  4. Bearing element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hardness-adjusting means (4) are arranged together on an adjusting ring (13), which is arranged on the bearing plate (1; 21) such that it can be rotated in relation to the same.
  5. Bearing element according to Claim 4, characterized in that the adjusting ring (13) has catches (7) which, in the state in which the adjusting ring (13) and bearing plate (1; 21) are assembled, engage around sliding crosspieces (8) of the bearing plate (1; 21).

Bearing element according to Claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the adjusting ring (13) is provided with a friction-increasing surface (15) and is clipped into the bearing plate (1; 21) from above, and in that the bearing plate (1; 21) and the surface of the adjusting ring (13) form a joint bearing surface.
  7.
