Description
The present invention relates to a dispenser for flat products, in particular napkins, with a housing comprising a rear wall, a bottom, a first and a second side wall and a cover.
The present invention is expressly not related to a dispensing device which dispenses a continuous paper, wherein the continuous paper can be subdivided into individual segments by the device. Furthermore, the present invention does not relate to such dispensing devices, which outputs products in the form of segments arranged on a roll, subdivided, for example, by a perforation.
Flat products for the purposes of the present invention are in particular napkins, but may also be, for example, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels, wet wipes or the like. They can in principle be made of tissue or tissue-like materials, or else, for example, from so-called non-woven or hybrid non-woven / tissue or non-woven / tissue-like materials.
For the purposes of the present invention, tissue is understood in particular to mean a product which corresponds to DIN 6730. Accordingly, tissue is a product which consists wholly or predominantly of pulp fibers, with a fine and soft crepe, which is creped in a closed formation in the paper machine with a dry content of more than 90%, consists of one or more layers, is particularly absorbent, a surface mass of the single layer of <25 g / m 2 before creping and a crepe wet stretch> 5%.
For the purposes of the present invention, tissue-like material is understood in particular to mean a material which, in contrast to tissue material, is produced by changes in the drying process. According to DIN 6730, tissue-like material is a product predominantly made of cellulose fibers with large and wide creping and open formation, which is creped dry in the paper machine, and consists of one or more layers, wherein the basis weight of a layer before creping <25 g / m 2 and the creping wet stretch of a layer after creping is> 24%. The material may also be manufactured as waste paper.
Separated from each other, d. H. separable laminar products, ie only separated by perforation, nonetheless contiguous products, as exemplified above, can be folded in different ways. Common folds are the W-fold, the Z-fold and the V-fold. The dispensing device according to the invention is suitable for all of the aforementioned folds. Isolated products in Z-fold and V-fold are preferably used.
Dispensers for separated, separable sheet products function by the application of the force of gravity of a stack formed from the sheet products received in the dispenser. Also, dispensing devices are known which additionally exert a pressure by, for example, a spring device on the stack of flat products. A disadvantage of the known dispensing devices is in principle that often the user of such a dispensing device does not remove the desired one or two sheet products from this, but several flat products, or that they fall out of the device automatically without the action of an operator.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a dispensing device for sheet products, especially napkins, available, which is simple and facilitates the removal of such planar products from the device.
This object is achieved by a dispenser for sheet products, especially napkins, with a housing comprising a rear wall, a bottom, a first and a second side wall and a cover, wherein an angle α between the rear wall and the bottom in a range of about 50 ° to about 70 °, preferably in a range of about 52 ° to about 66 °, more preferably in a range of about 55 ° to about 65 °, even more preferably in a range of about 56 ° to about 62 ° ; an angle β between a normal to a footprint / mounting surface on which the dispenser is located and the back wall is in a range of about 20 ° to about 45 °, the housing comprising an upper storage part and a lower bottom part with the bottom in that the lower bottom part comprises an inner rear wall with an arcuate course from the ground towards an upper floor of the housing, or wherein at least two rib-shaped elements are arranged in the housing on the rear wall and the floor with a height h rising from the rear wall to the floor are. Surprisingly, it has been shown that solely due to the specific definition of the angle α the user of the dispensing device according to the invention it is facilitated to take in this recorded flat products, especially napkins, individually. On the one hand, this is made possible by an improved visibility of an opening in the bottom of the housing of the dispenser according to the invention for the user, on the other hand caused by the specific angle α caused by the arrangement of the soil, the force on the stack of arranged inside the housing sheet products in the region of the bottom of the housing so that lower forces act on the bottom of the next flat products, and so a relief Removal of the sheet-like products is achieved.
According to the invention, the dispensing device according to the invention in addition to the specifically defined angle α, the angle β between a normal to an erection or mounting surface on which the dispensing device can be arranged, and the rear wall in a range of about 20 ° to about 45 °, preferably a one area from about 25 ° to about 40 °, more preferably in a range of about 27 ° to about 35 °. The normal is perpendicular to the erection or mounting surface of the device according to the invention. This can for example be placed on a counter of a catering business, or be attached to this, so then through the surface of the counter the Aufstell- or mounting surface and thus the normal is defined. By combining the specific angle ranges for the angles α and β, the flat products arranged in the housing of the dispensing device according to the invention are arranged in such an optimized way for the user that preferably an individual removal of the flat products from the housing is facilitated.
Advantageously, in a preferred embodiment of the dispensing device according to the invention, the opening for removing planar products at least partially disposed in the bottom of the housing of the dispensing device according to the invention. Particularly preferably, the opening is provided exclusively by the bottom of the housing. However, it can also be provided that the opening is made available only partially through the ground, and is otherwise provided by the lower portion of the cover of the housing partially available.
