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Isolationsteil und dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Isolationsteil befindlich ist und diese beiden verbindet, wobei an dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Isolationsteil eine Durchgangsöffnung vorgesehen ist, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete dritte Isolationsteil durch einen Knick mit dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweien Isolationsteil verbunden ist und in der Nähe zu der an dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Isolationsteil befindlichen Durchgangsöffnung vorgesehen ist, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete Ausdehnungsteil durch das vorstehend bezeichnete zweite Verbindungsteil mit dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Isolationsteil verbunden ist und wobei zwischen dem vorstehend bezeichneten Ausdehnungsteil, dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Verbindungsteil und dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Isolationsteil umgebend eine erste Aussparungsöffnung vorgesehen ist, wobei an dem vorstehend bezeichneten Ausdehnungsteil eine zweite Aussparungsöffnung vorgesehen ist, wobei die Öffnungsrichtungen von vorstehend bezeichneter erster Aussparungsöffnung und vorstehend bezeichneter zweiter Aussparungsöffnung zueinander entgegengesetzt sind.
- Weiterhin wird vorgesehen, dass es sich bei der vorstehend bezeichneten Isolationsplatte um eine Konstruktion aus einem Stück handelt.
- Weiterhin wird vorgesehen, dass an dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Isolationsteil, dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Isolationsteil, dem vorstehend bezeichneten dritten Isolationsteil und dem vorstehend bezeichneten Ausdehnungsteil jeweils zumindest ein Knick vorgesehen ist, wobei der vorstehend bezeichnete Knick vertikal zu der Längsrichtung von vorstehend bezeichneter Isolationsplatte verläuft.
- Weiterhin wird vorgesehen, dass das vorstehend bezeichnete dritte Isolationsteil ein erstes Schutzteil und ein zweites Schutzteil aufweist, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete erste Schutzteil und das vorstehend bezeichnete zweite Schutzteil durch einen Knick verbunden sind.
- Weiterhin wird vorgesehen, dass das vorstehend bezeichnete Ausdehnungsteil eine erste Ausdehnungsplatte und eine zweite Ausdehnungsplatte aufweist, wobei das erste Ende von vorstehend bezeichneter erster Ausdehnungsplatte durch das vorstehend bezeichnete zweite Verbindungsteil mit dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Isolationsteil verbunden ist, wobei an der ersten Ausdehnungsplatte in der Nähe zu dem näheren Ende von vorstehend bezeichnetem zweiten Verbindungsteil ein Knick gebildet wird, wobei das zweite Ende von vorstehend bezeichneter erster Ausdehnungsplatte durch einen Knick mit der zweiten Ausdehnungsplatte verbunden ist, wobei die vorstehend bezeichnete zweite Aussparungsöffnung an der vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Ausdehnungsplatte in der Nähe zu der vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Ausdehnungsplatte gebildet wird.
- Gemäß der Erfindung erfolgt die Bereitstellung eines Mikro-Stromunterbrechers, welcher eine Bimetallplatte, eine Bimetallhalterung und eine flexible Leitung aufweist, wobei die vorstehend bezeichnete Bimetallplatte ein vorderes Teil und ein hinteres Teil aufweist, wobei die vorstehend bezeichnete Bimetallhalterung und die vorstehend bezeichnete Bimetallplatte zueinander benachbart vorgesehen werden und wobei die vorstehend bezeichnete Bimetallhalterung ein erstes Kontaktteil und ein zweites Kontaktteil aufweist, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete zweite Kontaktteil in der Nähe zu dem vorstehend bezeichneten vorderen Teil von vorstehend bezeichneter Bimetallplatte vorgesehen ist, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete erste Kontaktteil in der Nähe zu dem vorstehend bezeichneten hinteren Teil von vorstehend bezeichneter Bimetallplatte vorgesehen ist, wobei die vorstehend bezeichnete flexible Leitung in der Nähe zu dem vorstehend bezeichnetem vorderen Teil von vorstehend bezeichneter Bimetallplatte vorgesehen ist, wobei der vorstehend bezeichnete Mikro-Stromunterbrecher außerdem eine vorstehend bezeichnete Isolationsplatte aufweist, wobei sich das vorstehend bezeichnete erste Isolationsteil von vorstehend bezeichneter Isolationsplatte zwischen der vorstehend bezeichneten Bimetallplatte und dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Kontaktteil befindet, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete zweite Isolationsteil von vorstehend bezeichneter Isolationsplatte zwischen der vorstehend bezeichneten Bimetallplatte und dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Kontaktteil befindlich ist, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete vordere Teil von vorstehend bezeichneter Bimetallplatte nach Durchführung durch die vorstehend bezeichnete Durchgangsöffnung an vorstehend bezeichnetem zweiten Isolationsteil durch das vorstehend bezeichnete dritte Isolationsteil von vorstehend bezeichneter Isolationsplatte geschützt wird, wobei die vorstehend bezeichnete erste Aussparungsöffnung und die vorstehend bezeichnete zweite Aussparungsöffnung von vorstehend bezeichneter Isolationsplatte aus zwei zueinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen über die Bimetallplatte hinweg vorgesehen werden.
