Claims (14)

  1. Panneau d'isolation phonique modulaire (10), comprenant
    une chemise tubulaire (11), formée d'un corps unique en matière plastique, déterminant un compartiment (12) de réception pour le matériau d'isolation phonique (13),
    des portions longitudinales de renfort (19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24) angulaires (19, 20, 21, 22) et centrales (23, 24) étant déterminées à l'intérieur de la chemise tubulaire (11), lesquelles
    se développent dans un sens traversant (X) l'épaisseur (D) du panneau (10) et
    comportent plusieurs nervures longitudinales (31, 32, 33, 34) déterminant plusieurs cellules longitudinales (35, 36, 37, 38),
    caractérisé par le fait que
    la distance minimale (A) dans le sens en question, passant (X) entre deux portions de renfort angulaires (19, 20, 21, 22) opposées, correspond fondamentalement à l'épaisseur du matériau d'isolation phonique (13).
  2. Panneau selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une paroi latérale (17) sur deux parois latérales (17, 18) de la chemise est abondamment percée d'orifices de passage (30) pour permettre aux vibrations acoustiques de passer dans le matériau d'isolation phonique (13).
  3. Panneau selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la chemise comprend une paroi inférieure (14) et une paroi supérieure (15) qui sont renforcées par des cloisons de renfort (39, 40).
  4. Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les portions de renfort comprennent des portions de renfort centrales (23, 24) qui sont déterminées sur le plan médian de la chemise et dont chacune résulte d'une nervure tubulaire.
  5. Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des dispositifs de couplage (16) sur deux parois opposées (14, 15) permettant de juxtaposer, sur un même plan de référence, un panneau d'isolation phonique (10) à un autre panneau identique (10a).
  6. Panneau selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ces dispositifs de couplage (16) permettant la juxtaposition dans le sens de la hauteur, en position d'utilisation, de deux panneaux d'isolation phonique identiques (10, 10a), comportent un bossage longitudinal (43) se développant depuis la paroi supérieure (15) et en mesure de s'insérer dans une cannelure d'ancrage contreprofilée (44) existant sur la paroi inférieure (14) d'un autre panneau identique placé au-dessus, ce bossage longitudinal présentant une base de centrage (45) dotée de parois qui se développent sur des plans convergents, ainsi qu'une tête d'ancrage (46) dotée d'une section fondamentalement en T, cette tête d'ancrage (46) déterminant deux contre-dépouilles opposées (47, 48) destinées à permettre un ancrage réversible sur des bords longitudinaux anti-extraction correspondants (49), faisant saillie vers l'intérieur à partir de la cannelure d'ancrage (44).
  7. Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la chemise tubulaire (11) est fermée au moyen de couvercles (50) ayant également une fonction structurelle.
  8. Panneau selon la revendication 7, dans lequel chaque couvercle (50) présente des moyens de fixation automatique à la chemise tubulaire (11).
  9. Panneau selon la revendication 8, dans lequel lesdits moyens de fixation automatique comprennent une série d'ailettes élastiquement déformables (58) dotées d'un ergot d'encliquetage (59), se développant à partir du couvercle (50) du côté de la paroi latérale percée (17), les ergots d'encliquetage (59) étant destinés à s'ancrer dans des orifices correspondants parmi les orifices (30) présents sur la paroi latérale percée (17).
  10. Panneau selon les revendications 7, 8 ou 9, dans lequel le couvercle (150) présente deux canaux de renfort verticaux (160, 161) dont les extrémités (162, 163, 164, 165) divergent vers l'extérieur pour venir prendre appui au niveau des portions longitudinales de renfort angulaires (19, 20, 21, 22) de la chemise tubulaire (11), de manière à ce que la charge verticale affecte les zones les plus solides de la chemise tubulaire (11).
  11. Panneau selon les revendications 7, 8, 9 ou 10, dans lequel le couvercle (250) présente des éléments élastiques intégrés de centrage du panneau (10) dans le sens longitudinal par rapport à un montant (270) en "H" sur lequel il vient s'insérer.
  12. Panneau selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les éléments élastiques intégrés de centrage sont le fait de plusieurs ponts élastiques (271), se développant en porte-à-faux à partir de la paroi (272) du couvercle (250) en direction de la partie plate centrale (273) du montant (270).
  13. Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12 précédentes, dans lequel le couvercle (300) comprend une ou plusieurs ailettes (312) s'étendant radialement à partir des côtés du couvercle et inclinées par rapport à la plus grande surface (S) du couvercle.
  14. Panneau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 13 précédentes, dans lequel le couvercle (300) comprend, sur sa plus grande surface (S), un corps tubulaire flexible à partir duquel une ou plusieurs ailettes (312) s'étendent orthogonalement à la surface (S).
