Definitions
- the invention relates to a dry-type transformer coil, comprising at least two hollow-cylindrical, nested and radially spaced windings, wherein in the hollow cylindrical space formed by the spacing by means of corresponding wall elements axially extending cooling channels are formed, which are arranged side by side in at least three radially adjacent cooling channel planes.
- the invention also relates to a dry-type transformer having a dry-type transformer coil according to the invention.
- dry-type transformers are used in power distribution networks to adapt to respective voltage levels, for example between 6kV / 10kV / 30kV or 60kV levels. Power ratings of some 100kVA to over 10MVA are common. While in high-voltage transformers, for example, in the voltage level 380kV the use of oil as a cooling and insulating agent is unavoidable in dry transformers due to the lower insulation requirements in the corresponding underlying voltage levels deliberately omitted a liquid cooling or insulating agent. This offers the advantage of a simplified structure. The insulation or cooling then typically takes place via ambient air.
- Dry transformer coils with air as difficult and expensive Depending on the power class, it is customary to provide forced cooling in addition to a large number of cooling passages that axially traverse the dry-transformer coil. Depending on the performance class, forced cooling requires considerable effort due to the need for appropriate delivery of the coolant air through the cooling channels. But there are also quite dry transformer variants with natural cooling. Forced cooling can increase performance over natural cooling.
- the patent document EP 2 439 755 A1 discloses a dry-type transformer coil according to the preamble of claim 1 and a dry-type transformer having a core, a radially inner and a radially spaced outer winding, wherein a plurality of hollow cylindrical electrical isolation barriers are disposed in the intermediate hollow space used as the cooling channel. Support strips are provided in the axial direction, so that a radial circumferential subdivision into individual cooling channels is effected.
- the patent document CN 102 360 833 A discloses a dry-type transformer coil according to the preamble of claim 1 and a hollow cylindrical insulating body made of an epoxy resin for dry-type transformers, which is intended to be arranged between an upper and lower-side winding of the dry-type transformer.
- the insulating body has a plurality of axially extending cooling channels, which extend in a plurality of radially adjacent planes.
- the basic idea of the invention is to allow cooling air to flow through such cooling channels in an amplified manner, which adjoin one of the windings emitting waste heat.
- a stray channel which is usually also used for the arrangement of cooling channels.
- both radial supports made of insulating strips and transversely thereto extending hollow cylindrical support levels of a sheet of insulating material to a honeycomb-like hollow cylindrical support structure is installed, through whose elongated cavities the cooling channels are formed.
- a plurality of hollow cylindrical support levels are provided so that correspondingly three or more cooling channel planes are formed.
- cooling channels which adjoin a winding which gives off heat loss, flow through in the same way as cooling channels which are more remote from it.
- the cooling channel planes located therebetween are thermally removed from the heat sources, although not thermally insulated due to, for example, corresponding indirect heat radiation.
- - provided an equal flow through the cooling channels with coolant - by means of located in the radially inner and outer cooling channel plane cooling channels a higher heat dissipation from the dry-transformer coil than by means of the cooling channels located therebetween.
- a constriction element is designed and arranged in such a way that that the creepage distance in the radial direction is at least not shortened.
- the supporting structure between the interleaved windings, which includes the cooling channels, must also meet the requirements for electrical insulation.
- the creepage path has a significant influence. Based on the assumption that a cooling channel-containing support structure meets the insulation requirements, this also applies to a support structure with inserted constriction elements.
- a suitable embodiment of a non-creepage extending constricting element is for example rib-shaped, wave-shaped or meander-shaped.
- a constricting element is to be arranged in a cooling channel such that the elongated extent of the rib, wave or meandering form extends radially, so that the creeping path along the constricting element is thus extended in an advantageous manner.
- it is also a corkscrew-like, spiral-shaped expression of a constriction element conceivable.
- a constricting element as well as the support structure comprising the cooling channels is made of an insulating material.
- Constriction elements are arranged in a preferred embodiment of the dry-type transformer coil according to the invention at least one of the two axial ends of the at least one cooling channel, but in a particularly preferred form at both axial ends.
- the cooling channel in its center for example, has a construction-related axial pitch, through which laterally cooling air can enter into this, ensures that the cross section of the cooling channel is reduced accordingly on both sides.
- constriction elements are provided in the respective cooling channels over the entire circumference of at least one cooling channel plane.
- the improved cooling effect achieved with a corresponding constricting element is achieved over the entire circumference of the dry-type transformer coil.
