Claims (15)

  1. Shoe (1), in particular sports shoe, which has a shoe upper part (2) and a sole (3) which is connected to the shoe upper part (2), wherein the shoe upper part (2) and the sole (3) are connected to one another by means of a connection element (4), wherein the connection element (4) is a longitudinally extending, profiled moulded part that has an upper stripe-shaped section (5) and wherein the shoe upper part (2) has a stripe-shaped upper part section (9) in its region that adjoins the sole (3), which stripe-shaped upper part section (9) is connected to the strip-shaped section (5) of the connecting element (4),
    characterized in that
    the connection element (4) comprises a lower fork-shaped section (6) which has two fork sections (7, 8), wherein the sole (3) has a stripe-shaped sole section (10) in its region that adjoins the shoe upper part (2), which strip-shaped sole section (10) extends between the two fork sections (7, 8) and is connected to at least one of the fork sections (7, 8).
  2. Shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the fork sections (7, 8) are arranged substantially parallel to another.
  3. Shoe according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the connection between the stripe-shaped upper part section (9) and the stripe-shaped section (5) of the connection element (4) is established by a seam (11).
  4. Shoe according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the connection between the stripe-shaped sole section (10) and at least one of the fork sections (7, 8) is established by a form-fit connection (12, 13).
  5. Shoe according to claim 4, characterized in that the form-fit connection (12, 13) comprises at least one nose-shaped projection (12) at the stripe-shaped sole section (10) or at at least one of the fork sections (7, 8) and at least one hook section (13) at at least one of the fork sections (7, 8) or at the stripe-shaped sole section (10), wherein the nose-shaped projection (12) and the hook section (13) are designed congruent to another.
  6. Shoe according to claim 5, characterized in that a single nose-shaped projection (12) is arranged or provided at the stripe-shaped sole section (10) and a single hook section (13) is arranged or provided at one of the fork section (7, 8).
  7. Shoe according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the connection between the stripe-shaped sole section (10) and at least one of the fork sections (7, 8) is established by a material bonded connection.
  8. Shoe according to claim 7, characterized in that the material bonded connection is a welding connection (14), especially a laser welding connection.
  9. Shoe according to claim 4 and 7, characterized in that the connection between the stripe-shaped sole section (10) and at least one of the fork sections (7, 8) is established by a form-fit connection (12, 13) as well as by a material bonded connection (14).
  10. Shoe according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the connection element (4) is an extruded plastic profile.
  11. Shoe according to claim 10, characterized in that the plastic material of the connection element (4) is transparent.
  12. Shoe according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the sole (3) comprises at least one sole part (3', 3") and that the shoe upper part (2) comprises at least one cutout (15, 16) which is arranged in the region which is facing the ground, which size and shape corresponds to the sole part (3', 3") in its contact region with the shoe upper part (2), wherein the at least one sole part (3', 3") is inserted into the at least one cutout (15, 16) and is connected with the shoe upper part (2) by means of the connection element (4).
  13. Shoe according to claim 12, characterized in that the at least one sole part (3', 3") is designed as a shell-shaped structure.
  14. Shoe according to claim 12 or 13, characterized in that one sole part (3') is arranged in the rearfoot region and one sole part (3") is arranged in the forefoot region.
  15. Shoe according to claim 14, characterized in that the shoe upper part (2) is designed between the two sole parts (3', 3") continuously and seamless.
