Durch die Rückstellfeder 18 kann der Stößel 16 wieder zurückbewegt werden, wobei durch diese Rückstellung auch das Betätigungselement 11 über den drehbaren Hebel 15 in die Ausgangslage rückgestellt wird. The actuating element 11 is rotatably connected to the rotatably mounted lever 15, wherein the free end of the lever 21 of the lever 15 loosely rests on the plunger 16 of the linear damper 7. Fig. 6b shows an enlarged detail of the Fig. 6a , During the closing movement of the furniture hinge 4, the actuating element 11 is rotated, whereby the lever 15 is twisted and the plunger 16 is pressed by the free end of the lever 21 of the lever 15 in the fluid chamber 17 of the housing 13.

Fig. 6c zeigt den drehbaren Hebel 15 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht, wobei das freie Hebelende 21 mit der Stirnseite des Stößels 16 über eine Winkelausgleichsvorrichtung 23 zusammenwirkt. Diese Winkelausgleichsvorrichtung 23 dient dazu, die Schrägstellung des Lineardämpfers 7 zu kompensieren, sodass der Stößel 16 geradlinig beaufschlagt wird. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel weist die für den Kontakt mit dem Stößel 16 vorgesehene Fläche des freien Hebelendes 21 eine Schrägfläche 24 auf, die beim Kontakt mit dem Stößel 16 einen spitzen Winkel β zur Gelenkachse 12 bildet. Dieser spitze Winkel β entspricht vorzugsweise dem spitzen Winkel α, der zwischen der Längsachse X des Scharnierarmes 6 und der Richtung des linearen Dämpfungshubes Y des Lineardämpfers 7 eingeschlossen ist (Figur 3b). Fig. 6c shows the rotatable lever 15 in a perspective view, wherein the free end of the lever 21 cooperates with the end face of the plunger 16 via an angle compensation device 23. This angle compensation device 23 serves to compensate for the inclination of the linear damper 7, so that the plunger 16 is applied in a straight line. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the surface of the free lever end 21 provided for contact with the plunger 16 has an inclined surface 24, which forms an acute angle β to the joint axis 12 when it comes into contact with the plunger 16. This acute angle β preferably corresponds to the acute angle α, which is enclosed between the longitudinal axis X of the hinge arm 6 and the direction of the linear damping stroke Y of the linear damper 7 ( FIG. 3b ).

Fig. 7a zeigt eine weitere mögliche Ausführungsform einer Winkelausgleichsvorrichtung 23, durch die der Stößel 16 des Lineardämpfers 7 im Wesentlichen geradlinig beaufschlagbar ist. In der gezeigten Figur weist die Gelenkachse 12 eine von einer zylindrischen Mantelfläche abweichende Formschlusskontur 26 auf, welche in einer Ausnehmung 25 des drehbaren Hebels 15 eingreift. Die Ausnehmung 25 des Hebels 15 weist eine dazu korrespondierende, schräge Innenkontur 28 auf, wobei die Führungsflächen der Innenkontur 28 relativ zur Seitenfläche 27 des Hebels 15 schräg verlaufen. Durch die Schrägstellung des Hebels 15 relativ zur Gelenkachse 12 kann der Stößel 16 des Lineardämpfers 7 in axialer Richtung beaufschlagt werden. Fig. 7a shows a further possible embodiment of an angle compensation device 23, through which the plunger 16 of the linear damper 7 is acted upon substantially in a straight line. In the illustrated figure, the hinge axis 12 has a form-locking contour 26 which deviates from a cylindrical lateral surface and which engages in a recess 25 of the rotatable lever 15. The recess 25 of the lever 15 has a corresponding, inclined inner contour 28, wherein the guide surfaces of the inner contour 28 extend obliquely relative to the side surface 27 of the lever 15. Due to the inclination of the lever 15 relative to the hinge axis 12, the plunger 16 of the linear damper 7 can be acted upon in the axial direction.

