Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de mise sous tension servant à mettre sous tension au moins une pièce, avec un corps de base (1) et au moins une mâchoire de mise sous tension (6) disposée au niveau du corps de base (1), qui contient une partie de base (7) pouvant être bloquée au niveau du corps de base (1) au moyen d'un système de serrage (21) et une partie de mise sous tension (8) pouvant être ajustée par rapport à la partie de base (7), dans lequel le système de serrage (21) contient des broches de serrage (25) orientées en direction de l'axe longitudinal du corps de base (1), qui peuvent être ajustées de manière transversale par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du corps de base (1) pour venir en prise par en dessous, au niveau des côtés intérieurs de deux joues latérales (3, 4) du corps de base (1), avec des épaulements de serrage (33) s'étendant en direction de son axe longitudinal, caractérisé en ce que les broches de serrage (25) peuvent être ajustées par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce de serrage (20) pouvant être ajustée par rapport à la partie de base (7) par au moins une vis de serrage (24), dans lequel la pièce de serrage (20) est réalisée de manière à présenter une forme de coin et contient, au niveau de ses côtés longitudinaux, deux surfaces latérales (28) obliques se faisant face avec un renfoncement (29) servant à l'appui des broches de serrage (25).
  2. Dispositif de mise sous tension selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les épaulements de serrage (33) présentent, au niveau du côté inférieur, une surface de serrage arrondie (34) servant à l'appui d'une broche de serrage (25).
  3. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévue, au niveau de la partie de base (8), une denture (12) destinée à venir en prise avec une denture (4) correspondante au niveau du corps de base (1).
  4. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une vis de serrage (24) s'étend à travers la partie de base (8) et vient en prise avec un alésage fileté (22) de la pièce de serrage (20).
  5. Dispositif de mise sous tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de mise sous tension (8) pouvant être ajustée de la mâchoire de mise sous tension (6) peut être ajustée par au moins une vis de mise sous tension (18), qui vient en prise avec un alésage fileté (19) dans la pièce de serrage (20).
  6. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une vis de serrage (24) et l'au moins une vis de mise sous tension (18) s'étendent de manière oblique et de manière parallèle l'une par rapport à l'autre à travers le corps de base (7) .

  8. Dispositif de mise sous tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les broches de serrage (25) sont poussées par des ressorts (27) contre la pièce de serrage (20).
  9. Dispositif de mise sous tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les broches de serrage (25) sont guidées de manière à pouvoir être coulissées les unes contre les autres dans une partie de guidage (26).
  10. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les broches de serrage (25) sont guidées par des broches de guidage (36).
  11. Dispositif de mise sous tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la partie de serrage (8) pouvant être ajustée est guidée de manière à pouvoir être coulissée par l'intermédiaire d'un tenon de guidage (13) oblique à l'intérieur d'un alésage (14) oblique de la partie de base (7) et prend appui par l'intermédiaire de surfaces obliques arrière (15) au niveau de surfaces obliques avant (16) d'une zone supérieure (9) de la partie de base (7).