- Weiterhin wird vorgesehen, dass sich das vorstehend bezeichnete erste Verbindungsteil von vorstehend bezeichneter Isolationsplatte entlang von vorstehend bezeichneter Bimetallplatte zwischen dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Isolationsteil und dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Kontaktteil erstreckt.
- Weiterhin wird vorgesehen, dass sich das vorstehend bezeichnete erste Isolationsteil, das vorstehend bezeichnete zweite Isolationsteil und das vorstehend bezeichnete erste Verbindungsteil von vorstehend bezeichneter Isolationsplatte an der ersten Seite von vorstehend bezeichneter Bimetallplatte befinden, während sich das vorstehend bezeichnet Ausdehnungsteil an der zweiten Seite von vorstehend bezeichneter Bimetallplatte befindet.
- Bei der Isolationsplatte sowie bei dem Mikro-Stromunterbrecher mit Verwendung der betreffenden Isolationsplatte nach den praktischen Ausführungsbeispielen der vorliegenden Erfindung werden vorstehend bezeichnetes erstes Isolationsteil, vorstehend bezeichnetes zweites Isolationsteil und vorstehend bezeichnetes drittes Isolationsteil vorgesehen und somit die nach dem gegenwärtig vorhandenen Stand der Technik vorhandenen Stellen mit dem Problem von Überschlag voneinander getrennt. Außerdem werden die erste Aussparungsöffnung und die zweite Aussparungsöffnung aus zwei zueinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen über die Bimetallplatte hinweg geführt und an dem vorderen Teil der Bimetallplatte wird eine durch das zweite Isolationsteil geführte Durchführungsöffnung vorgesehen, so dass die Isolationsplatte schnell und einfach an der Bimetallplatte angebracht werden kann und außerdem bei dem gegenwärtig vorhandenen Stand der Technik bestehende Probleme wie Überschlag vermieden werden können. Außerdem erfolgt bei der vorliegenden Erfindung im Gegensatz zum gegenwärtig vorhandenen Stand der Technik mit dreimaliger Klebemontage nur die einmalige Montage der Isolationsplatte, was Zeit und Arbeitskraft einspart. Zudem ist der Herstellungsprozess stabil, bei hoher Konformität der Produkte und effizienter Kostensenkung.
- Bei den vorstehend aufgeführten Erläuterungen handelt es sich lediglich um eine allgemeine Beschreibung der vorliegenden Erfindung, um ein deutlicheres Verständnis der technischen Konzeption der vorliegenden Erfindung und deren Durchführung anhand des Inhaltes der Beschreibung zu ermöglich. Um ein einfaches Verständnis der vorstehend aufgeführten sowie weitere Zielsetzungen, Besonderheiten und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung zu gestatten, erfolgt nachstehend aufgeführt die Erläuterung bevorzugter praktischer Ausführungsbeispiele nebst Abbildungen.

Es ist zu verstehen, dass die hier beschriebenen konkreten praktischen Ausführungsbeispiele lediglich der Erklärung der vorliegenden Erfindung dienen, ohne die vorliegende Erfindung irgendwie zu beschränken.