Fig. 7b zeigt die Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 7a in einer perspektivischen Ansicht, wobei der Hebel 15 mit dem im Scharniertopf 5 anzuordnenden Betätigungselement 11 über die Formschlusskontur 26 drehfest verbunden ist und wobei die Seitenfläche 27 des Hebels 15 relativ zum gerade verlaufenden Seitensteg 29 des Betätigungselementes 11 schräg verläuft. Die Winkelausgleichsvorrichtung 23 kann alternativ auch ein Kugelgelenk oder auch ein Kardangelenk aufweisen. Claims (14)

  1. A furniture hinge (4) comprising a hinge arm (6) having a longitudinal axis (X), a hinge cup (5) which is connected to the hinge arm (6) and which is pivotally mounted relative to the hinge arm (6) between a closed position and an open position, and a linear damper (7) having a linear damping stroke (Y) for damping a movement of the furniture hinge (4), wherein the linear damper (7) is arranged at the hinge cup (5) and can be jointly arranged therewith within a bore in a furniture part (3) when mounted, characterized in that in the open position of the furniture hinge (4), in a plan view, the direction of the linear damping stroke (Y) of the linear damper (7) extends at an acute angle (α) relative to the longitudinal axis (X) of the hinge arm (6), the acute angle (α) being between 3° and 20°.
  2. The furniture hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that the acute angle (α) is between 5° and 10°.
  3. The furniture hinge according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the hinge cup (5) has a fixing flange (8) for bearing against a furniture part (3), wherein the linear damper (7) is arranged at least partially externally on the hinge cup (5) and, in the installed position, beneath the fixing flange (8).
  4. The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the hinge cup (5) is connected to the hinge arm (6) by way of at least one hinged lever (9), wherein the hinged lever (9) immerses into the hinge cup (5) in the closing movement of the furniture hinge (4).
  5. The furniture hinge according to claim 4, characterized in that arranged in or on the hinge cup (5) is a moveably, preferably pivotally, mounted actuating element (11) for driving the linear damper (7), wherein the hinged lever (9) acts on the actuating element (11) in the closing movement of the furniture hinge (4).
  6. The furniture hinge according to claim 5, characterized in that the actuating element (11) is pivotally mounted about an axis member (12) within the hinge cup (5), wherein in a plan view, that region of the hinge cup (5) into which the hinged lever (9) immerses in the closing movement is widened in relation to that region of the hinge cup (5) at which the axis member (12) of the actuating element (11) is arranged.
  7. The furniture fitting according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the actuating element (11) is motionally coupled to the linear damper (7) by way of a transmission mechanism (14).
  8. The furniture hinge according to claim 7, characterized in that the transmission mechanism (14) has at least one pivotally mounted lever (15) motionally coupled to the actuating element (11), wherein a displaceably mounted ram (16) of the linear damper (7) can be acted upon by the pivotally mounted lever (15).
  9. The furniture hinge according to claim 8, characterized in that the pivotally mounted lever (15) cooperates with the ram (16) of the linear damper (7) by way of an angle compensating device (23), wherein the ram (16) of the linear damper (7) can be acted upon substantially in a straight line by the angle compensating device (23).
  10. The furniture hinge according to claim 9, characterized in that the angle compensating device (23) includes an inclined surface (24) operative between the pivotally mounted lever (15) and the ram (16).
  11. The furniture hinge according to claim 9, characterized in that the angle compensating device (23) has an opening (25) arranged on the pivotable lever (15) and having an inclined internal contour (28), into which engages a positively locking contour (26) of the pivot axis member (12), said contour (26) differing from that of a cylindrical peripheral surface.
  12. The furniture hinge according to one of the claim 1 to 11, characterized in that the linear damper (7) has a housing (13) with a fluid chamber (17) formed therein, wherein at least one ram (16) is displaceably mounted in the fluid chamber (17), wherein a relative movement between the fluid chamber (17) and the ram (16) occurs in the damping stroke of the linear damper (7).
  13. The furniture hinge according to claim 12, characterized in that the linear damper (7) has a return spring (18) which is preferably mounted in the fluid chamber (17), and by which the ram (16), after a damping stroke has been effected, can be returned again to a ready position for the next damping stroke.
  14. An article of furniture comprising a furniture carcass and a moveable furniture part which is mounted pivotably relative to the furniture carcass by way of at least one furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 13.
