- crossbars 2, 3 may be shaped in a different way to obtain seats, possibly also not equally spaced, suitable to receive other types of glasses, and the engagement means can be constituted by other elements mechanically equivalent to hooks 6 and terminals 4, possibly by integrating the functions of coupling and locking into a single element (e.g. an elastic clip).
- the coupling means could be arranged not at the ends of the upper crossbar 3 as explained above but at another position, whereby the coupling to rack R could be realized not at the upper peripheral wire P but at another element of the rack.
- insert 1 could be provided with one or more additional crossbars (even straight) arranged between uprights 5 at such a distance from the lower crossbar 3 as not to interfere with the placement of goblets G yet to allow also the placement of glasses of a height shorter than the distance between crossbars 2 and 3.

Claims (15)
- Abnehmbarer Glashalteeinsatz (1) für Spülmaschinengestell (R), umfassend wenigstens eine obere tragende Querstange (2; 2') und eine untere tragende Querstange (3; 3'), und wenigstens ein Paar von Elementen für die reversible Kopplung des besagten Einsatzes (1) an das besagte Gestell (R), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Querstangen (2, 2'; 3, 3') derart gestaltet sind, dass sie eine Mehrzahl von Sitzen ergeben, welche vorzugsweise gleich weit voneinander entfernt sind.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppelelemente an den Enden der oberen Querstange (3; 3') angeordnet sowie in der Lage sind, die Kopplung des Einsatzes (1) mit dem Gestell (R) an dem oberen peripheren Draht (P) des letzteren zu bewerkstelligen.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppelelemente nach außen und nach unten weisende Haken (6) umfassen sowie elastische Mittel zum Verriegeln der besagten Haken (6) gegenüber dem Gestell (R).
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Querstange (3; 3') mit endseitigen Vertikalstäben (5) versehen ist, welche sich nach oben bis in die Nähe der oberen Querstange (2; 2') erstrecken.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haken (6) an den distalen Enden der Vertikalstäbe (5) ausgeformt sind.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Querstange (2; 2') mit substantiell U-förmigen Enden (4) versehen ist, welche sich innerhalb einer Ebene rechtwinklig zu den Längsachsen der besagten Querstangen (2; 2', 3; 3') zu der unteren Querstange (3; 3') hin erstrecken, wobei die besagten Enden (4) von U-förmiger Gestalt gerade gestreckte, proximale Abschnitte (4a) aufweisen und Zwischenabschnitte (4b), sowie distale Abschnitte (4c), welche derart gestaltet sind, dass sie in dem unteren Bereich nach außen ragen und sodann in dem oberen Bereich teilweise nach innen umschwenken, um ein Knie zu bilden und gegenüber der jene gerade gestreckten Abschnitte (4a, 4b) umfassenden Ebene überstehen zu bleiben.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen den zwei Querstangen (2; 2', 3; 3') hergestellt ist, indem jene an einem ersten Kontaktpunkt (7a) zwischen dem Haken (6) und der Oberseite des proximalen Abschnitts (4a) des U-förmigen Endes (4) zusammengefügt sind und/oder an einem zweiten Kontaktpunkt (7b) zwischen dem Vertikalstab (5) und dem Zentrum des Zwischenabschnitts (4b) des U-förmigen Endes.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus Metalldrähten hergestellt ist, die mit Plastik überzogen sind und aneinander geschweißt sind.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der unteren Querstange (3; 3') und dem Element für die reversible Kopplung des besagten Einsatzes (1) an das Gestell (R) derart ist, dass der von dem Einsatz (1) eingenommene Betriebswinkel, wenn dieser an das Gestell (R) gekoppelt ist, 30° ± 10° beträgt.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Querstangen (2, 3) substantiell wellenförmige Profile aufweisen, vorzugsweise in einer gemeinsamen Phase miteinander, welche in Ebenen angeordnet sind, die untereinander in einem Winkel von 90° ± 20° angeordnet sind, wobei die besagten Profile vorzugsweise eine sinusförmige Gestalt aufweisen.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Querstange (3) eine sinusförmige Gestalt aufweist, jedoch in dem unteren Bereich begradigt ist.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der oberen Querstange (2) der Abstand (F) zwischen zwei benachbarten Scheitelpunkten gleich 30 ± 5 mm ist, und die Tiefe (A) eines Tals gleich 20 ± 3 mm ist.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der unteren Querstange (3) der Abstand (F') zwischen zwei benachbarten Scheitelpunkten gleich 30 ± 5 mm ist, und die Tiefe (A') eines Tals gleich 18 ± 3 mm ist.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Querstange (2') und/oder die untere Querstange (3') eine spiralförmige Gestalt haben.
- Glashalteeinsatz (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner einen oder mehrere zusätzliche Querstangen aufweist, die zwischen der oberen Querstange (2; 2') und der unteren Querstange (3; 3') angeordnet sind, wobei die besagten, zusätzlichen Querstangen vorzugsweise gerade gestreckt sind.