Abbildung 1 handelt es sich um die Darstellung der Isolationsplatte 100 aus einem praktischen Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung. Wie inAbbildung 1 gezeigt kann die Isolationsplatte 100 ein erstes Isolationsteil 110, ein zweites Isolationsteil 120, ein drittes Isolationsteil 130, ein Ausdehnungsteil 140, ein erstes Verbindungsteil 150 und ein zweites Verbindungsteil 152 umfassen. Bei einem praktischen Ausführungsbeispiel wird vorgesehen, dass die Isolationsplatte 100 als Isolationsplatte aus einem Stück hergestellt werden kann. - Konkret wird vorgesehen, dass das erste Isolationsteil 110 im Großen und Ganzen eine quadratische Form aufweist, wobei auf selbiger ein Knick 170 ausgebildet wird. Der Knick 170 kann im Großen und Ganzen vertikal zu der Längsrichtung der Isolationsplatte 100 verlaufen.
- Das zweite Isolationsteil 120 weist im Großen und Ganzen eine quadratische Form auf, wobei auf selbiger ein Knick 170 vorgesehen wird. An dem zweiten Isolationsteil 120 wird außerdem eine Durchgangsöffnung 122 vorgesehen.
- Das erste Verbindungsteil 150 weist im Großen und Ganzen eine Leistenform auf, wobei das erste Verbindungsteil 150 zwischen dem ersten Isolationsteil 110 und dem zweiten Isolationsteil 120 befindlich ist und diese beiden verbindet.
- Das dritte Isolationsteil 130 ist durch einen Knick 170 mit dem zweiten Isolationsteil 120 verbunden und ist in der Nähe zu der an dem zweiten Isolationsteil 120 befindlichen Durchgangsöffnung 122 vorgesehen. Das dritte Isolationsteil 130 und das erste Verbindungsteil 150 befinden sich an zwei zueinander entgegengesetzten Enden des zweiten Isolationsteils 120. Das dritte Isolationsteil 130 weist ein erstes Schutzteil 132 und ein zweites Schutzteil 135 auf, wobei das erste Schutzteil 132 und das zweite Schutzteil 135 durch einen Knick 170 verbunden sind.
- Das Ende der ersten Seite des Ausdehnungsteils 140 wird durch das zweite Verbindungsteil 152 mit dem Ende der ersten Seite des ersten Isolationsteils 110 verbunden, wobei zwischen dem Ausdehnungsteil 140, dem zweiten Verbindungsteil 152 und dem ersten Isolationsteil 110 umgebend eine erste Aussparungsöffnung 160 vorgesehen ist. Das Ausdehnungsteil 140 und das erste Verbindungsteil 150 befinden sich an zwei zueinander entgegengesetzten Enden des ersten Isolationsteils 110. Das Ausdehnungsteil 140 weist eine erste Ausdehnungsplatte 142 und eine zweite Ausdehnungsplatte 145 auf, wobei das erste Ende der ersten Ausdehnungsplatte 142 durch das zweite Verbindungsteil 152 mit dem ersten Isolationsteil 110 verbunden ist, wobei an der ersten Ausdehnungsplatte 142 in der Nähe zu dem näheren Ende des zweiten Verbindungsteils 152 ein Knick 170 gebildet wird, wobei das zweite Ende der ersten Ausdehnungsplatte 142 durch einen Knick 170 mit der zweiten Ausdehnungsplatte 145 verbunden ist. Außerdem wird an der ersten Ausdehnungsplatte 142 in der Nähe zu dem näheren Ende der zweiten Ausdehnungsplatte 145 eine zweite Aussparungsöffnung 143 gebildet. Die Öffnungsrichtungen der ersten Aussparungsöffnung 160 und der zweiten Aussparungsöffnung 143 sind zueinander entgegengesetzt.
