Claims (8)
- Individual spring element of a mattress-underspring arrangement, made up of a foot part (4) for arranging on a fixed substructure, of an upper part (2, 12; 22) with a bearing surface (11) for a mattress and of a spring-function part (5) which is arranged between the foot part and the upper part and has latching devices which correspond with the upper part (2; 12; 22), wherein the spring-function part (5) has a curved rocker (6), which has its ends extending concavely upwards, characterized in that the curved rocker (6) extends downwards in the centre and, there, is supported elastically on the lower part (1) by means of lateral supporting springs (8) and such that it can be tilted about a pivot axis (7), and in that a curved support (13), which connects the ends of the curved rocker, and rotationally elastic bearing means (10) for rotational bearing bolts (14) of the upper part (2; 12; 22) are formed, as corresponding latching devices, in the region of said ends of the curved rocker, and in that a foot part (4) and one or more parallel and spaced-apart spring-function parts (5) are injection moulded from plastics material to form a single-piece lower part (1).
- Individual spring element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each rotationally elastic bearing means (10) equipped with a rotational bearing bolt (14) carries a bearing subsurface (11) for a mattress, and all the bearing sub-surfaces (11) are independent of one another or are connected to one another in pairs for each function part (5) or each side or, for each individual spring element, all the bearing sub-surfaces (11) are connected together and together form the upper part (2; 12; 22).
- Individual spring element according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the curved support (13) is of likewise concave design in the region above the pivot axis (7) of the lower curved rocker (6) and has a downwardly extending spring-travel limiter (9) which, in the case of pronounced loading and pronounced elastic deformation of the spring-function part (5), ends up in abutment against the curved rocker (6).
- Individual spring element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the provision, between two bearing sub-surfaces (11) connected to one another on a spring-function part (5), of a connecting surface (30), with a guide (20), in the form of an aperture, for a function slide (3), which is guided in said aperture-forming guide and is designed such that it can be positioned over or alongside the curved support (13).
- Individual spring element according to Claim 4, characterized in that the function slide (3) has a slide plate (15), beneath which a slide head (16) is arranged on a slide neck (17), and the guide (20) has a widened introduction opening (19) for the slide head (16) as well as an elastic collar (18) with latching surfaces for the slide neck (17), which can be pushed through the collar (18) and locked thereby in the opposite direction.
- Individual spring element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a rotational bearing bolt (14) is split in the centre and has a vertical longitudinal gap (23) which is open in a downward direction, and in that the rotationally elastic bearing means (10) has, on its inside, an elastic extension (24) which extends into the longitudinal gap (23), and locking lips (25) which extend on either side around a rotational bearing bolt (14) mounted therein, form an installation funnel and can be spread open elastically by the rotational bearing bolt (14) in order for the rotational bearing bolt (14) to be installed in the rotationally elastic bearing means (10).
- Individual spring element according to Claim 4, characterized in that the tilting movement thereof is locked when the function slide (3) is positioned above the curved support (13), and the spring-function part (5) as a whole elastically absorbs forces acting on it.
- Individual spring element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the curved support (13) has side beads (28), by means of which the slide head (16) is retained in a position in which it is locked above the curved support (13).