Furthermore, the dispensing device according to the invention, as described above, but also an alternative dispensing device without the features defined above, an embodiment of the opening in such a way that the opening has at least a first and a second opening portion, wherein the first opening portion has a smaller width W1 as a width W2 of the second opening area. More preferably, the opening further has a third opening area, wherein the second opening area is arranged between the first and the third opening area. In this case, the third opening area advantageously has a width W3 which corresponds approximately to the width W1 of the first opening area. Advantageously, the width W3 of the third opening region deviates only up to a maximum of 15% from the width W1 of the first opening region. Further advantageously, the width W2 is about 1.4 times to 3 times, more preferably about 1.5 times to about 2.2 times larger than the widths W1 and / or W3 of the first and third opening areas. The outer contour of the first and the third opening region can be addressed as essentially circular, that of the second opening region as essentially elliptical. The first and the second opening area are preferably uninterrupted into each other, wherein curves are formed in the transition region. The same applies to the arrangement of the second opening area with the third opening area.
The widths W1 and W3 of the first and / or third opening area are designed such that they are smaller than the width of the areal received in the housing Products, wherein the widths W1 and W3 correspond to a maximum of about 60% of the width of the sheet products, and preferably about 35% to about 55% of the width of the sheet products. The width W2 of the second opening area corresponds to at least 70% of the width of the sheet-like products to be removed, preferably at least 80%, more preferably at least 85%. The second and third opening regions preferably have a height which is greater than the height of the second opening region, and preferably about 1.2 times to about 2.8 times, more preferably about 1.4 times to about 2, 5 times higher.
The widths W1, W2 and / or W3 are determined by opposing inner edges of the first, second and third opening area, wherein the opposite inner edges of the respective opening areas have a maximum distance from each other. The inner edges of the three opening areas are in a plane defined by the bottom of the housing, arranged opposite one another.
In particular, by the combination of the specific angle α with an opening as defined above, more preferably taking into account also the specific angle β, the removal of flat products in a separable form from the dispenser according to the invention for the extractor is further facilitated. A dispensing device which does not have the specific angles α and β, but only the specific opening as defined above, allows at least an improvement of the removal situation for the user of such a dispensing device.
In a first alternative embodiment, the dispensing device according to the invention in a combination with the angle α and the angle β preferably in combination with the specific opening defined above, arranged in the housing on the rear wall and the bottom at least two, preferably at least three, more preferably at least four, even more preferably at least five, still more preferably at least six rib-shaped elements, preferably with one of the rear wall to the ground, in particular continuously increasing height h, as seen from the direction of the upper bottom of the housing to the ground. Preferably, the height h in an end region of the housing facing the end region of the at least one, preferably all rib-shaped elements is smaller than the height h in an end of the housing facing the end of the same or the same, wherein preferably the height h of the upper floor facing the end region of the rib-shaped or elements on the bottom-facing end of this or the same continuously increases. More preferably, a pitch, relative to an upper edge of the rib-shaped element (s), increases towards the end region facing the bottom. Preferably, a longitudinal side of the rib-shaped element or elements, which is opposite to the upper edge, fixedly connected to the rear wall of the housing over its entire length.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, an upper edge of the rib-shaped element is formed like a bow. The upper edge in the sense of the present invention is in particular formed opposite the rear wall, with which the rib-shaped element is connected. In a particularly preferred embodiment, at least one rib-shaped element adjoins the opening, which is arranged at least partially, preferably completely, in the bottom of the housing of the dispensing device. "Adjacent" in the sense of the present invention means that assigned to the opening, in particular associated with a third opening portion of the opening, as defined above, at least one rib-shaped element, preferably at least two rib-shaped elements. This does not mean that the rib-shaped elements, which are arranged in the region of, in particular, the third opening region of the opening in the housing, are arranged directly with their upper edges on the edge of the opening, in particular the third opening region of this opening. Rather, the rib elements associated with the opening may also be arranged with their upper edges slightly spaced by forming a recess from the edge of the opening.
In a further preferred embodiment or in the alternative embodiment, which has the above-defined features relating to the angles α and β and the opening in the specific shape, a bottom end region opposite at least one of the rib-shaped elements, preferably all rib-shaped elements substantially preferably completely free of jump in an inner surface of the rear wall over. Preferably, the upper edge of at least one, preferably all rib-shaped elements without jumps into an inner surface of the rear wall, wherein in a doubled formation of the rear wall with an inner rear wall and an outer rear wall of the non-intermittent transition preferably refers to an inner surface of the inner rear wall, the Innnenraum facing the housing.
Particularly preferably, the rear wall of the housing of the dispensing device according to the invention is designed to be doubled at least over a partial area, for example such that an outer wall forming the actual rear wall and an inner wall providing the inner surface are separated from each other by a cavity. By increased in such a configuration strength of the rear wall portion is then advantageously the non-discontinuous design, as described above, allows. Furthermore, this also provides an almost invisible fastening option for a fastening part of the dispensing device according to the invention.