- Vorstehend aufgeführt wurde die konkrete Konstruktion der Isolationsplatte 100 aus einem praktischen Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung beschrieben. Nachstehend aufgeführt erfolgt am Beispiel von deren Verwendung wie in
Abbildung 2 gezeigt eine kurze Erläuterung der Verwendung von Isolationsplatte 100. - Bei
Abbildung 2 handelt es sich um die Darstellung des Mikro-Stromunterbrechers 200 aus einem praktischen Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung. Wie inAbbildung 2 gezeigt weist der Mikro-Stromunterbrecher 200 eine Bimetallplatte 210, eine Bimetallhalterung 220, eine flexible Leitung 230 und die vorstehend bezeichnete Isolationsplatte 100 auf. Die Bimetallhalterung 220 und die Bimetallplatte 210 werden zueinander benachbart vorgesehen und die Bimetallhalterung 220 weist ein erstes Kontaktteil 240 und ein zweites Kontaktteil 250 auf. Es ist an dieser Stelle zu erläutern, dass es sich hier bei dem ersten Kontaktteil 240 um den Teil des Mikro-Stromunterbrechers 200 an der Bimetallhalterung 220 handelt, mit welchem die Bimetallplatte 210 bei Wärmeregulierung und Wärmemessung möglicherweise Kontakt aufweist. Bei dem zweiten Kontaktteil 250 handelt es sich hier um den Teil des Mikro-Stromunterbrechers 200 an der Bimetallhalterung 220, welcher beim Biegen der Bimetallplatte 210 unter Wärmeeinwirkung möglicherweise an der Bimetallhalterung 220 anklebt. Wie inAbbildung 3 undAbbildung 4 gezeigt, wird das zweite Kontaktteil 250 in der Nähe zu dem vorderen Teil 212 der Bimetallplatte 210 vorgesehen, wobei das erste Kontaktteil 240 in der Nähe zu dem hinteren Teil der Bimetallplatte 210 vorgesehen ist. - Die flexible Leitung 230 wird in der Nähe zu dem vorderen Teil der Bimetallplatte 210 vorgesehen, wobei die flexible Leitung 230 und das zweite Kontaktteil 250 an den beiden zueinander entgegengesetzten Seiten des vorderen Teils der Bimetallplatte 210 vorgesehen werden können.
- Wie in
Abbildung 4 gezeigt befindet sich das erste Isolationsteil 110 der Isolationsplatte 100 zwischen der Bimetallplatte 210 und dem ersten Kontaktteil 240, wobei das zweite Isolationsteil 120 der Isolationsplatte 100 zwischen der Bimetallplatte 210 und dem zweiten Kontaktteil 250 befindlich ist, wobei sich das erste Verbindungsteil 150 der Isolationsplatte 100 entlang der Bimetallplatte 210 zwischen dem ersten Isolationsteil 110 und dem zweiten Kontaktteil 250 erstreckt und diese beiden verbindet. Das erste Isolationsteil 110, das zweite Isolationsteil 120 und das erste Verbindungsteil 150 der Isolationsplatte 100 befinden sich an der gleichen Seite der Bimetallplatte 210, beispielsweise an der ersten Seite. Das vordere Teil 212 der Bimetallplatte 210 wird nach Durchführung durch die Durchgangsöffnung 122 an dem zweiten Isolationsteil 120 durch das dritte Isolationsteil 130 der Isolationsplatte 100 geschützt. Konkret wird vorgesehen, dass sich das erste Schutzteil 132 des dritten Isolationsteils 130 an der zweiten Seite der Bimetallplatte 210 befindet und das vordere Ende 212 der Bimetallplatte 210 von der flexiblen Leitung 230 separiert. Gleichzeitig deckt das zweite Schutzteil 135 des dritten Isolationsteils 130 das obere Ende des vorderen Teils 212 der Bimetallplatte 210 ab, um eine weitere Separation zwischen dem vorderen Teil 212 der Bimetallplatte 210 und der flexiblen Leitung 230 zu gewährleisten. - Das Ausdehnungsteil 140 wird an der zweiten Seite der Bimetallplatte 210 vorgesehen und befindet sich in der Nähe des hinteren Endes der Bimetallplatte 210, wobei die erste Aussparungsöffnung 160 und die zweite Aussparungsöffnung 143 aus zwei zueinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen über die Bimetallplatte 210 hinweg vorgesehen werden. Auf diese Weise wird dadurch, dass die erste Aussparungsöffnung 160 und die zweite Aussparungsöffnung 143 aus zwei zueinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen über die Bimetallplatte 210 hinweg vorgesehen werden und dadurch, dass das vordere Teil 212 der Bimetallplatte 210 durch die Durchgangsöffnung 122 an dem zweiten Isolationsteil 120 geführt wird, ermöglicht, dass die Isolationsplatte 100 einfach und schnell an der Bimetallplatte 210 angebracht werden kann. Hierbei werden beim gegenwärtig vorhandenen Stand der Technik bestehende Probleme wie Überschlag usw. vermieden. Außerdem erfolgt bei der vorliegenden Erfindung im Gegensatz zum gegenwärtig vorhandenen Stand der Technik mit dreimaliger Klebemontage nur die einmalige Montage der Isolationsplatte 100, was Zeit und Arbeitskraft einspart. Zudem ist der Herstellungsprozess stabil, bei hoher Konformität der Produkte und effizienter Kostensenkung.