- Other variants are also conceivable, for example, completely close the third level at five cooling channel levels and the adjacent second and fourth level to 50%.
- At least one constriction element is made of a plurality of modules with different coefficients of thermal expansion.
- a temperature-dependent narrowing of the cross section of a cooling channel can be achieved in an advantageous manner.
- the at least one constriction element is designed and arranged such that the flow resistance is reduced by the respective cooling channel with increasing temperature.
- a locally elevated temperature automatically results in a locally improved cooling effect.
- a corresponding embodiment includes, for example, a tongue-like constriction element, which projects into the cooling channel and similar to the behavior of a bimetallic strip has a temperature-dependent bending behavior. At an elevated temperature, the bend is reduced and an increased cross-section of the cooling channel is released.
- this constricting element is used in a cooling channel of the radially inner or outer cooling channel plane.
- the object according to the invention is also achieved by a dry-type transformer comprising a transformer core and at least one dry-type transformer coil according to the invention.
- a dry-type transformer comprising a transformer core and at least one dry-type transformer coil according to the invention.
- FIG. 1 shows an exemplary dry-type transformer coil 10 in a plan view.
- a fictitious winding axis 38 are radially symmetrical two nested and radially spaced hollow cylindrical windings 12 and 14 are arranged.
- a hollow cylindrical space 16 is formed, in which by means of radially extending support or wall elements 22 and transverse thereto arranged wall elements 18, 20, a support structure is formed.
- This support structure includes three radially adjacent cooling channel planes 24, 26, 28, in each of which a plurality of cooling channels 30, 32, 34 is formed.
- the radially inner cooling channel plane 24 adjoins the outer surface of the second, radially inner winding 14 and the radially outer cooling channel plane 28 abuts the inner surface of the first, radially outer winding 12.
- the cooling channels 32 located in the middle cooling channel plane 26 are thermally removed and are heated only by indirect heat radiation from the adjacent wall elements 18, 20.
- constriction elements 36 are provided in all the cooling channels 32, which reduce the respective cooling channel cross section, for example to 30% of the original cross section.
- FIG. 2 shows a partial sectional view through a dry-type transformer with a dry-type transformer coil.
- a transformer core 62 around a fictitious winding axis 64 around two nested and each radially spaced hollow cylindrical windings 42, 44 are arranged. Due to the design of the dry-type transformer coil is divided axially, so that axially centrally an air inlet into the cooling channels is possible, as indicated by a lateral arrow.
- the windings 42, 44 are radially spaced from each other, wherein in the space formed thereby a plurality of radially adjacent cooling channels 46, 48, 50 are arranged.
- a constriction member 52 and 54 are arranged at its two axial ends, which reduce the cross section of the cooling channel 48 and its two halves at its ends, for example, to 40% of its original cross section.
- the middle cooling channel 48 flows through in comparison to the adjacent cooling channels 46 and 50 of a smaller air flow, as indicated by the arrows 56, 58 and 60.
- the utilization of an existing air flow is thereby increased in an advantageous manner.
- FIG. 3 shows a partial sectional view 70 through a dry-type transformer coil in the region of its upper axial end.
- three cooling channels 88, 90, 92 formed by wall elements are arranged between two nested hollow cylindrical windings 72, 74 .
- a constriction element 76 is arranged, which reduces the cross section of this cooling channel insignificant.
- Such a slight narrowing of a cross section of a cooling channel, which adjoins a loss-heat-dissipating winding may be useful, for example, if cooling channels are provided even within the winding 72 itself between individual turns and the existing coolant flow is to be directed increasingly through these cooling channels. This applies in particular under the assumption of a homogeneous flow on the lower end face of the dry-transformer coil.
- a constriction member 78 is arranged, which reduces its cross section to about 50% and thus ensures adapted to the respective heat input flow with cooling air, such as with an arrow indicated by the reference numeral 96, which is compared with the air streams 94, 98 reduced by the adjacent cooling channels 88, 92.
- the constriction element 80 which is arranged in the radially outer cooling channel 92, a temperature-dependent bending behavior, similar to a Bimetalst Shape, the constriction element 80 is made of course electrically insulating materials, preferably from those with different coefficients of thermal expansion.
- the constriction element 80 is heated more or less by a heat radiation 86 emitted by the winding 74, depending on the operating state, resulting in a temperature-dependent bending, as indicated by the arrow with the reference number 84.
- a heat radiation 86 results in a cooling channel cross section narrowing bend 82nd

Description

- Fig. 3
- eine Teilschnittansicht durch eine Trockentransformatorspule.
-
