Derartige Großladungsträger werden sehr häufig innerhalb der Transportlogistik für den Transport von Gütern und Waren, insbesondere Schüttgütern verwendet, wie etwa Schrauben, Buchsen und dergleichen mehr. Infolge der Größe erfolgt die Handhabung derartiger Großladungsträger im Allgemeinen über gängige Hubvorrichtungen, insbesondere Gabelstapler, wozu im palettenartigen Bodenteil entsprechende Eingriffsöffnungen vorgesehen sind. Das palettenartige Bodenteil weist hierbei zumeist Stützfüße, Stützglieder oder Stützkufen auf. Die Abmessungen des palettenförmigen Bodenteils entsprechen im Allgemeinen den Abmessungen von Standardpaletten, insbesondere Europool-Paletten, auch Euro-Palette genannt. Übliche Abmessungen für den Palettenboden sind beispielsweise 800 x 600 mm, 1200 x 800 mm, 1200 x 1000 mm und 1200 x 1600 mm. Diese Abmessungen bilden eine optimale Geometrie für den Transport im Lkw oder im TEU-Standard Container, was mit Hinblick auf die Transportlogistik und die Raumausnutzung vorteilhaft ist. Zum Zwecke des Entleerens werden die von den Zinken eines Gabelstaplers aufgenommenen Großladungsträger gekippt. Da bei der heutigen Transportlogistik überwiegend Großladungsträger als Klapp- oder Faltbehälter oder mit steckbaren Seitenwänden verwendet werden, um für den Rücktransport durch entsprechendes Klappen oder Falten der Seitenwände den Großladungsträger zu verkleinern, stellt dies aber für die Entleerung derartiger containerartiger Behälter erhebliche Anforderungen. Bei einem Kippen dieser Behälter mit sozusagen "losen" Seitenwänden müssen diese beim Kippvorgang unterstützt werden, da sie sonst aus der Verankerung mit dem Bodenteil oder zur benachbarten Seitenwand hin reißen, öffnen oder stark deformiert werden können. Insbesondere drückt beim Kippen der Inhalt des Großladungsträgers auf die in Kippstellung unten liegende Seitenwand wie auch die benachbarten Seitenwände, die deswegen entsprechend steif und massiv durch zusätzliche Maßnahmen ausgebildet werden müssen einschließlich der Verriegelung der Seitenwände untereinander. Dies kann durch seitliche Verstrebungen oder Zusatzbleche und dergleichen erfolgen, um die Seitenwände entsprechend zu unterstützen. Allerdings führt dies zu einem konstruktiven Mehraufwand und macht die Herstellung derartiger Großladungsträger teuer und unflexibel. Zweckmäßigerweise weist der Schieber auch einen Handgriff oder eine Handgrifföffnung auf, so dass er in einfacher Weise betätigt werden kann. Zweckmäßigerweise ist der Schieber am Bodenteil oder am Einsetzelement bzw. in der Seitenwandung durch geeignete Führungselemente geführt, so dass eine sichere Hin- und Herbewegung zum Zwecke des Verschließens und Öffnens der Öffnung für das Entleeren der Güter gewährleistet wird. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt bei dieser Erfindung ist es, dass nach der Entleerung des Großladungsträgers die Seitenwände eingeklappt werden können, wobei der Trichter im Inneren des Behälters verbleibt. Somit wird der logistische Aspekt eines klappbaren Großladungsträgers beibehalten. Deswegen ist der Rand des Bodenteils soweit nach oben gezogen, dass die Scharniere der klappbar angelenkten Seitenwände höher als der Trichter angeordnet sind. In vorteilhafter Weise ist der Großladungsträger aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Hierbei kann auch das Einsetzelement und der Schließmechanismus, insbesondere der Schieber bzw. die Schieberplatte, aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein, jedoch ist eine Herstellung aus Blech oder dergleichen geeigneten Materialien, insbesondere aus Stahlblech, ebenfalls möglich. Oberhalb des Bodenteils 2 ist ein in das Innere des Großladungsträgers 1 einsetzbares Einsatzelement 12 vorgesehen, welches hier in Art eines Trichters ausgebildet ist. Hierzu weist das Einsatzelement 12 vier umlaufend angeordnete Bodenwände 14 auf, die von außen nach innen schräg nach unten gerichtet sind, im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel in einem Auslassstutzen 15 auslaufen, über den der Trichter 12 am Bodenteil 2 abgestützt ist. Das untere Ende der Bodenwände 14 bzw. des Auslassstutzens begrenzt eine trichterseitige Auslassöffnung 16, die hier zweckmäßigerweise komplementär zur Querschnittsform der Austragsöffnung 10 ausgebildet ist und sich voll mit der Austragsöffnung 10 überdeckt. Das heißt, der Trichter 12 ist so ausgebildet bzw. im Großladungsträger so angeordnet, dass die Auslassöffnung 16 bündig über die Austragsöffnung 10 im Bodenteil 2 zu liegen kommt, so dass ein Auslass gebildet wird. Der einteilige oder aus mehreren Teilen zusammengebaute, insbesondere zusammengesteckte Trichter weist erfindungsgemäß eine Höhe auf, die geringer als das randseitig hochgezogene Bodenteil und/oder das Bodenteil und die darauf aufgesteckten Aufsetzrahmen ist, so dass der Trichter im Leerzustand des Großladungsträgers darin verbleiben und gleichwohl die Seitenwände eingeklappt oder im Fall einer Steckverbindung auf das Bodenteil für den platzsparenden Rücktransport gelegt werden können.Above the

Claims (11)

- The heavy load carrier according to claim 5, characterized in that the slider is guided in a translational manner at the bottom part (2) or at the insertion element (12) slidably between the closing and opening position.
- The heavy load carrier according to claim 6, characterized in that the slider is arranged on the bottom part (2) between the insertion element (12) and the bottom part (2) and that the outlet opening (16) particularly reaches under the outlet nozzle (15) of the insertion element (12) and preferably has an opening (20) which, in an open position of the slider (18), is aligned with the outlet opening and the discharge opening (16, 10).