By the above-described specific embodiment of the rib-shaped elements and their arrangement in the housing of the dispensing device according to the invention or an alternative dispensing device on the one hand, the received in the housing surface products are fed towards the opening of the housing, and beyond the friction between the surface of the sheet products , d. H. of the lowermost product in the stack, facing the rear wall or the upper edge of the rib-shaped elements, reduced by the latter. As a result, the removal of flat products from the dispenser is facilitated.
In a second alternative embodiment, the housing of the dispensing device according to the invention in the embodiments defined above comprises an upper storage part and a lower bottom part with the bottom. The upper storage part is used in particular for receiving the flat products, in particular napkins, the lower bottom part of the output thereof from the dispensing device. Particularly preferably, the housing is formed from the upper storage part and the lower bottom part. Due to the two-part design of the housing, the dispensing device according to the invention can be made simpler and thus cheaper. The connection of the upper storage part and the lower bottom part and the housing is preferably carried out via arranged on the connecting sides locking elements.
Weiter bevorzugt schließt die untere Kante des Bodens des Bodenteiles bündig mit der Rückwand des oberen Vorratsteiles ab.In the second alternative embodiment of the dispensing device according to the invention to that with at least two rib-shaped elements, For example, the lower floor part includes an inner rear wall having an arcuate passage from the floor toward an upper floor of the housing formed by the upper storage part. Advantageously, the inner, arc-shaped rear wall merges with a surface facing the opening or the interior of the housing without jump-over into a flat inner surface of the rear wall of the upper storage part. More preferably, the inner rear wall of the lower bottom part is arranged with a recess from a lower edge of the bottom in the bottom part. More preferably, the lower edge of the bottom of the bottom part is flush with the rear wall of the upper stock part.
The arcuate course of the inner rear wall of the lower floor part has an increasing pitch in an end region of the inner rear wall facing the floor, which decreases in the direction of an end area facing the upper floor of the housing. The arcuate course of the inner rear wall can therefore also be described in relation to the alternative embodiment described above with at least two rib-shaped elements, that when connecting the upper edges of the rib-shaped elements by a common surface just the inner rear wall, as described above, is formed ,
Due to the arrangement of the inner rear wall with a return to a lower edge of the lower bottom part towards the opening or the interior of the housing facing surface of the inner rear wall is preferably without jump in a flat inner surface of an inner rear wall of the upper storage part over at a doubled formation of the rear wall thereof. In this respect, reference is made to the statements above on the alternative embodiment with at least two rib-shaped elements.
The specific configuration of the inner rear wall facilitates the dispensing of flat products from the alternative dispensing device according to the invention, since the flat products are fed in the direction of the opening of the housing. Due to the flush completion of the lower edge of the bottom of the bottom part with the rear wall of the upper floor part while an all-sided closed housing with the exception of the discharge opening is provided.
In a further preferred embodiment of the dispensing device, the cover is movable, in particular movably articulated, in a middle bottom region of the housing. Particularly preferably, the cover comprises not only the front wall of the housing, but also an upper wall of the housing, and is thus formed in cross-section substantially L-shaped.
The articulation can be done by tab-like extensions, which are arranged at the end of the long leg of the preferably L-shaped cover, and bearing means which are receivable in correspondingly formed receptacles on the inside of the first and second side wall. Between the tab-like projections, a part of the bottom extends, so that conversely one can also speak of an exception in the lower region of the cover for a part of the bottom of the housing of the dispensing device. Such a design is particularly preferred when the opening is arranged completely in the bottom of the housing of the dispenser. Advantageously, moreover, the cover is formed flush with the side walls of the housing such that it comes with a thickness of the cover in a corresponding recess at the edge of the first and second side wall to rest. Incidentally, the cover may advantageously have a window in the region of the front wall which receives an advertisement in printing form, or else in the form of a hologram or moving pictures, then in the form of a screen. Likewise, the topsoil of the housing can be provided with corresponding, a promotional function supporting means. Of course, it can also be provided, for example, to provide only adhesive surfaces for corresponding print advertisements in the front region or in the topsoil of the cover.
In a further preferred embodiment, the dispensing device has a fastening part, which can be connected to the housing, preferably releasably connected again. The fastening part can advantageously be formed like a foot, so that the dispensing device according to the invention can be placed, for example, on a table or counter. Alternatively, for example, the fastening part can also be designed as a wall mount, so that the dispensing device according to the invention can be arranged firmly on a wall. The fastening part advantageously has a fastening plate which is provided with latching elements and can be connected to the rear wall of the housing. The mounting plate of the fastening part, which is preferably formed foot-like, can also be designed such that it has a resilient element, which in a recess in the rear wall of the housing is tangible. If the resilient element is then pressed by the operator in the case of a deflected cover of the housing, the housing can thereby be easily detached from the fastening part.
About the fastening part the erection or mounting surface of the dispensing device is determined. On this basis, as mentioned above, in one embodiment of the present invention, a normal for determining the angle β can be determined. If the fastening part has a connecting element which is formed perpendicular with respect to an erecting or fastening surface, this can also be used to define the normal.
