Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de retenue (1) d'une armoire (2), doté d'un corps (3) et d'un couvercle pliant (4), articulé sur celui-ci de manière mobile, le couvercle pliant (4) comportant un élément de recouvrement supérieur (5) et un élément de recouvrement inférieur (6), qui sont assemblés l'un à l'autre de manière à pouvoir pivoter, le dispositif de retenue (1) comportant les éléments suivants :
    une unité de réglage (13) dotée d'un entraînement de puissance (14), l'unité de réglage (13) pouvant se fixer sur le corps,
    un bras (7), qui peut s'articuler de manière pivotante sur le corps (3) par l'intermédiaire de l'unité de réglage (13) et sur l'élément de recouvrement inférieur (6) et
    un système d'ajustage (8), doté d'un élément de fixation (9), l'élément de fixation (9) étant une partie intégrante de l'unité de réglage (13) et pouvant se fixer sur le corps (3) ou sur l'élément de recouvrement inférieur (6),
    caractérisé,
    en ce que le système d'ajustage (8) comporte un excentrique (10),
    en ce que l'excentrique (10) est fixé sur l'élément de fixation (9) en étant rotatif autour d'un axe d'excentrique (X), le bras (7) étant relié avec l'excentrique 10) en pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (S) placé à la parallèle de l'axe d'excentrique (X) et
    en ce que l'excentrique (10) comporte une surface périphérique extérieure (11) sur laquelle le bras (7) est logé par un perçage de logement (12) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour de l'axe de pivotement (S).
  2. Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé
    en ce qu'il est prévu une unité de réglage (13) qui comprend un entraînement de puissance (14) pour soumettre le couvercle pliant (4) à une force, au moins à partir d'une position intermédiaire dans la direction d'une position d'ouverture et
    en ce que l'unité de réglage (13) comporte un bras de réglage (15) qui est entraîné par l'entraînement de puissance (14), le bras de réglage (15) pouvant s'articuler d'une part sur le corps (3) et d'autre part sur le couvercle pliant (4) de manière à pouvoir pivoter.
  3. Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bras de réglage (15) peut s'articuler sur l'élément de recouvrement supérieur (5), de manière à pouvoir pivoter.
  4. Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le bras (7) fait office de bras de contrôle, qui contrôle le déplacement de l'élément de recouvrement inférieur (6).
  5. Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le bras de réglage (15) est articulé sur l'élément de fixation (9) de manière à pouvoir pivoter.
  6. Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bras de réglage est représenté par le bras (7).
  7. Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une charnière, par l'intermédiaire de laquelle l'élément de recouvrement supérieur (5) peut s'assembler avec le corps (3), de manière à pouvoir pivoter.
  8. Couvercle pliant avec un dispositif de retenue (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le couvercle pliant (4) comprenant les éléments suivants :
    un élément de recouvrement supérieur (5), qui est relié avec le corps (3), de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe de corps (K) et
    un élément de recouvrement inférieur (6), qui est relié avec l'élément de recouvrement supérieur (5), de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe de couvercle (D) .
  9. Couvercle pliant selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'axe du corps (K) et l'axe de couvercle (D) sont placés à la parallèle l'un de l'autre et à l'horizontale.