- Außerdem kann durch Vorsehen von Knick 170 gewährleistet werden, dass die Isolationsplatte 100 bündig mit der Bimetallplatte 210 verklebt wird.
- Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass die vorliegende Erfindung eine Isolationsplatte offenbart, welche ein erstes Isolationsteil, ein zweites Isolationsteil, ein drittes Isolationsteil, ein Ausdehnungsteil, ein erstes Verbindungsteil und ein zweites Verbindungsteil umfasst, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete erste Verbindungsteil zwischen dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Isolationsteil und dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Isolationsteil befindlich ist und diese beiden verbindet, wobei an dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Isolationsteil eine Durchgangsöffnung vorgesehen ist, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete dritte Isolationsteil durch einen Knick mit dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Isolationsteil verbunden ist und in der Nähe zu der an dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Isolationsteil befindlichen Durchgangsöffnung vorgesehen ist, wobei das vorstehend bezeichnete Ausdehnungsteil durch das vorstehend bezeichnete zweite Verbindungsteil mit dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Isolationsteil verbunden ist und wobei zwischen dem vorstehend bezeichneten Ausdehnungsteil, dem vorstehend bezeichneten zweiten Verbindungsteil und dem vorstehend bezeichneten ersten Isolationsteil umgebend eine erste Aussparungsöffnung vorgesehen ist, wobei an dem vorstehend bezeichneten Ausdehnungsteil eine zweite Aussparungsöffnung vorgesehen ist, wobei die Öffnungsrichtungen von vorstehend bezeichneter erster Aussparungsöffnung und vorstehend bezeichneter zweiter Aussparungsöffnung zueinander entgegengesetzt sind. Die vorliegende Erfindung offenbart außerdem einen Mikro-Stromunterbrecher unter Verwendung der betreffenden Isolationsplatte.
- Bei den vorstehend aufgeführten Erläuterungen handelt es sich lediglich um bevorzugte praktische Ausführungsbeispiele der vorliegenden Erfindung, ohne die vorliegende Erfindung in irgendeiner Weise zu beschränken. Sämtliche Abänderungen, Äquivalente, Verbesserungen, welche unter Lehre und Prinzip der vorliegenden Erfindung fallen, sind sämtlich im Schutzbereich der vorliegenden Erfindung enthalten.
Claims (8)
- Isolationsplatte (100), gekennzeichnet, dass diese ein erstes Isolationsteil (110), ein zweites Isolationsteil (120), ein drittes Isolationsteil (130), ein Ausdehnungsteil (140), ein erstes Verbindungsteil (150) und ein zweites Verbindungsteil (152) umfasst, wobei das erste Verbindungsteil (150) zwischen dem ersten Isolationsteil (110) und dem zweiten Isolationsteil (120) befindlich ist und diese beiden verbindet, wobei an dem zweiten Isolationsteil (120) eine Durchgangsöffnung (122) vorgesehen ist, wobei das dritte Isolationsteil (130) durch einen Knick (170) mit dem zweiten Isolationsteil (120) verbunden ist und in der Nähe zu der an dem zweiten Isolationsteil (120) befindlichen Durchgangsöffnung (122) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Ausdehnungsteil (140) durch das zweite Verbindungsteil (152) mit dem ersten Isolationsteil (110) verbunden ist und wobei zwischen dem Ausdehnungsteil (140), dem zweiten Verbindungsteil (152) und dem ersten Isolationsteil (110) umgebend eine erste Aussparungsöffnung (160) vorgesehen ist, wobei an dem Ausdehnungsteil (140) eine zweite Aussparungsöffnung (143) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Öffnungsrichtungen von erster Aussparungsöffnung (160) und zweiter Aussparungsöffnung (143) zueinander entgegengesetzt sind.
