Claims (20)

  1. Emballage (100) pour un produit de tabac sans fumée, comprenant une boîte (1), un chapeau (2) et un couvercle (3), dans lequel le chapeau est muni d'une couverture supérieure (8)
    ayant au moins une ouverture d'accès (13) vers un espace de stockage (6), dans lequel le couvercle est configuré pour fermer l'ouverture d'accès (12) au moins au nombre de un dans le chapeau et peut pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation central (H1) qui fait saillie essentiellement perpendiculairement à un plan de l'ouverture d'accès (12), caractérisé en ce qu'un compartiment (14) supplémentaire est agencé dans la couverture supérieure (8) du chapeau (2).
  2. Emballage (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le couvercle comprend une couverture supérieure comprenant au moins un tronçon fermé (S1, S3) et au moins un tronçon d'ouverture d'accès (S4).
  3. Emballage (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le chapeau (2) comprend au moins un tronçon fermé, et le tronçon fermé de la couverture supérieure du chapeau a au moins la dimension d'une ouverture d'accès (12) du couvercle.
  4. Emballage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le chapeau (2) est couplé à la boîte (1) sur le côté interne ou externe de la paroi latérale de la boîte de telle sorte qu'une rotation du chapeau par rapport à la boîte est empêchée.
  5. Emballage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les tronçons de la couverture supérieure (8) du couvercle (3) et/ou les tronçons de la couverture supérieure du chapeau (2) sont configurés en tant que secteurs circulaires et/ou segments circulaires.
  6. Emballage (100) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les angles centraux d'au moins un des tronçons de la couverture supérieure du couvercle (3) et/ou des tronçons de la couverture supérieure (8) du chapeau (2) sont un ou plusieurs des angles d'environ 90°, 120° et/ou 180°.
  7. Emballage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le compartiment (14) supplémentaire est configuré en tant que dépression dans la couverture supérieure du chapeau.
  8. Emballage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couverture supérieure (8) du chapeau (2) comprend au moins un tronçon fermé (S1), au moins un tronçon de compartiment supplémentaire (S4) et au moins un tronçon d'ouverture d'accès (S2).
  9. Emballage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel la couverture supérieure (8) du chapeau (2) comprend au moins deux tronçons fermés (S1, S2), au moins un tronçon de compartiment supplémentaire (S4) et au moins un tronçon d'ouverture d'accès (S2).
  10. Emballage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant également un mécanisme de verrouillage entre le couvercle et le chapeau.
  11. Emballage (100) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le mécanisme de verrouillage comprend au moins une protubérance superficielle (17) sur la surface externe de la couverture supérieure (8) du chapeau (2) ou sur la surface interne de la couverture supérieure en forme de disque du couvercle.
  12. Emballage selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel le mécanisme de verrouillage est configuré pour retenir le couvercle dans au moins une position ouverte et dans au moins une position fermée de l'ouverture d'accès.
  13. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, dans lequel, par rapport à l'ouverture du compartiment (14) supplémentaire par la rotation du couvercle (3), le mécanisme de verrouillage fournit une résistance qui est plus grande que par rapport à au moins une autre position du couvercle (3).
  14. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant également un couvercle interne (24) situé entre le couvercle (3) et le chapeau (2).
  15. Emballage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le couvercle interne (24) est essentiellement en forme de disque et comprend un tronçon d'ouverture d'accès (26) et un tronçon fermé (27) qui a au moins la dimension d'un tronçon d'ouverture d'accès du couvercle.
  16. Emballage selon la revendication 15, dans lequel le couvercle interne (24) est configuré pour être mis en rotation autour de l'axe de rotation central (H1).
  17. Emballage selon la revendication 16, dans lequel le couvercle interne (24) a une prise ou une saillie (41) configurée pour entrer en prise avec un bord de l'ouverture d'accès du couvercle, limitant ainsi l'angle de rotation maximal par rapport au couvercle (3).
  18. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, comprenant également un couvercle interne (24), dans lequel le couvercle interne est configuré pour couvrir le compartiment (14) supplémentaire dans le chapeau, et le couvercle interne est raccordé par charnière au chapeau (2) et dimensionné de telle sorte qu'il ne peut être ouvert que quand l'ouverture d'accès dans le couvercle coïncide essentiellement entièrement avec le couvercle interne (24).
  19. Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage pour un produit de tabac sans fumée comprenant les étapes suivantes : fabrication d'une boîte (1), fabrication d'un chapeau (2) avec une couverture supérieure (8) ayant une ouverture d'accès, fabrication d'un couvercle (3) configuré pour pouvoir être mis en rotation par rapport au chapeau (2) et avec une couverture supérieure ayant une ouverture d'accès ; le procédé étant caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : agencement d'un compartiment (14) supplémentaire dans la couverture supérieure (8) du chapeau (2) et accouplement les uns aux autres de la boîte (1), du chapeau (2) et du couvercle (3).
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19, comprenant également le dimensionnement d'un tronçon fermé (S1, S2) dans le chapeau (2) pour qu'il ait au moins la dimension d'une ouverture d'accès (13) dans le couvercle.