- Isolationsplatte (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Isolationsplatte (100) um eine Konstruktion aus einem Stück handelt.
- Isolationsplatte (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem ersten Isolationsteil (110), dem zweiten Isolationsteil (120), dem dritten Isolationsteil (130) und dem Ausdehnungsteil (140) jeweils zumindest ein Knick (170) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Knick (170) senkrecht zu einer Längsrichtung der Isolationsplatte (100) verläuft.
- Isolationsplatte (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dritte Isolationsteil (130) ein erstes Schutzteil (132) und ein zweites Schutzteil (135) aufweist, wobei das erste Schutzteil (132) und das zweite Schutzteil (135) durch einen Knick (170) verbunden sind.
- Isolationsplatte (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausdehnungsteil (140) eine erste Ausdehnungsplatte (142) und eine zweite Ausdehnungsplatte (145) aufweist, wobei das erste Ende der ersten Ausdehnungsplatte (142) durch das zweite Verbindungsteil (152) mit dem ersten Isolationsteil (110) verbunden ist, wobei an der ersten Ausdehnungsplatte (142) in der Nähe zu dem näheren Ende des zweiten Verbindungsteils (152) ein Knick (170) gebildet wird, wobei das zweite Ende der ersten Ausdehnungsplatte (142) durch einen Knick (170) mit der zweiten Ausdehnungsplatte (145) verbunden ist, wobei die zweite Aussparungsöffnung (143) an der ersten Ausdehnungsplatte (142) in der Nähe zu der zweiten Ausdehnungsplatte (145) gebildet wird.
- Mikro-Stromunterbrecher (200), wobei der Mikro-Stromunterbrecher (200) eine Bimetallplatte (210), eine Bimetallhalterung (220) und eine flexible Leitung (230) aufweist, wobei die Bimetallplatte (210) ein vorderes Teil (212) und ein hinteres Teil aufweist, wobei die Bimetallhalterung (220) und die Bimetallplatte (210) zueinander benachbart vorgesehen werden und wobei die Bimetallhalterung (220) ein erstes Kontaktteil (240) und ein zweites Kontaktteil (250) aufweist, wobei das zweite Kontaktteil (250) in der Nähe zu dem vorderen Teil (212) der Bimetallplatte (210) vorgesehen ist, wobei das erste Kontaktteil (240) in der Nähe zu dem hinteren Teil der Bimetallplatte (210) vorgesehen ist, wobei die flexible Leitung (230) in der Nähe zu dem vorderen Teil (212) der Bimetallplatte (210) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mikro-Stromunterbrecher (200) außerdem eine Isolationsplatte (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 aufweist, wobei sich das erste Isolationsteil (110) der Isolationsplatte (100) zwischen der Bimetallplatte (210) und dem ersten Kontaktteil (240) befindet, wobei das zweite Isolationsteil (120) der Isolationsplatte (100) zwischen der Bimetallplatte (210) und dem zweiten Kontaktteil (250) befindlich ist, wobei das vordere Teil (212) der Bimetallplatte (210) nach Durchführung durch die Durchgangsöffnung (122) an dem zweiten Isolationsteil (120) durch das dritte Isolationsteil (130) von der Isolationsplatte (100) geschützt wird, wobei die erste Aussparungsöffnung (160) und die zweite Aussparungsöffnung (143) der Isolationsplatte (100) aus zwei zueinander entgegengesetzten Richtungen über die Bimetallplatte (210) hinweg vorgesehen werden.
- Mikro-Stromunterbrecher (200) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das erste Verbindungsteil (150) der Isolationsplatte (100) entlang der Bimetallplatte (210) zwischen dem ersten Isolationsteil (110) und dem zweiten Kontaktteil (250) erstreckt.
- Mikro-Stromunterbrecher (200) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das erste Isolationsteil (110), das zweite Isolationsteil (120) und das erste Verbindungsteil (150) der Isolationsplatte (100) an der ersten Seite der Bimetallplatte (210) befinden, während sich das Ausdehnungsteil (140) an der zweiten Seite der Bimetallplatte (210) befindet.
